    Ordered an item in early December 2022 and was told delivery by mid-December 2022. By the 3rd week in December item had not arrived so started tracking and calling about it. Was advised that the item was returned to shipper as they could not find the address even though we have lived here over 20 years and very easy find on google maps.
    Fast forward to January 2023, exact same thing happens. when I spoke to customer service at Apple express and then to a supervisor they confirmed the address and that they could find it but could not explain why the driver(s) couldn't.

    Problem free delivery. I live in a multi storey condo and the driver delivered my shipment right to my door. Could not ask for better service!

    Horrible customer service. I have not received my package and it is over a week late. It says it's at the local facility and has been for over a week. I contacted customer service twice and they were no help. I don't understand why my package is late if it is in the city and why can't customer service tell me why.

    My package was delivered and left right on my front porch for everyone walking by to see, in the middle of the day. It was stolen by the time that I got home. This is the second time I've had an issue with AppleExpress.
    I live in downtown Hamilton. I checked your policy on leaving packages and the driver is to use appropriate judgement to determine when to leave a package or to try again. It is completely inappropriate to leave a package right on the front porch in downtown Hamilton. There was no attempt to hide the package on the side of the porch, which would have been much better, but still not ideal.
    I contacted customer support two days ago, and am still waiting on a response. The first time I had an issue with a package being delivered to the wrong address (in December 2022), and never received any email or call back about that.

    Delivered my parcel to the wrong address. No help provided. Has to go to a stranger's to and ask for my package. I have never had a delivery service that wouldn't at least try to fix the problem. It has cost the vendor a regular customer.

    Two days late in delivering a package - then marked it 'damaged' and returned it to sender. How would they know the items were damaged? unless they opened the box and looked inside? Or is this an excuse to avoid having to try and deliver the item? Now, the sender can't re-send the package since those items are no longer available. I'm worse off for it, and have lost so much time dealing with it. Any time you make an online order, if there is a special request section, I would suggest you specify to not have the order shipped via Apple Express, and it's worthwhile for us as consumers to pay the cost difference to get it via a reputable service like ***** or *** instead. This makes me not ever want to use the same vendor (******) ever again, since how can I trust a company that trusts such a terrible courier service?

    It's been 5 days and they couldn't deliver the product I ordered Mississauga - Scarborough There is no customs and I paid for fast shipping. They sent me a black blank picture on the 5th day because it was delivered but it was not delivered. They have a very bad service. I don't know what happened to my product, ** ** *** * ******

    Ordered a package through fanatics, landmark ended up using this company to deliver. They claim they attempted to deliver but someone was home all day and 0 attempt was made. It is now being returned to the sender after 1 attempt and state that is their agreement. Crazy that this company still gets used to this day when they can’t even perform the work they are hired to do. ***** ** *** *****

    Had my package routed through them, was home all day. They claim my package was "delivered" at a certain time, though I was home, my camera picked up not a single person in the vicinity dropping anything off. When I called them to get further clarification, they claim "its not our fault", zero results for the hundreds of dollars I just lost. ********** ***** **** ******
