      They delivered to a locker unit in my building but sent the code to open the locker to the wrong telephone number. Then I contacted the seller, who sent me a replacement using another delivery company. UniUni is unreliable, never resolved it, and the package with them was lost.

      This company is the worst ever they keep sending me texts on delivered items while I'm at work despite sending mails and calling them never to deliver any packages at my apartment since I work I'm never around and it's not safe. This is the fourth time this year. The sellers are equally culpable I dmed them my preference yet they use this very dubious company. The drivers upload package send to them and case closed Package never received claims never responded to. Even Canada post respect my decision by dropping delivery notification while I pick my packages at my convenience. This company is fraudulent the drivers, customer service all very irresponsible, indifferent no accountability. This scam needs to stop pls someone help!! All my attempt to get my refund from *** express met a brick wall cause the fraudulent company insists their driver had delivered. The most painful is I was at their office a day before the package was delivered and also told them not to come to my apartment that I will self pick after calling them thrice same day. What a ***************

      You need one with no stars. They put on the company that they attempted deliveries when they came once. It has listed attempted deliveries for 2am...yes 2AM in the morning.

      How disgusting, to throw it full view on the doorstep, on a main street in town, and leave it there, when it could fit in the mailbox. Also, for sure, they did not ring my doorbell, my neighbour was watching, and I was home !

      The worst! They take forever and packages never make it to the door. The laziest drivers EVER, I have a box next to my door marked "packages" that can't be seen from the street. Packages are left dozens of feet from porch in driveway and on planter walls.

      So far, so useless. Delivery driver went away with my delivery instead of following the directions on the door, to leave it behind the planter. We believe they didnt actually come. Long hold time with UniUni to have them re-deliver, leaving it behind the door. Next attempt, they sent me a message saying they had delivered and a picture of their steering wheel and two blurry fingers (Im guessing). Twenty minutes back on hold again and when it was finally my turn in the queue, they closed the office for the day. What wonderful integrity, to get to the people that called in well before they closed (sarcastic). Im not sure what this company is good for, in their email they say we love to deliver but that is a crock. Avoid using this company at all costs.

      Awesome! I am happy with my delivery from Uniexpress. The driver didn't buzz my apartment but that was OK. I received an email to say the package had arrived. Pictures too.

      TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My package is now a month late, in the wrong city and isnt even making it way to me! I called customer service to ask where my package was and they straight up lied to me and gave me attitude! They told me that it hadnt been released by customs and that they have no way to contact customs? DO NOT USE UNIUNI!

      Terrible experiences- first they left my package on a random, outdoor, entirely unsecured table in my apartment building 2 months ago. Now, they delivered a package worth TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS not only to the wrong apartment, but the wrong BUILDING, and I only know because the picture of the door they sent is not what my apartment building or any in the nearby area look like. The Wrong Building. Trying to text them back leads to a dead end, and calling on a Sunday doesnt even let you leave a message. I tried today and they still dont have anyone to pick up the phone, so I left a message- but who knows if theyll even respond! I dont trust them to! If they dont fix this tomorrow and re-deliver my package to my actual address Im going to have to go to the police. Horrid, horrid service like nothing Ive ever experienced before.
