I purchased a dress from this company in September and needed to return it within the 30 day time frame. The dress was the wrong color and did not fix correctly. I followed the below return policy on their website and never received a response:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I placed an order for a dress. Immediately after placing it, I realized the dress would not arrive in time for when I needed it. I emailed them to let them know this and request cancellation. I followed up again when I received an update that my order was being processed. They took 4 business days to reply (not the 1-3 they advertise on website) and told me it has been packed and is at carrier to be shipped and they won’t cancel. I ordered a dress on August 5th 2024 and it arrived by mail on September 3rd 2024.
I immediately emailed the company requesting as return as the dress looked nothing like the picture and was damaged. They replied to me “We would like to remind you that shipping fees for the return and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.”
And requesting I ship it to China, even though they advertise the company is in America. It’s over $135 for me to ship this back to the place in China they are requesting

3 shipping companies were also unable to locate a proper address with what they gave me and said it might get lost once it’s in China.
They also state on their website To start a return, you can contact us at ****@*************.com. “If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.”
They never ever state anything about China or paying for your own return shipping, but when they email they said they’d “like to remind you”
I have been going back and forth with customer service agents via email and never offered a solution other than shipping it back with my own money and not getting refunded for shipping or receiving a 20% discount. I spent $40USD, $51.39USD total with shipping. I’m not getting an $8 refund.
There is no phone number and they are barely reading my email or acknowledging that the dress was defective. The strings with the design were coming off.

I bought these from a **** site known as Comfy Moccasin. They arrived 2 weeks ago. I ordered a size 12 American witch is a 45 in European. They sent a 44. I'd like a refund. They said send pictures, I did. I sent emails, text and phone calls. No response but a blanket text saying the same thing everytime! I want a refund! I am writing to complain about the lack of action on our bed ***** *** *** *** **** *** *** repair, which is under warranty. It has been over two months since our initial request, and despite multiple calls and an in-person visit to your office, no progress has been made.
As the bed is still under warranty, I request that you either complete the repair or return the bed as soon as possible.
Please resolve this within the next week, or I will return the bed and change it.

I bought dark green ***** sandals from comfymoccasin.com for $26.94 on 7/9/24. They sent light teal sandals. I asked for a refund because I did not want the incorrect color. After many weeks waiting for a refund that they promised, they said I could send back the sandals, paying for my own return shipping. I repeatedly asked for a prepaid return shipping label because it wasn’t buyers remorse, it was a seller mistake. They refused, and offered a refund of $3.59. At this point, they stated that I would’ve had to return the sandals within 30 days of receipt, however due to me waiting weeks for their promise of a refund, and the back and forth asking for a return shipping label, it is outside the return period. I would like a refund for the remaining amount because I did not order this color. I am still very willing to send them back with a prepaid shipping label.Initial Complaint

The company shipped me the wrong item, but requires me to pay the shipping to send the item back for a refund. The company however has recently moved their products to China and the shipping cost negates the refund I would receive. On July 17, 2024 I ordered two pairs of shoes from Comfy Shoes. One pair was $22.50, and the other pair was @44.93. As of today 08/22/24, I have not received them. I have emailed the company numerous times at ***************************. They keep sending me a form letter from *********************************. Also I have called them a number of times, and they say to leave a message. No one returns the call. They have not even sent me a tracking number for my order.. They advertised their company on ********. Also they are still sending me text to order shoes.
