    Echo shield tech came and signed me up for a cancel at anytime service and when the time came to cancel, they would not honor it. Their customer service is beyond embarrassing and to slow matters worse, the gentleman on the phone was condescending and refused to acknowledge their bs. I guess speaking to a lawyer will need to be the next step to get this resolved.

    Sadly the salesperson lied about what they provide. I would be very skeptical about what anyone says from this company. Stay well away, They talk about they are a local small shop. That same tech will be at your place. That you can schedule things at specific times. Whatever you want to hear they will say.

    Total scammers!!!! Promise the stars and the moon. And received a service I can do myself with$20 but got charged a couple thousand instead. Oh and no refunds. Company policy

    Was approached in my driveway by a sales rep. ** signed up. This have had 3 visits- * first one was awful. ******* was here for maybe 5 minutes. The service was not done. He just walked around and who knows. * I called to let them know and was told someone would call me. I waited a week and called again, this continued for a month until a rep said- oh you have an appt coming up, theyll handle it then. I told them, its the initial service that was not done and I shouldnt be charged. * they did their follow up appt. and charged me. Now theyre saying they dont correct the job if its done poorly and dont give refunds. This is Studio City, ***********. They have come into our neighborhood and robbed ** in broad daylight!

    We received an initial service and was charged $465. We were told we could cancel at anytime with out charge by the guys that came to the door. We continue to receive a bill for $162 and threats to turn this over to collections. Both my wife and I have called their customer service department many times to dispute the remaining charges and told them what the sale man told us (that if we were not satisfied we could cancel at anytime without penalty.) We have told customer service many times that we are not paying the remaining balance. Very sketchy sales tactics and no customer service help at all. DO NOT SIGN-UP FOR ANY SERVICES From this Company. They OVER CHARGE too much for simple bug spraying. (Quoted $150 got charged $460)

    If I could rate them a 0 I would. They lie to you to get business. The person came to my door and said if I ever had to cancel I wouldnt be charged anything but now that Im trying to cancel I am being charged. Not to mention twice the guys that are supposed to spray the house didnt actually come just said they did. The spray doesnt actually work I have the same bug problems I did before my boyfriend had to treat our house himself. Also they were supposed send an inspector out & never did. They are liars and scammers. The reviews on them are awful, dont hire them!

    Ecoshield | ************* worse customer service Made our house smell terrible and made our noses run for 48 hours. reported issue and they said it must have been something we did. Someone told me to use an air-freshener.Local leadership dodged me for months. Finally got a personal email from someone and they gave me a $30 credit. I got paid less than a $1 to get someone to give me that credit. Avoid this company at all costs.

    EcoShield pest Solutions is a scam. They show up at your door and make you sign up for two year agreement without telling you what you are signing up to. Its all on IPad. My agent was a ******************************************** $145 for a year and i can cancel it anytime and they will refund the money. He never mentioned it was a 2 year contract. They serviced my property on 7/22 but didn't do what they promised. I called them and they came back and redid it. They just showed up again yesterday (36 days later not 3 months) and charged my card another $189. I called their call center in *********** and was told i have a 2 year contract and it will cost me $255 to get out of it. EcoShield is a scam. Don't ever buy anything from anyone who comes to your door to sell a service!!!Also, i still have bugs in my house.
