She did not want to make any payments after the free trial, but they have charged her $180 so far. We have also tried to call the number on the bottle, but when they answer the phone it is just another representative selling “life alert” buttons and she did not want to help us find out who is doing this. The company also claims to be from Florida, but with the tracking number attached on the package, the gummies were shipped from Utah. We also tried to find the website for “VanaTera” to get some sort of contact information. On the website the number provided is 1-800-123-4567. We realized quickly that that wouldn’t help us in anything. We are very confused, and with the more information we find, the less we find out.

Everything went well until i was told i would be transferring Crypto funds, i asked if i would be using their crypto account and then the interviewer became irate and insulted me before i asked them to stop. They recieved my drivers license and social security number and emailed me a contract to fill out which i did. I was offered a lesser job and then when I mentioned why i did not want to do crypto they rescinded the offer and became irate. Insulting me personally and my tribe. They also asked for my social security card and state ID which i provided, and then sent me a picture of them before deleting their chat with me on Microsoft teams.

I spoke with her supervisor, who identified himself as Kurt Miano; he made the same assertions. They had my name, cell number and address, all readily findable. He gave their address as 782 S. River Road, St. George, Utah -- but he was off by two hours when I asked him what time it was there.

I received forwarded email from an acquaintance. The email said ***** used this product and it worked for him to cure his tinnitus. I opened the Harmony Glow CBD website attached to the email and selected the $ 39.99 offer for one bottle the CBD gummies. When the order arrived there was 6 bottles of gummies and 3 bottles of CBD oil. I thought they were giving me additional gummies and CBD oil as a promotional offer for $39.99. I used the products as the directions were given and hoped it would work for me too. I received my credit card statement and saw that Harmony Glow had charged me $239.99 for six bottles of gummies and $59.99 for 3 bottles of CBD oil. I called them at 1 833 806 2439 to dispute the order and told them the product was not working as advertised and I wanted to return it for the 100% satisfaction Guarantee. I was informed by Boch the representative who answered the call that the order could not be refunded in full and offered to refund me $ 150 and asked for my credit card number. Red flags went up in my mind and I refused his offer. Bock gave me an address to return the product to ( Harmony Glow CBD PO Box 90129 Lakeland, FL 33804. I asked why is the address to return the product in Lakeland FL and not in Albany New York as is written on the bottles. He told me that was the warehouse and I needed to write an authorization number 30f6d5dfbac1 on the outside of the box and on the inside too. I wrote a letter with the Authorization number included it it and explaind the mix up in my order and being overcharged. Boch gave me an order cancellation number and told me my refund would be processed in 3 to 5 days and I would e=receive an email to confirm my cancelation and refund. I never received the email. During the conversation I asked Boch where he was located and he told me he was in the Philippines. Lots of red flags were waving with his answer. A business address in Albany New York, a warehouse in Lakeland Florida and a call center in the Philippines. I began to realize I had been defrauded. I attempted to call the Albany NY phone number listed and was put on hold the the next available representative for hours every time I called. I have never received a refund. I contacted Capital One and reported the transaction as a fraud and they told me they would investigate the matter and I should have a refund in 3 months if they determine it was a fraud. Capital one received a copy of the erroneous order from Harmony Glow and determined it was a legitimate transaction. They refused to allow for a fraudulent charge claim since I did not have a receipt from Harmony Glow or an email that stated I returned the product. I googled the Harmony Glow Lakeland Florida address and found out that Shark Tank, Kelly Clarkson and Dr. Oz were all mentioned in the sale and healing quality of Harmony Glow. My google search lead me to this BBB scam tracker site. Harmony Glow CBD gummies and CBD oil is a scam.

On December 15, 2024, my father ordered 2 bottles of Blissful Roots Brand CBD Gummies and was changed $129.99. On January 15, 2025, another $129.99 was changed to his Debit Card. I called the company to find out why he was changed and was told he was set up on a monthly subscription. When I asked them to cancel the subscription and credit the account, I was told that they cancelled the subscription, but it was too late to stop the next shipment of the CBD Gummies. They went on to say that once we received the shipment, we could return the product for a full refund, and it would take 7 business days to process the refund. On February 2nd, the shipment arrived and on February 3rd, I shipped it back. The tracking number on the return label showed the company's returns department received the product back on February 8th. I waited until the 19th and contacted the company email stating that the tracking number showed they had received the product and I included a copy of the tracking history showing it had arrived. I received an email back stating that the account would be credited in 3 to 5 business days. On business day 7, I called and was told "rest assured that the refund will be processed." We are now on March 20, 2025, I've made 6 phone calls and sent 5 emails to this company and my dad's debit card has still not been credited. Each time I've called, including today, I've asked to speak to a supervisor, and they have an excuse for not patching me through. To top it all off, their product is a scam. They use AI to create ads with famous people backing up their product, but you can't explain that to an 80-year-old man who will try anything to help his COPD.

