This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Returned product per email instructions on 121/17/2024 (return address no longer shows on any of the emails). Sent numerous emails for the status of my refund, 1/15/25, 2/12/25, 5/12/25 and each email answered being investigated after it was confirmed by customer service that my return was received. Latest answer on 6/27/25 states this is being sent to finance to investigate.
