      We are writing in response to the complaint filed by Ms. *********** ******** regarding Order #*****.
      The order was placed on June 24, 2025. Due to unforeseen shipping delays, the package had not yet been delivered by July 23, 2025. Tracking information confirms the shipment is in transit and can be viewed at the following link: ********************************************
      In the interest of resolving the matter promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction, we processed a full refund of $108.64 on August 13, 2025. The customer will still receive the order once it arrives and may retain the item at no additional cost as a gesture of goodwill.
      We regret any inconvenience this delay may have caused and have reviewed our fulfillment procedures to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

      The customer placed order #***** on June 19, 2025, and received a shipping confirmation with tracking number *************. While the standard shipping timeframe is 5–10 business days, we acknowledge that international and customs-related factors can occasionally cause delays outside our control.
      As of our most recent check, the package remains in transit and is scheduled for delivery by August 1, 2025, per tracking information ******* *** ********************************************
      Resolution:
      To ensure the customer's satisfaction and to resolve the issue promptly, we have issued a full refund of $118.49 to the original payment method. The refund was processed and should reflect on the customer’s account within 5–7 business days, depending on their financial institution.

      I ordered two ******* from **** * ** on June 27th, it is now July 16 they said it would be here in 10 business days. I spent around 40 dollars and would either like my money back or my ******* delivered. I emailed them asking about my package and didn’t get a respond.

      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience Ms. ***** has experienced with the delivery delay. Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 7–15 business days, as noted during checkout and in our order confirmation email. While we aim to deliver earlier whenever possible, there are instances where international logistics may experience unexpected transit delays.
      Upon checking the order, we confirm that it was processed and shipped out promptly. The latest tracking update (*******************************************) shows the package in transit as of July 22, 2025, and it is moving through the carrier’s network.
      Regarding the communication concern, we apologize if Ms. *****’s inquiry was not promptly addressed. We are currently reviewing our support system to ensure no customer inquiries go unanswered. We take these matters seriously and have taken steps internally to reinforce timely responses.
      Resolution:
      We will continue monitoring the shipment and can follow up with the carrier on the customer’s behalf.

      Hello, I saw an advertisement for this company **** * ** that directed me to their website to purchase items. I checked their contact information and saw they were based in the US, specifically in NY, so I thought it was a legitimate company and made a purchase on June 4th for $440.88. They then sent me a discount offer for my next order, so I placed another order for $132.93 on June 7th. They sent email confirmations and said the items would arrive in 5-10 business days. We are now nearly a month later, and I still haven't received anything. When I looked at the purchase receipt on my credit card statement, it listed LED LIGHTING, and the email address was strange, showing **********************, but the emails I received instructed me to contact them at ****************. When I emailed that address, it bounced back!       Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this experience has caused Ms. *******.
      Upon review of her orders (****** *** ******), we acknowledge the delays in processing and the communication issues she encountered. We understand how disappointing it must have been to not receive timely updates, and we regret the confusion caused by the discrepancy in the payment descriptor and the email bounceback issue.
      Please allow us to clarify:
      **** * ** is part of a broader group of affiliated eCommerce stores, which may sometimes lead to payment processors displaying different business names on card statements (such as "LED LIGHTING"). This is not intended to mislead and we understand how this may have caused concern. Additionally, the bounceback from **************** was due to a temporary email configuration error, which has since been corrected.
      As a gesture of goodwill and to fully resolve this matter, we have already processed a full refund for both orders totaling $573.81. The refunds were issued back to Ms. *******'s original method of payment and should reflect in her account shortly, if not already.
      We remain committed to providing a better customer experience and are taking steps internally to ensure this type of situation does not occur again.

      I am rejecting this response because as of today there has still been no REFUNDS posted or received and the company claimed that it was done and I should have already received them.  In keeping with my 10 Days to reply I have check and there are no PENDING REFUNDS from this company to my accounts.  Additionally I tried to email them at the email that they put in their response ******************* to check validation and ask for proof of the refund and wouldn't you know it, it BOUNCED back as a NOT WORKING email.  I guess another mishap as they claimed in the previous response.  **** ******* ** * ****.  I suggest they show PROOF of the REFUND being submitted to BOTH my Charges for the total sum!  As of today they have NOT REFUNDED my account.

      A dress for my wife was purchased. The dress was received on June 6, but it is too large and not her style. On several occasions I have requested a return label, since June 6, 2025. To date, the company has failed to provide via email. a RETURN LABEL. I would like to return the dress and secure a refund.

      I ordered 2 pairs of shorts on Feb 22 from ***** ****** for $42.95 including shipping. I was told it would be delivered in 5-15 days. I was told it shipped March 3rd, then was told it was delivered April 2nd. I never received them. I sent them numerous emails beginning April 3rd and got a computer generated response every time. I also tried to call and got no answer. This company is still out there trying to sell these shorts *** **** * *****

      Since the order’s delivery, we have not received any further communication from the customer regarding non-receipt or follow-up issues beyond the automated responses mentioned. If Ms. ********* did not receive the parcel despite the confirmed delivery, we would have appreciated the opportunity to assist by filing a claim with the courier or exploring alternative solutions.
