    Very poor service. This is third time already, I missed the delivery driver's call, the driver took my package away. When I called back shortly after and I was told he would return sometime to re-attempt. Only when I found out next day, the package was returned back to shipper. There was no re-attempt whatsoever planned. *** *********** *********

    The delivery driver did not deliver my package to the correct address. Did not double check. No common sense to call the customer and ask or the company. I had the toughest time to get a hold of their customer service. To the point that I drove over to their Mississauga head quarters and made the phone call from there. Only then was I able to get in touch with a customer service agent. Who got in touch with the driver and confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. I was told it would be picked up and delivered the next day. Nothing.
    Called again, this time another customer service agent said it was not delivered and the item has been marked as lost. Who knows where it went ** ** *** ******** ****** ***** *** The customer service agent didn’t even think to issue a letter to me that stated item is lost so that I can request my refund from the company I bought the items from - I requested it.
    *** ****** ** ****** **** *** *** ***** ***** * ***** *** ******* **** ******** If I ever see Apple Express as the shipping company, I will cancel my orders.
    Their technology probably is ******* *** not up to the mark. ******* *** ***** ******** ******* **** *** the only one I’ve ever had a problem with. Hope they ** *** ** ******** **** ** ******* *** considering improving their protocols. Or invest in good technology and staff that has a presence of kind and actually cares to deliver items to the right place. ***** **** ***** **** **** **** ************

    On Mar. 12, 2025, I ordered a book from the U.S ******* *********. The shipper used the services of ******** ****** to move the item across the border and ******** ****** contracted with Apple Express to deliver it to my home in West Vancouver, B.C.
    Neither parking nor stopping is allowed at our front as it is a major arterial road. Our front gate is locked by a sliding bolt and on the gate we have placed a large professional-made sign (about 3 feet by 4 feet) directing that all deliveries are to be made at the rear of the house by way of the adjacent laneway.
    Ignoring this sign, the Apple Express driver broke through the locked gate and delivered the package to the front upstairs of the house.
    On Thursday Mar. 27, 2025 I contacted an Apple Express customer service representatives. I explained what occurred. I asked the matter be investigated, and ************ action taken. I requested written confirmation.
    I didn't receive any written confirmation.
    On Apr. 4, 2025. I again contacted Apple Express.
    * *** **** *** ****** *** ***********.
    I asked for written confirmation.
    I told them that I had not received a confirmation e-mail nor any other subsequent communication from Apple Express, as I had previously requested.
    I advised that I was not looking for compensation. I requested that I be sent a letter of apology which confirmed the investigation *** **********.
    The rep. said they would send me a letter.
    I didn't received any further response from Apple Express by e-mail, telephone or regular mail.

    This happened to me to day April 12/2025 I received a delivery notification along with photos showing my package was delivered However the package was ****** after shortly the it was dropped off I have checked with neighbours around my property and definitely gone

    Hello, the service level requested by the shipper is a Safe Drop, this service only requires an image of the delivery location that we also support with a geolocation of the image.
    If you believe your package was stolen after we delivered it, please advise the Shipper.

    They lost my parcel,they deliverd on Sunday which my office was closed,they sent back to warehouse ,then I tried to go to warehouse to pick up,but they could not find my parcel

    Hello, many shippers do not advise us of commercial addresses. Please note Sunday deliveries are performed during high volume periods such as year end and increased volumes due to the *** labour interruption. Dependent on the Shipper, some parcels are returned after a single attempt and we do not currently offer pickup at our facilities. In future, if you have issues, our website offers several contact options to assist you. ******************.com

    *** * **** **** ****** *** ******** ***** ******** ******** **** *** ** ** * **** ***** they get paid but simply do not deliver the package???? I did not choose them as a courier but were used as last mile delivery by two **** ********* companies. First time they said address incorrect (it's not), second time they said undeliverable due to weather (Canada in winter, roads plowed). I also have a box at the end of my driveway marked packages which they didn't use. Horrible, and no customer service whatsoever.

    terrible service the drivers NEVER read the delivery instruction requests… every time I’ve *** *** ********* waiting for a package from these guys it’s unbearable… do their drivers not know how to follow instructions… my place of work is open 9am-5pm weekdays yet they have either shown up past those hours or on a weekend when we are closed! *** *********** *** the drivers that they can’t follow simple instructions? They need to actually train and instruct their drivers on HOW TO FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS!
    Also customer service never returns calls or emails.. **** ******* ** * ****
