      Ordered from the website, did not receive a confirmation email. Sent email inquiry and they said they cannot locate my order. I told them I received no order confirmation and I verified with the bank that the money was paid. They got the money and I have not received any product. Contacting customer service is useless as they keep sending me scripted emails about not being able to locate the order.

      **** ** * **** * Ordered almost a month ago and all you get is a fake tracking number. Company says they are based out of NY but it’s actually out of China. The fake tracking number says my order has been at a dock in china for 15 days. When you email customer service no matter what you write it’s the same generic email back and no working number.

      Ordered two pairs of **** ***** from them. ********** **** *** **** ** ***** ******* ** * **** **** ******** **** ***** ****. Had to email them 8 days after I ordered my items because it was still not showing as shipped out. When I did get my delivery 22 days after I placed my order they were not what they had advertised at all. Received some of the worst made jeans I've ever seen and that's even shopping resale stores. No tags, no brand labels, sewn incorrectly. I'm disputing the charges through my credit card company now.
