I purchase the starlight dress from mycomfyblouse.com on Wednesday November 13th, I paid 86$ for the dress (including shipping and other fees). After doing some research I discovered the company does not send clothes of the same quality as the pictures and does not ship as fast as their website says or does not ship at all. I placed an online purchase order for tree seeds on 10/19/24 from this online retail website: https://******************/
I received a purchase confirmation email in a timeline manner stating that my order was being processed and that I would be notified when it is ready to ship. Three weeks elapsed and I had not received my delivery or any updates. I have contacted the vendor multiple times via email and have not received any replies.
It appears to be a legitimate website. However, upon closer inspection there are numerous signs that it is a ********** e-commerce site.Initial Complaint

I ordered two pair of "**** ****" jeans from ***** ***** *****. They were delivered not as advertised- the material was extremely thin, the pockets and buttons were non-functional, they were not the correct size as advertised although the tag read the size advertised. They were also damaged with fraying at the seams of both pairs. I did a ****** image search for an advent calendar sold out at target. The company advertised the exact same calendar instead of it being squishmals they replaced with marshmallows. No warning and the kids I purchased these for are too young for them. I immediately emailed to cancel as it was false advertising. I was asked if I wanted to cancel. I immediately responded with Yes. Ordered 2 pair of Judy Blue jeans from the company. Received my order on Oct 29th and was scammed by the company, they sent me cheap pieces instead.
I have emailed and they refuse to send me a full refund unless I pay an additional $30-$60 shipping back the their warehouse in China, although they claim to be operating out of New York. I paid $79 and want my complete refund with a shipping label to send them back. They have only offered 15 - 20% refund and a gift card to spend more money on their website. There are plenty of reviews of others who have been scammed and I should have checked before ordering, but wont stop til I get my refund.Initial Complaint

Placed an online order for multiple pairs of pants in Oct 2024. It took weeks to get my order and the sizes were too big.
