    They send me stuff I did not order, to my work address. They charged my card for over$380, of stuff I did not order. They do not give my money back. To boot, I'm a senior and don't know how to handle this, other than suing you people.. Someone owes me $380..
    I'm reporting you to the police...

    * ***** ***** **** ***** ** * *****. Not only did they not follow instructions on where to safe drop my parcel, they carelessly left it on the mail room floor of my complex which has a major theft issue , and it was stolen within minutes of being there. Absolutely no customer service when emailed either. They should be responsible for the monetary value of the product.

    Item was marked “ unable to deliver because customer was not home”. They never even tried! We were home that whole day *** **** ******** ** ***** Said it would be returned to sender. I started phoning dozens of times, leaving messages and in the end they did deliver the item because I phoned the head office in Ontario. Super frustrating and would not order an item again if they use Apple Express- Landmark shipping.

    * ** *** ********* **** ******** ** * ***** ***** * ******** ****** * *****.Talked to two people at customer service, about picking up my parcel at a PuDo (pickup drop off) point that they suggest on the web site. They seemed to not understand what I was talking about.Asked if it could be picked up from delivery warehouse, and was told no, and they only make 1 attempt to deliver. And a litany of other unbelievable excuses
    I have been in the Transportation Industry for 47 years, as a Driver/Dispatcher/Warehouseman,for several major Trucking Companies, within Canada, this is by far one of the worst I have ever dealt with!

    Hello,


    Our service does not include pickup from our warehouses. The shipper, our customer, selects the service level. The level selected in this instance is 1 delivery attempt then a redirect to a pickup point.


    I cannot comment on the statement of "a litany of of other unbelievable excuses".


    We are sorry that you had a different expectation. We performed the service as requested by our customer.
