I ordered the vibrant pink ionic hairdryer from ** ****** ***** *** for $79.99 on March 30, 2025. It appeared to be coming from Canada, but instead came from China. It took three weeks to arrive on April 23, 2025. The hair dryer I received was a matte pale peach rather than the vibrant glossy pink I ordered. I reached out via email and the contact us section on the website asking for advice on how to exchange due to the fact there was no return information or packing slip. No response was provided, but I continued to get spam email to come back, offers of percentage offs, and messages asking if I still wanted to order. I sent a third message with no reply again. I left a negative review and stated I assumed I was just going to have to accept the wrong color. Since I still haven’t heard from them, I figured I would try the hair dryer despite the color. It does not work at all. The light spins, but no air comes out and no motor runs. I sent another message via the website with my extreme dissatisfaction at having my money taken with nothing but a broken hairdryer I can never use to show for it. I ordered a Cashmere shirt from their website. The shirt was advertised as a cashmere blend. When I received the shirt, the tag showed that it was made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. No cashmere whatsoever. I contacted the company and they told me that they didn't have stock of the item so they sent me something similar. I asked them to process a return and refund. Their website return policy says that they will send a return shipping label. They told me that they would not provide the label and that they would not refund the return shipping costs, even though they admitted not sending me the item that I had ordered.Initial Complaint

Ordered from my comfy blouse and their ****** involves a number of delegations on customer’s end, requiring multiple visits to their website to verify shipping information. ** ***** ** ** ** ** ******* ** *** ********* ** **** **** ****** ** ***. After many visits to their website to verify my information, nearly a month had passed and they finally shipped my product. Overall, from placing the order to having them ship my order, it took three weeks. Another three weeks for it to arrive from Canada. The product was ill-fitting and the fabric was low quality. I requested a return. This again set off a number of corresponding actions and questions which delayed my return approval beyond the 30-day window to return. When they finally gave me an address to return the product to, which was in Beijing, I packaged it up and brought to the post office. I would've had to pay $40 to ship the product back. I had paid $50 for the product. I used my best judgment and opted not to ship, understanding where this company’s ethics and values stand regarding customer experience. I’ve emailed the company everyday and have received run around responses. No one has given me information as to where my order is or offered a solution. Nature of the dispute: The items/products received are not the products shown on the website. They are of inferior quality and they do not match nor contain the shown packaging or contents. The website also provided an estimated arrival time or 8 to 10 days. I selected and paid for expedited shipping for both orders. Twenty (20) items arrived 44 days after the order date. Six (6) items arrived 48 days after the order date and I'm still waiting on Twelve (12) items to arrive.

I ordered from My Comfy Blouse. The merchandise arrived about 21 days later from the stated delivery date. Their website states they will provide a return label. I requested return label. They took a few days to respond and instead of return label. I was given an address in China. The cost to ship is more than half the cost of the merchandise. Their website is misleading. I was not given a return label and the second time, they responded offering me a 25% discount. I’m not ordering from them again. And with this back and forth email, today was the 30 days return date.
