1 starUniuni delivery drivers are super sketchy. Every time I buy something sellers in ***** that use Uniuni service, the delivery drivers never delivered them to my front door. My packages always got tossed near the gate or the grass. My gate is never locked, by the way. Even worse, they often deliver my packages to wrong addresses,. No help from the customer service is given once they deliver it to a wrong address. Super useless customer service and super sketchy delivery service.uniuni

1 starI could give less than 1 star I would. Worst service.Parcel got to their warehouse on May 28,2023. They said they tried to deliver it but had wrong address. I got a text saying I had to pick it up from their warehouse, which is in *******. Issues I had:* I called and the person said they could send it out for a 2nd delivery attempt, but that would take another week. I told them I would pick it up on the upcoming Saturday. He was pleasant.*I showed up and they said they had sent it out for 2nd delivery! * you call the ***** and you talk to someone who just tells you the same thing you can see in your tracking info. The first person said there was no way to contact the courier who had it or know when it might be delivered or taken back to the warehouse * I kept calling the ******* warehouse and it would just ring and ring.* The warehouse is only open m-f 10 - 6. I live in *********, I can't get there after work in time before they close. Which leaves me only sat. *I finally got someone at their ***** number to escalate the ticket. (****** was great.) This sat I send an urgent email follow-up saying that it had been 48hrs since my escalated ticket, and I still had no word where my parcel was and if I could pick it up.*Sat night at 10 pm, i see a voicemail on my phone - hang up. Then i get a text from them saying they dropped the parcel inside the building (someone must have let them in). They never buzzed me.* It took them almost 3 weeks to deliver a package from ******* to *********!!!Bottom line, don't use this company. Warehouse is not convenient to clients for pickup unless you live in ******* and hours are not long enough for those outside of ******* to get there.uniuni

1 starI order parcels online and its fine and dandy and then if my tracking says its being handled by uniuni my heart sinks because i know that i will not receive my parcel without a big fight. This is the 5th time my parcel is supposed to come through uniuni and the 5th time my parcel was delivery failed. Call customer service and they dont have a clue so just get the run around. If by chance a supervisor actually gets back to me they also have no clue. There is no communication between them and the drivers dont like to do their jobsuniuni

I finally received this parcel today but not before having to call yet again and then being told that i need to go to ******* to pick it up or request another delivery attempt that would take an additional 3-7 days. I lost my temper and demanded to speak to a supervisor. 3 hours later my parcel was delivered by a person that had no idea what he was doing. Got lost walking around my driveway and had to guide him twice so he could deliver another parcel in my buildings. He didnt know how to read the apartment buzzers or anything. Then was confused how i even knew he was here.... I said, you called me. He said, oh that was my partner. While getting my parcel i received 3 more texts from his partner wanting building confirmation. And now i know why i never receive my parcels without a big fight.Review fromRichard F

1 starWorst delivery company ever. Said my address was wrong but the delivery driver went right past my house and I have big sign out front. Then to add pain to injury when you contact them they said it was not in there system anymore so you can not reschedule the delivery. where did the parcel go???? they don't know or care. ******, ********** have no problem, get some better drivers.uniuni

No reply for email requests.Delivery tracking shows Gateway to Gateway and doesnt even mention which location.Suppliers choose this service for costs? What about customer service?Even the representative on phone didnt know where the package was.Even one star means I dont have a lower option available.uniuni

1 starTwice!...twice this company delivered a package (from a 3rd party Seller) to the wrong address. They sent pictures of it after I raised a ticket and both times it was the same apartment door with the wrong name and address on it (yes the wrong name and address is actually right there on the door). I live in a house NOT an apartment and the picture is no where near any place around me....the best part is they have a picture of the package and the package has the correct address on it so they just can't seem to figure how to deliver to the correct address (which is 99% of being a carrier). Looks like this is an ongoing problem for this company according to other complaints as well. Their response is go contact the seller but the seller always says well once it's with the carrier it's out of our hands. This place is terrible and makes me think they are delivering to the wrong place on purpose and then people are putting it back on the market and selling it again.Review fromVanessa S

1 starThe worse company ever **************************** I *** a $196 order from #***** because they used uniuni to deliver my order they left it in the lobby of a 24 story building after gaining entry when they could have used the elevator to get to the 6rh floor they have no social media platform because they want to evade the awful service rendered to consumers they have no remorse and I wonder how companies like this continue to exist in Canadauniuni

1 starI want to complain the service of uniuni. My orders from ***** was ****** by someone yesterday in our frontyard. The deliverman came to our frontyard at exactly 2:14 p.m. and just tossed my package, took a picture of it and just left! I was so frustrated! It cost $80 for clothes for my daughter. I've been waiting for my orders for weeks and this just happened! He should've rang my doorbell to inform me that my package was already there. The issue hasn't been resolved! I need a refund! 1 starTerrible service. I got a text confirming a delivery but I was not home. When I got home the package was not by my condo door or by the mailboxes in the lobby. I called them and they sent me a photo showing they left it on the floor by the mailboxes in the lobby but I never received it. Their email said the case is closed as far as they are concerned. Really bad business practice to just leave it and run. Too lazy to try a 2nd time.