A pop up ad appeared on thegatewaypundit.com featuring Elon Musk selling CBD gummies and for a limited time sending out a free sample bottle. The ad linked me to healthcharmcbd.com and included a countdown for the free deal. I filled out the personal info, including billing even though I did NOT intend to purchase anything. Could not proceed to the free sample without this info. After submitting info, several purchase offers popped up. I was not interested so I scrolled down the the bottom and hit the continue button without reading or interacting with the offer in any way. Finally I made it to the page where it said my order was confirmed without any detail description of the order. An hour+ later, I received an alert from my bank that a charge of $248.13 was pending. When logging on to my bank, there were a total of 5 charges totalling $399.03. I found an email in my junk folder from [email protected] detailing the order. There was also a phone number included. When called, they said they offered NO free product and it had already been processed and they couldn't cancel. I would have to wait and go thru a return process. They tried to offer me a discount but I said I didn't want to buy anything. They hung up me. Hopefully I will be able to receive a package and return it for refund. The ad about free product and celebrity endorsement were both a scam. The site was very complicated and misleading, not knowing I was going to be charged anything. I ordered CBD gummies. I received my order in February. Today (March 1, 2025) i received another shipment and another charge for $239. I called their number and they said I agreed to monthly shipments because it was in the Ts and Cs. I told them I did not intend to sign up for any subscriptions and i wanted to send this product back. They said i could do that but they were only going to refund 35% of my charges. I said no and they then offered 50%. I again told them no, I wanted all my money back. They then said I can return the product and then call them back 5 days later to request a full refund.

Saw ad seemed legit, ordered “1 bottle get 1 free” $59. Card was charged $230.40 initially declined, another attempt under different company name was declined. 3rd charge attempt under another company named was approved. No contact info or receipt provided by scam vendor.

I ordered online and thought everything was OK until they took $129.99 from my bank account when I thought I was purchasing 1 bottle of ZenLeaf CBD and getting one free, all for less than $50.00. When I address the difference, via email, they responded that was the amount I was supposed to have saved because the ZenLeaf CBD costs $129.99 for 1 bottle. I asked for a refund of the entire $129.99 and they offered me half price and I can keep the ZenLeaf CBD. I agreed to receive $65.00 REFUND. Then I received an empty package envelope. I notified them via email and called them. They said it was a shipping mistake and they would look into it. Still no refund or ZenLeaf CBD. Several weeks have passed and still no refund that was suppose to take 3-5 days. I have contacted them, via phone calls and email approximately 19 times and still they thank me for my patience and are looking into the problem. It's been a month and still no refund but I did receive another empty package envelope. Please someone needs to take these scammers down and try to get our money returned to us.

I attempted to buy CBD from Pet-Botanicals. Order was paid for in full and a month later still no product. When I reached out to ask for the product or a refund I got email, text and phone calls from Roger Rodkey who claims to be the owner. He threatened me with his attorneys if I said one bad thing about his company. He said he gave me a refund but I have still yet to receive it. This man has threatened me. Called me names and belittled me. All because I said I thought I was being scammed and I wanted a refund. I have a very sick dog and was hoping CBD may help him in someway. He is a rescue I have only had for 9 months and I would like to help him over the rainbow bridge comfortably. He accused me of being a breeder. I am not. Years ago I did breed and show dogs. Once I realized it doesnt matter how much people pay for a dog they still end up in shelter. I quit and started rescuing. This man is scary to deal with. Just dont do it save your money and go to a local dispensary. Thank you for your time. I have kept all emails and text messages for evidence.

Caller stated I had previously signed up for a trial through Nu Trust CBD for gummies (I have no desire or need for CBD gummies). They said I paid S&H for the trial and then the card declined payment for the subscription so they are looking to close/cancel the account for $499 and that Post Office said I received the initial shipment of 6 bottles. The last 4 of the card they gave me I do not have as well. They said they emailed me invoices, as well as sent letters through the mail to get payment. I've not seen either of these and have since searched my emails to find no record of the topic or the company. Kim Smith is what the lady said her name was but I doubt that is true.
