      Uni uni is awful. The delivery person went to wrong address and then I spent three weeks calling them to get updates and refund. They are terrible customer service. They do not care. Then they emailed to say my file was closed...what? No info about refund or what closed means. They should be investigated.

      Last month it took them 23 days to deliver my package from Quebec to Alberta. Currently i have 2 orders sitting in limbo somewhere ones been sitting for 8 days hasnt moved. The the other one, the place I ordered from sent me a confirmation number and we are now day 5 and its says invalid tracking number.... this is ridiculous! This is by far the worst company ever. We rely on shipping companies to be quick and trustworthy. I for one DO NOT trust or like this company. And id love to find away we can kick this company to the curb

      Hard to say what to give them (so I'm giving 3 stars). I did get my package - but I'm very lucky it wasn't ******. They chucked it onto my front porch, but didn't bother to knock or ring the doorbell. They waited about a half hour to mark it as delivered after it had already been delivered. Here's the problem. I live on a busy street. They put the package in full view of the street. Most (competent) delivery people put packages at the side of the house where it's less visible (we live on a corner lot). So I really hope that anyone I shop with doesn't deliver using this company as there's a strong likelihood the package will get ******. If they actually did something to alert the customer that the package was there - like ring the doorbell (we have signs up saying to do this) or at the very least mark it as delivered when delivered - not whenever is convenient, it would minimize this risk.

      This company is the worst delivery company I have experienced. The driver didn't know how to use the buzzer code system. Very simple all other drivers have no problem. I tried twice to help her and then told her I would come down. It took me two minutes. In the meantime she put the parcel in the door of the building across from mine i watched her do it. The door closed and locked and then she could not get the parcel. She then marked the delivery as delivered and walked away. In addition she had her kids with her! When I contacted the delivery company they want me to send a picture of my lobby. I explained I didn't have email on my phone and therefore couldn't do it. I have not heard from them since.They were delivering for ****. I have tried to contact **** and havent heard back from them either!

      This is not a delivery company, it is a 'hold the parcel and give you the option to pick it up' company. They did not call before the delivery and claimed there was no such address. Then emailed me and asked me to go and pick it up. I confirmed my address, asked them to deliver it, and they told me I would get it in 5 to 7 days. I put in a request on line and never received a message back.I called 6 days later and they said that I had not called before and told me again it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days (Or I could pick it up right away). This time the tracking said that it was rescheduled.I called again and was told that it should have be delivered within 5 to 7 days of my last call and not they could not tell me when it is scheduled for delivery but said that they would have dispatch email me. No email.

      I would add screenshot if I could. Ordered 10 items. Tracking shows 5 delivery attempts, one at 4 a.m. ! Actually I believe one attempt made and I was here but unable to make it to door with broken leg in time. The tracking then said returned to PX shipping warehouse with address but then that address disappeared (luckily I took a screenshot). When I got a ride there (half hour drive) there PX turns out to be Uniuni and there were only 2 of the 10 items. I asked clerk to look for additional packages but he would not. Totally inadequate service. Texted the only overseas number on site. No response. I advised vendor on Shopify to cease all work with this shipper. I could see in the door they had a lot of packages so people have to vote with their $ I suppose. I would not recommend this company to any aspiring Shopify vendor.

      I ordered an electric bicycle but received a cubic zirconia ring. This isn't UniUni's fault, but this isn't why I've rated them as 2-out-of-5 stars. 1/ I contacted UniUni twice via their web contact. They sent an automated reply that said they would get back to me in 48 hours. They did not. I just wanted to confirm that the delivery address was mine. 2/ After 5 days, I contacted them again to ask for a courtesy or a reply. UniUni's response? CRICKETS 3/ Despite having a tracking number, ZERO tracking information included any location information. (I could track Alice down the rabbit hole easier than I could track my package). It could have been delivered in Zimbabwe for all I knew. Though the package DID come, and even though it was a cubic zirconia ring & not an electric bicycle, I give UniUni a 2-out-of-5 rating because of their poor customer service response & less-than-ideal tracking information.       We had a package delivered by UniUni.The driver left the package at a public business after hours on a Friday evening. First off a package should never be left on the doorstep of a public business. It's not like a residence where one or two person reside. Public businesses can have up to 100+ employees.When I told them, they replied that it wasn't their fault. It certainly was the fault and poor judgment of their driver.Don't use them!

      THE WORST!!!! Second time they didn't deliver my order in the timeline. Last month I waited 2.5 weeks with no updates or any call back as promised, just ramdomly showed up. My current order has been out for delivery for 11 days. Submit a ticket or call, all they say is 24-48 hrs we will get back to you. No call, nothing. No accountability. Told the same thing every time with no resolution. Apparently the Managers name is Andrea, who was supposed to call and doesn't seem to know how to do that. Worst service. I would give -5 stars if it let me.

      Horrible experiences I have got things off a website they have sent 6 of my packages through this company the first one they lost the second one they actually delivered to my house the 3,4 and 5 ones they said my address was wrong and then the 6th one they delivered to somewhere that wasn’t my house so there for lost that package as well! These were all supposed to be delivered to the same address too and had my phone number attached incase they had issues finding my house. The drivers from what I’m told by customer service drive around with packages on they’re truck for a week (even after they say the address is wrong) before returning them to the warehouse for customer pick up. I never experienced such bad customer service
