1 starThey left my package to get stolen, gave me no way to alter the driver of exact delivery locations, took almost a week to get back to me when I complained, and the email I received when they did get back to me seemed as though they did not take responsibility for leaving my package in an unsafe area of my building after the driver had to walk past the "Please deliver packages to the package room" sign to get to their delivery location. 1 starWorst company I have ever dealt with. They keep closing my ticket and asking for me to rate there service which I gave them a one after they closed my ticket three times with out receiving my package. I called them and was told they were going to deliver it in ten days they once they found a carrier to deliver it. I have emailed them back three times with a one rating each time they close my ticket with a response it will be another ten days this has been going one ten days now. 1 starI'm not sure how this company gets an A+ rating, this is absolutely the worst delivery service I have ever see in my entire life. They leave packages on the sidewalk outside of commercial buildings by stairway exits where 100's of people walk by and enjoy the free gifts. I have emailed them on 4 different occasions for this issue. All of the other delivery companies deliver to the Lobby that is open 24/7 with a reception desk. 5 packages stolen on different occasions, 5 refunds from sellers. UniUni support is a joke, they make a ticket show you the picture and say it was delivered and close the file... LOL, the picture even shows it ***** on the sidewalk by and exit door...Review fromLogan H

1 starI wouldn't let UniUni put air in my bicycle tire. If I could give them negative stars they would be counting them for weeks. The most inept, incompetent rank amateurs I've ever encountered in my lifetime. I am amazed that they are still in business in any capacity.

1 starWorst service I have ever encountered in my entire life!!! It's not a delivery service because they DO NOT deliver!! Absolutely disgusting! I placed an order through ****** in September. After tracking my parcel, finally got an update. Here is a cut and paste posted below. Can someone please explain how it can be assigned to a driver, out for delivery, then failed delivery, returned to warehouse all in 14 seconds. Apparently Uniuni drivers can teleport! Insane. Their website is pathetic. Their "submit a ticket" doesn't work. Every time I fill in their form and press submit...it says, "Unable to submit ticket - please try again later." Ugh. Call them and you get no where. Latest email they sent was that my address is out of their delivery area. Wow. I received two deliveries from them this past year but apparently now I'm outside their area. Wow - help me make sense of this. It is so frustrating. I've offered to drive to their warehouse to pick up my parcel. They won't allow that. I am beginning to think their drivers may be stealing packages. That's the only thing that makes sense. Uniuni would have received payment from the seller when the parcel was shipped but they won't deliver to the customer. So, essentially, ********************** is stealing money from shippers. ****************. The tracking activity showing multiple status changes within seconds was the result of a system or routing update, not the actual movement of the parcel. Uniuni is a joke. I just tracked the package again and see an update on 2025-11-05 ********** 16:21:06 A delivery was attempted. Another attempt will be made within the next ***** hours. Another lie. There was NO delivery even attempted. I was home and my husband was home. No one attempted a delivery. Plus look at the timestamp. 4:21pm. I live a hour away from *******. Uniuni is heading out to make a delivery an hour away at 4:21pm.? I doubt it. There is so much dishonesty with this company.Review fromDerek K

1 starThey've had my package for 14 days with zero attempts to deliver. I've made numerous enquiries, by email, chat bot, and phone, and still haven't received an answer as to where my package is. Brutal, pathetic, non-existent customer service.

1 starAbsolute worse. They leave my clearly marked driveway and joy ride through my yard like they own the place. First delivery guy parked on top of my septic tank (speaks no English), second guy attempted to leave my driveway and joy ride through my front yard and I hollered at him and he stopped (he didnt speak English either). 1 starAbsolute worst service! I would leave a 0 star if I could!I work at a college where the street number is 1001. We have had packages delivered to home addresses around us. When they do manage to find us -THE ONLY COLLEGE IN TOWN - they will not go in but just drop at random buildings, front, back, side. Never the same building.
