    They tried to deliver when I was home, no call, no text. Said I was unavailable for delivery, so the next day when I was at work, they called and text me. I advised the driver I was not home at this time. He told me the package would be returned to sender, as I was not available for delivery. Such a feeble attempt, ** *** *** **** ******* *** ********.

    Apple Express is a ******** *** highly irresponsible organization. On October 25/23, their delivery driver ***** *** ** ** ******** *** reported them as "delivered" without any photo showing "proof of delivery" as is usually the case. I reported the item "undelivered" to the seller, and applied for refund. as a part of the refund process the seller requested an official letter from Apple Express indicating that the packages were not delivered to me. I relayed the request to Apple Express, and they then went SILENT, and consequently my refund was rejected by the seller. I intend to go after Apple Express for the loss incurred plus other financial expences associated with my transaction. ******** ****** ** ***** **** ***** ******* ** *** ***** ******* ******** *** **** ***** *** ** ** ******* ** ** ******** ** *******

    I get a message at 17:40 that delivery within 10 minutes at 17:41 receive an email that no answer in the appartment the adress they have is a commercial building open to public and the door of my office was open i dont think that they even attempt to deliver.terrible service

    A package was not delivered to me because the postal code was deemed as incorrect. (A postal code that the same courier has delivered to numerous times in the past) Upon getting the email advising of such, I called their customer support immediately.
    The agent I spoke with advised that it would be sent back to the shipper but as it was the same day she would reach out to see if she could have it reattempted and would call me back. 5 days passed and I did not get a call back so I tried again myself.
    The second agent advised me that the package was still at their sorting facility awaiting to be sent back to the shipper and that he would also email them to not send it back. He ended by advising me to call back on Monday as it was the weekend.
    I called on Monday and the third agent told me to reach out to the shipper as it was sent back and they don't do reattempts despite me being told multiple times they would try. I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me.
    I called back and spoke to a manager who had no interest in taking accountability. Saying she doesn't know why the agents gave me inconsistent information and that the package was sent back to the shipper. I then questioned why the status on the tracking number said it was still at the local sorting facility waiting to be sent back to the shipper and her response was that they don't update the tracking numbers, despite being the courier company.
    This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the package according to the shippers still hasn't been received by them and it apparently just sitting in some local sorting facility of the courier company while I have been provided with no assistance of any kind.

    I still haven't received my order.
    The driver has my package for 8 days. Since Aug 17, 2023.
    I hope he decides to take it back to the warehouse.
    I call every day asking about my order. And I wait home every day waiting for nothing.
    I offered to drive and pick it up from anywhere in the city, they said it's not an option.
    Will advice sender avoid this company.

    Was suppose to be delivered today Aug 19th by 9pm. NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!’ How I’m I suppose to run my business if these kids don’t deliver my supplies??!!! How?! Should I take them to Apple express to court?

    The second time I have the misfortune to receive orders through this company. And the second time the courier **** that I was allegedly not at home. But, of course, no one came to me and called. Now they want to send my order #******** back. The support service does not care, wrote 5 majls and completely ignored. I had to write a complaint to the sender, maybe at least it will work. I will also write negative reviews wherever I can. You can't treat a customer like that!

    **** ****** ** * ****** ********* NO notification of delivery. NO email notice until hours after item was left at door. Item disappeared, having been left on step at locked lobby door outside low-rise in a busy downtown area.
    Why was delivery made by APPLE EXPRESS? Items from the sender always come via ****** **** with no problems. Why Apple Express? Based on other reviews, red flags are going up about the legitimacy of this "courier". I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK, 15 hours after requesting an explanation. By leaving package outside in busy area, driver DID NOT exercise good judgment. NO DELIVERY NOTICE ON DOOR. NOTHING. ZERO.
    Oh, yes! PLEASE, PLEASE DO send a copy of this review to Apple Express. I'd love to hear their explanation...!

    ** * ***** ***** * ***** * ****** ** *** *** ***** **** ******** ****** *** We're expecting an item from ****** that was "out for delivery" as of yesterday at 6:30am. 32 hours later and we still haven't received it. The website hasn't updated it's location in their system and when I go to enquire, the space to enter the tracking number doesn't work. *** ******* ***** **** **** *** ********* Unfortunately, I don't think a lot of us reviewing them had a choice as companies use them and the customer only finds out who the courier is after placing the order. If you find out your order is coming AppleExpress, cancel it if you can. Also, report to the companies using them in the hopes that they finally get the message and stop. It's costing them money as we will definitely be requesting a refund.
    Edit: My package finally arrived (4 days later), but the driver took my item (a faux fur bean bag chair) OUT OF ITS PACKAGING. They then stuck the invoice directly to the chair itself with packing tape. They delivered it unprotected and subsequently damaged when I removed the packing tape from the bear's head. Who are they to remove people's items from the boxes they are shipped in?! This is absolutely appalling. I know it was removed because there is still cardboard stuck to the back of the invoice that was taped to the chair. There are no words.

    Missed my delivery, they redirected my package to a pickup location that has been closed for months! Called them wanting to know where my package is, they don't know. When I asked to have it redelivered I was told that's not the procedure? When is asked if the procedure is to have packages left at a place that isn't here anymore, how is that good customer service I was hung up on. This is a horrible company!!
