Returned product per email instructions on 121/17/2024 (return address no longer shows on any of the emails). Sent numerous emails for the status of my refund, 1/15/25, 2/12/25, 5/12/25 and each email answered being investigated after it was confirmed by customer service that my return was received. Latest answer on 6/27/25 states this is being sent to finance to investigate.

Ordered cbd products which the company stated would ship within 1-3 business days(that was 2 weeks ago). I paid via Chime. After my payment was completed they cut off all contact. Please do not order from these scamming lowlifes!

I saw an ad on Facebook that Clint Eastwood had developed a CBD gummy that would help with pain. So I clicked on the link read some great reviews and decided it was worth checking it out. I ordered the smallest order of 2 bottles and they charged my account $129.88, I DID NOT subscribe to more of the same OR anything else BUT they sent me 2 small dropper bottles of CBD oil which I DID NOT order, AND charged my account $59.99! Then today I receive another order of gummies and take a look at my account and was charged another $129.88 by DC PURE NATURE REMEDIES. I need this to STOP!

My grandmother tried to sign up for a free trial for CBD gummies. They claimed to first send her a completely free trial, and if she liked it then she could go ahead and pay for further shipments. She did not want to make any payments after the free trial, but they have charged her $180 so far. We have also tried to call the number on the bottle, but when they answer the phone it is just another representative selling “life alert” buttons and she did not want to help us find out who is doing this. The company also claims to be from Florida, but with the tracking number attached on the package, the gummies were shipped from Utah. We also tried to find the website for “VanaTera” to get some sort of contact information. On the website the number provided is 1-800-123-4567. We realized quickly that that wouldn’t help us in anything. We are very confused, and with the more information we find, the less we find out.

I placed an order with Care @ Blissful Roots Brands for 3 bottles of CBD gummies, but the price listed was misleading and I returned the 3 bottles as per instructions customer Service gave me, i.e. register USPS mail. They do not dispute receiving the unopened returned product.. That was 7 months ago and I have made repeated attempts in writing to request my refund. I was contacted about a remote customer service call center supervisor position through txt and was asked to join teams for an interview for innocan pharma, it was assumed this was an American company. Everything went well until i was told i would be transferring Crypto funds, i asked if i would be using their crypto account and then the interviewer became irate and insulted me before i asked them to stop. They recieved my drivers license and social security number and emailed me a contract to fill out which i did. I was offered a lesser job and then when I mentioned why i did not want to do crypto they rescinded the offer and became irate. Insulting me personally and my tribe. They also asked for my social security card and state ID which i provided, and then sent me a picture of them before deleting their chat with me on Microsoft teams.

I have called their number 877-201-9710 several times. They say they are working on it. When I call their number the background is other voices making receiving calls.

I saw an ad with a story about a famous actor who found relief with the Harmony gummies with CBD to help with pain. I at first wanted to have my husband try them for chronic back pain. After ordering, in Oct. '24, I immediately had cancelled the order. I never received the gummies. The trial was supposed to be one bottle for $39.99. It was a "special" bonus to receive 6 bottles for the $39.99. After calling them, they said each bottle was already on sale for $39.99. I verbally cancelled the order and received a credit for the $239.99 in Nov.'24. They charged my credit card again in Jan.'25 for $239.99. I called back again to have them take my information out of their system. The rep said they would expedite my request. I still haven't received the $239.99, but, at least they aren't charging me anymore.

They finally gave me a RMA (return merchandise) and offered me a 50% discount I told them I wanted a full refund so I’ll send back my package and they said they would credit in full refund when they get the return and stop my order

$129.00 was taken from my bank account on 3/18/2025 by “Pure Leaf Botanics” and $129.00 again on 03/25/2025 by “LJSports” for a total of $258.00. Their 866-354-3006 phone number is “not in service” and no other way to contact. I received 3 jars of cbd gummies I don’t want or use! It is impossible it seems to contact anyone.

