    **** ** * ******** ****** ******** ******* ********* I missed the delivery and requested them to reattempt delivery. It's been 2 weeks and they claim they do not have a driver to do my delivery, yet they do not offer pick up options. it's such a pain in the muscle with their kind of service.

    The contents of my package were stolen before being delivered to me. From my own camera I can see that this company delivered an empty box. I can see the delivery guy trying to hide the rip in the envelope from where the product was stolen. And there is NO customer service to talk to and they don't respond to emails.

    driver texted me Next time i will not deliver ur parcel if you will not open the door

    ***** **** ****** *** **** ******* ** *** ***** ** ***** ** *** ** *********** *********** Lodged a complaint with OPC (office de la protection du consommateurs) along side with their supplier and directly on the company's website.
    Job description is simple, receive shipment, load shipment onto truck, deliver shipment enroute to deliver other shipments to other customers and return the truck back to the warehouse. Repeat for the rest of the week.
    I don't see how anybody can mess this up? **** ***** ***** * ******

    Failed to deliver to my address, blaming
    1st time "Incorrect address".
    My address been use on hundreds of on line shopping , ******* ***** *********** All other arrived, only this Apple Express said "Incorrect address" ***.
    2nd time "Recipient refuse".
    My address is a corporate building, there is a big mail box outside. No need to talk to anyone to drop my package into the mailbox. How could the driver be refused? By ghost?
    And I never met any person, got any phone call, any email, How could I refuse anything I never contact with? **** ***** ******* ** **** ** **** **** ****** *** ********** ** *** ******* ******** *** ******

    Absolutely horrible delivery service and customer service. I have asked a couple time to look into my delivery and not an answer. Just ignored completely. I can’t believe companies use them to deliver product.

    I recently had yet another disappointing experience with Apple Express courier. Despite explicitly stating in my delivery instructions that my business opens at 10 AM, the driver attempted to deliver my package at 9:20 AM when no one was available. This complete disregard for my instructions is unacceptable.
    To make matters worse, the company has not responded to any of my emails regarding the issue. Although I was initially told that the delivery would be reattempted the next day, the tracking status now indicates that it will be delayed by an additional three days. This kind of inconsistency and lack of communication is frustrating and **************.
    This isn't the first time I've had problems with Apple Express. Their apparent indifference towards preventing or resolving issues is evident. I would not recommend their services to anyone who values reliability and customer service.

    ** * ***** **** **** ******* * ***** * ***** ***** This delivery company is one of the most stressful couriers I have ever been in contact with. I have been trying since June 1st to get in touch with them for a delivery they keep “missing”. The delivery driver stated “I won’t work past 4pm” and told said company the package is undeliverable after only 1 attempt. I’ve talked to 5 different customer service agents for help and not one has had the driver actually leave a notice instead of a text as well as not giving me the option to pick up at a pick up center near me like every other delivery service offers if delivery has been missed. That is unprofessional I am at work along with the rest of society and cannot have use of my phone during those hours. I’m so done with this service they need to be held accountable but there is literally no way to review their service other than through here, **** * **** ** * ********

    ******** ******** Email arrived to say package out for delivery followed by an email saying no one was home and delivery rescheduled to next business day. No delivery attempt was made. I fully expect the same thing Monday then the parcel will be returned to shipper. ** **** *** ****** ***** *** **** ******** * **** *** **** *** ******** ****** *********

    Impossible to hook up with these people to receive a delivery. Hours state deliveries 9 am to 9 pm. Both times after a delivery re attempt they showed up at 7 and returned parcel when I didn’t answer. No customer service at all

    It’s great that you have a website much like every other delivery service in the world. The difference being of course is most other , in fact all other delivery services I have dealt with have customer service agents which can answer questions as to where a package is. Also they can follow simple instructions where the client does not have to make repeated calls to get an answer. Other delivery services have a location where parcel can be picked up if a delivery is missed. A delivery that was missed 3 times as , once again your drivers failed to follow instructions. Also when your driver finally followed instructions and called me when they arrived, I went to meet them in the lobby of my building and they weren’t even at the proper address.
    Also your website clearly states they make deliveries between 9 am and 9 pm. All three missed deliveries were attempted at 7 am. As I work nights I was still asleep and missed their call as my alarm was set for 8 am so as to not miss them. On one attempt the call came in at 0702h. I literally was woken up by the call and accidentally hit reject instead of accept. I immediately called back. In fact my phone read **** when I called back and was told they were too far away to return with the delivery. Too far away in one minute? This lead to a three day delay for the second attempt as the parcel had to go back in your system and was held in some mysterious location. Then upon finally reaching someone at your call centre I was given completely contradictory information in comparison to your website tracking.

And I only received my package after I had to go look for your delivery driver who was at the wrong address.
    Your customer service phone reps for the most part were impatient and borderline ****. Talking over me and not paying attention to what I was trying to explain to them. When I mentioned your website says deliveries are made between 9 and 9 I was told flippantly that “ well you can’t go by that , the driver must have been trying to get an early start. If you can’t go by “that” then remove it from the website.
    * ****** **** *** ** *** ****** **** ********* ******* *********. In fact having the word Express in your name is beyond ironic. * ******** ** ******* ******** **** **** ** ****** ***** ******* ******* ******* ** ** * *** **** *** **** ***** **** ***.
    But oh ya, greet you have tracking available on a website. Big deal!
