We had a good friend diagnosed with Alzheimer's earlier this year and my wife and I were trying to determine how we could help. Saw this add and stated some reputable person was backing the product. Cannot remember where the add was, but think it was on Accuweather or NewsMax. Thought we would give it a try so my wife ordered May 8, 2025. I got to checking into it further and found that there were fraudulent statements made about their product and there were no such endorsement's. Immediately sent email trying to cancel order, May 9, 2025, but was told once order placed, could not cancel, but could return product for refund or accept $120.00 and keep product. Was given return instructions. Sent product according to instructions. Received no further feedback. Sent another email 10/2/2025 stating to either give refund or I was reporting them to BBB. It is now 10/31/2025, so I am reporting them. I have support for all the above should you desire.
