      I ordered a gift for Xmas for my daughter

      No confirmation e mail regarding order sent, nothing.

      They charged my debit card- $54. & change

      Then I randomly get a “text from them w a shipment #” ran it through usps when a label has been created but nothing has shipped… Bevsuse it never will

      I ordered 3 items from the website Ashleyjewels.com on 11/04/21. Order number ******. On November 26th, 2021 my package was delivered with only one of the three items I ordered. I did not receive the elephant love keychain which was $16.00 or the good luck elephant pendant which was $3.00. I have been reaching out to this company with many emails and never got a response.       Ordered two pair of pants on 11/5/2022 for a total of $55.18. Received no confirmation email or shipping info, just the notification that the money had been taken out of my account. Tried calling, but no response. I'd like a refund.

      Ordered 10/8/22 never received any email confirmation. I was charged $72.97. I emailed 5x and no response . Phone number never answers. It’s been 30 days no response and want a refund
