    I was waiting for a delivery from *** ******, which was to be delivered via apple express courier. My shipping address on my order was correct. When I tracked the package, it said that a delivery attempt was made, but there was no answer and because I lived in an apartment they were unable to deliver.

    I don't live in an apartment.

    I tried to contact apple express MULTIPLE times to no avail to advise them that they are delivering to the wrong address. They did not respond. I am still waiting for the package* ***** *** ******** *** ****** **** ****** ** *** ******** ** ********* ** *** ***** ********

    I am rejecting this response because: my package has not yet been delivered. 

    When you Google our address, Google maps shows the front of our home and an overhead map view. We are on a Main Street. Our unit number *** is visible on the front of our home and the back above the garage. 

    I will accept your response when my package is delivered.

    I placed an order with a third party, who said the order would be delivered on a Tuesday. Apple Express attempted to deliver on a Monday when we are closed. They texted for a buzzer number and I replied, requesting they deliver the next day as promised.

    Instead, they ignored my message and updated the tracking to say "Business Closed, parcel being returned to sender"

    Why would they ignore all messaging and not attempt to deliver when we are open?

    The shipper sent another package with extra notes to not deliver on Mondays when we are closed.

    Apple Express just sent tracking saying the package will arrive Monday. AGAIN.

    Clearly Apple Express have no idea how to read or complete deliveries. I've requested an order cancellation and refund from the shipper until they start using a normal delivery service.

    The service level requested by the shipper is not date specific. We perform deliveries the business day following receipt from the shipper.

    We are enhancing our last mile e-commerce services to allow specific delivery days, but that is currently not an option for this service level.

    In the future, assistance can be provided by connecting with us through our web site that provides an inquiry form, e-mail address and phone number.

    Our apologies for this but again, this is the service level requested by the shipper.