A woman called, saying that I had received a trial order of CBD gummies in November (six months ago) and paid $9.99 in shipping and handling charges on a Visa card ending in 2892 (which I do not have) and, because I didn't cancel, now owed $249.99 for that shipment -- and soon would be getting more that I would have to pay for as well. I spoke with her supervisor, who identified himself as Kurt Miano; he made the same assertions. They had my name, cell number and address, all readily findable. He gave their address as 782 S. River Road, St. George, Utah -- but he was off by two hours when I asked him what time it was there.

my 92 year old mother is getting this product sent to her and she did not order them. We don't know how they got her credit card number. She does not have the internet or have info on how to order on line. We are cancelling her card number. I had a hard time understanding her. She said that I owed them 249.95 or it would go to collections. I asked her what is this, she told me it was gummies that I had received, that it was verified by the USPS. Add was for CBD oil. Order was for one bottle, but company sent three bottles and charged more money than ad and order indicated. Company then indicated that it was a monthly subscription charging $189.99 per month. We canceled the subscription and returned the product for a refund only to be charged for another month. The refund has yet to be received after five months of attempts via email and phone calls. The third party vendor acting as customer service always forwards the information to the billing department and we have yet to receive our money or get a response per their promise to call back. the story they give changes with each phone call, but they always say the refunds were processed. We have yet to receive them.

I received forwarded email from an acquaintance. The email said ***** used this product and it worked for him to cure his tinnitus. I was informed by Boch the representative who answered the call that the order could not be refunded in full and offered to refund me $ 150 and asked for my credit card number. Red flags went up in my mind and I refused his offer. Bock gave me an address to return the product to ( Harmony Glow CBD PO Box 90129 Lakeland, FL 33804. I asked why is the address to return the product in Lakeland FL and not in Albany New York as is written on the bottles. He told me that was the warehouse and I needed to write an authorization number 30f6d5dfbac1 on the outside of the box and on the inside too. I wrote a letter with the Authorization number included it it and explaind the mix up in my order and being overcharged. Boch gave me an order cancellation number and told me my refund would be processed in 3 to 5 days and I would e=receive an email to confirm my cancelation and refund. I never received the email. During the conversation I asked Boch where he was located and he told me he was in the Philippines. Lots of red flags were waving with his answer. A business address in Albany New York, a warehouse in Lakeland Florida and a call center in the Philippines. I began to realize I had been defrauded. I attempted to call the Albany NY phone number listed and was put on hold the the next available representative for hours every time I called. I have never received a refund. I contacted Capital One and reported the transaction as a fraud and they told me they would investigate the matter and I should have a refund in 3 months if they determine it was a fraud. Capital one received a copy of the erroneous order from Harmony Glow and determined it was a legitimate transaction. They refused to allow for a fraudulent charge claim since I did not have a receipt from Harmony Glow or an email that stated I returned the product. I googled the Harmony Glow Lakeland Florida address and found out that Shark Tank, Kelly Clarkson and Dr. Oz were all mentioned in the sale and healing quality of Harmony Glow. My google search lead me to this BBB scam tracker site. Harmony Glow CBD gummies and CBD oil is a scam.

This 'ad' came up on a side bar while reading an article of news...claimed Elon Musk had discovered a much more effective CBD gummy. When I signed up for one (1) bottle....somehow I got signed up for 6 bottles and on a continuing basis....every 2 months. I tried to back up but was caught and could not. I keep being billed. I have disputed this with my credit card but they tell me there is no way to stop it until after I am billed! When you call the phone # on the bottles it is disconnected!

They verified return through email. Still have not received refund. Product was returned Jan 5th, they acknowledged on Jan 18th 2025. Just keep saying it is processing.

On December 15, 2024, my father ordered 2 bottles of Blissful Roots Brand CBD Gummies and was changed $129.99. On January 15, 2025, another $129.99 was changed to his Debit Card. I called the company to find out why he was changed and was told he was set up on a monthly subscription. When I asked them to cancel the subscription and credit the account, I was told that they cancelled the subscription, but it was too late to stop the next shipment of the CBD Gummies. They went on to say that once we received the shipment, we could return the product for a full refund, and it would take 7 business days to process the refund. On February 2nd, the shipment arrived and on February 3rd, I shipped it back. The tracking number on the return label showed the company's returns department received the product back on February 8th. I waited until the 19th and contacted the company email stating that the tracking number showed they had received the product and I included a copy of the tracking history showing it had arrived. I received an email back stating that the account would be credited in 3 to 5 business days. On business day 7, I called and was told "rest assured that the refund will be processed." We are now on March 20, 2025, I've made 6 phone calls and sent 5 emails to this company and my dad's debit card has still not been credited. Each time I've called, including today, I've asked to speak to a supervisor, and they have an excuse for not patching me through. To top it all off, their product is a scam. They use AI to create ads with famous people backing up their product, but you can't explain that to an 80-year-old man who will try anything to help his COPD.

