    Very poor customer service.
    I was at work when they delivered my package. Because I wasn't home they sent my package back to shipper.
    I called them to schedule a time for delivery but the lady I was talking was not willing to help me at all.

    ** * *** **** **** **** * **** * ****** They tried to deliver to my office on a Sunday when the office is closed, then decided to return my package to sender because they are too **** to deliver it on a week day. Then you call to pick up and no one answer and after half an hour you get sent to voice mail that they don't check. You can request a call back but after 4 requests and 3 days later I have yet to get a call.
    God forbid you try to find out where there local pick up is cause they don't publish it ** *** *** ******* ** **** *** *** ******* ********** * ******* ** **** ***** ******* * **** **** ***** ***** ** ** *** ** ****** ********* ** * *****

    My package was never delivered, called Apple express and they told me the driver is still holding onto it. ***** *** *** ****** *** ****** ** ******** I was told they would call me back with an update and they’ve never bothered to call me back.     Realy bad experience, delevery ********** stole 5 min after, next time try to assistance noting...the delevery man did knok a the door, * ***** ** ***** *** ********try to open is door..total panic ..he call the 911.. ****** ****** ******* ***** ******* ********* ************ **** *** **** ************* *** **** ***** **********

    Apple express is * ******** ******* ****** time they have said packages were undeliverable. This time the excuse was driver felt unsafe which is absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason the driver would be unsafe. We have had hundreds of packages delivered and never an issue but only with this company.

    It's been 6 days with no updates. I have no idea where my package is. I've tried calling their customer support line, but no one answers. I also tried emailing them but haven't heard back. ***** ******* ******* ** * ****** *** **** **** *

    They delivered my $250 product into the wrong locker system where another unit got my qr code to open the lockers. The company that I bought the product from will not issue a refund or replacement because there was a photo of proof of delivery into the locker system. Extremely disappointed.

    **** ** * ******** ******** *******. ****** used them as a 3rd party delivery service and they tried my door once. I missed it by 3 minutes but was able to phone the driver, who was very **** and said he could not return he had "1,500 packages to deliver" and would be sending mine back to the shipper (China). I have no idea where the items I ordered went to and there is no one to inquire to. The website is not helpful. In the meantime my credit card was charged including import fees. **** ** *** * **** **** ******** ********

    The delivery policy clearly states that the package will be left in a secure location - the delivery driver stood on the sidewalk and launched the package at my door instead of using the LARGE RED mailbox. This is clearly not a secure location when the driver was able to toss the package from the sidewalk to the door. I watched the delivery on my cameras as well as listen to the driver on a personal call. **** ******* ** ********** ************** - I have waited on hold with this company twice for 32 minutes each time - they lack any kind of customer service.

    The delivery person mad note that there is no buzzer system on my building. The front door has one and it rings my cell. Nobody tried calling. The second time they apparently tried, my daughter was at home and nobody tried to come in for my place. I finally found a number to call and was told the package was being returned to the sender. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.