I was on the computer looking up solutions for neuropathy pain. Came across this ad on FaceBook for Harmony Flow, which claimed to help with neoropathy pain. I received Zenleaf CBD gummies instead and gave them a try. Had a bad reaction to these and my doctor recommended I stop taking them. I called the # listed 866-354-3006 and made 13 attempts that I recorded to request a return for the gummies. I also called the # listed on my credit card statement: WELLEXP 855-547-0705 8555470705 CO 8071 8771 A- that # is disconnected. I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute. Placed order through Facebook ad at 6:49 p.m. on January 15, 2025 for CBD gummies in the amount of $69.98. Received confirmation email listing total amount of $298.87. I called the customer care number immediately and cancelled the order due to the over charge. Received an email confirming the cancellation at 7:07 with rep stating I would receive my refund in 3 to 5 business days. I have called this customer care center to get my refund on 1/22, 1/29, 2/7, 2/13 and 2/24. Always told to wait 3 to 5 business days for refund. On 2/7, I was given a reference number of **********. A pop up ad appeared on thegatewaypundit.com featuring Elon Musk selling CBD gummies and for a limited time sending out a free sample bottle. The ad linked me to healthcharmcbd.com and included a countdown for the free deal. I filled out the personal info, including billing even though I did NOT intend to purchase anything. Could not proceed to the free sample without this info. After submitting info, several purchase offers popped up. I was not interested so I scrolled down the the bottom and hit the continue button without reading or interacting with the offer in any way. Finally I made it to the page where it said my order was confirmed without any detail description of the order. An hour+ later, I received an alert from my bank that a charge of $248.13 was pending. When logging on to my bank, there were a total of 5 charges totalling $399.03. I found an email in my junk folder from [email protected] detailing the order. There was also a phone number included. When called, they said they offered NO free product and it had already been processed and they couldn't cancel. I would have to wait and go thru a return process. They tried to offer me a discount but I said I didn't want to buy anything. They hung up me. Hopefully I will be able to receive a package and return it for refund. The ad about free product and celebrity endorsement were both a scam. The site was very complicated and misleading, not knowing I was going to be charged anything. The customer service offered no solutions outside of waiting for a lengthy return process.

I ordered CBD gummies. I received my order in February. Today (March 1, 2025) i received another shipment and another charge for $239. I called their number and they said I agreed to monthly shipments because it was in the Ts and Cs. I told them I did not intend to sign up for any subscriptions and i wanted to send this product back. They said i could do that but they were only going to refund 35% of my charges. I said no and they then offered 50%. I again told them no, I wanted all my money back. They then said I can return the product and then call them back 5 days later to request a full refund.

I ordered online and thought everything was OK until they took $129.99 from my bank account when I thought I was purchasing 1 bottle of ZenLeaf CBD and getting one free, all for less than $50.00. When I address the difference, via email, they responded that was the amount I was supposed to have saved because the ZenLeaf CBD costs $129.99 for 1 bottle. I asked for a refund of the entire $129.99 and they offered me half price and I can keep the ZenLeaf CBD. I agreed to receive $65.00 REFUND. Then I received an empty package envelope. I notified them via email and called them. They said it was a shipping mistake and they would look into it. Still no refund or ZenLeaf CBD. Several weeks have passed and still no refund that was suppose to take 3-5 days. I have contacted them, via phone calls and email approximately 19 times and still they thank me for my patience and are looking into the problem. It's been a month and still no refund but I did receive another empty package envelope. Please someone needs to take these scammers down and try to get our money returned to us.

I attempted to buy CBD from Pet-Botanicals. Order was paid for in full and a month later still no product. When I reached out to ask for the product or a refund I got email, text and phone calls from Roger Rodkey who claims to be the owner. He threatened me with his attorneys if I said one bad thing about his company. He said he gave me a refund but I have still yet to receive it. This man has threatened me. Called me names and belittled me. All because I said I thought I was being scammed and I wanted a refund. I have a very sick dog and was hoping CBD may help him in someway. He is a rescue I have only had for 9 months and I would like to help him over the rainbow bridge comfortably. He accused me of being a breeder. I am not. Years ago I did breed and show dogs. Once I realized it doesnt matter how much people pay for a dog they still end up in shelter. I quit and started rescuing. This man is scary to deal with. Caller stated I had previously signed up for a trial through Nu Trust CBD for gummies (I have no desire or need for CBD gummies). They said I paid S&H for the trial and then the card declined payment for the subscription so they are looking to close/cancel the account for $499 and that Post Office said I received the initial shipment of 6 bottles. The last 4 of the card they gave me I do not have as well. They said they emailed me invoices, as well as sent letters through the mail to get payment. I've not seen either of these and have since searched my emails to find no record of the topic or the company. Kim Smith is what the lady said her name was but I doubt that is true.
