      By the time I found out my package had been delivered, someone had already stolen it. The courier left my package in the lobby of my apartment building, even though there is a notice asking couriers to NOT leave packages in the lobby. At the time of delivery, I was at home but they didnt even attempt to buzz my unit number to deliver it directly to me. Awful service

      ******** is what this company they cant even tell you when youre package is going to arrive this package cleared customs on the 12 and here it is a month later and still no package this is the worst company there is I. Wont use this company again and if seller want to use this company I will cancel all orders that are sent from this company this company is nothing more than a shameful shambles and outright badly run company

      WE HAVE NEVER RECIEVED A PACKAGE YET FROM THIS COMPANY ALL SAY CANNOT BE DELIVERED - RETURNING TO WAREHOUSE- FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT - WE ARE IN A MALL AND I DOUBT THEY EVEN GET OUT THE CAR - THIS IS SUCH AN UNRELIABLE SERVICE AND SHOULD BE ELIMATED ASAP !!

      Says it attempted delivery of my package, 100% lie! Video proof showed they never attempted to deliver it! Called them, placed on hold for 30 minutes....for them to do nothing...terrible company!

      They do not show up to deliver your package but then will send your package back to the shipper. I HAVE NOT HAD THIS MANY ISSUES WITH A SHIPPER. I purchase **** online and all the other shipping carriers have no problems get me my packages. I am very unhappy that my custom items will not be delivered for my friends.

      Please know that you can tell vendors that you purchase from such as Temu or ***** to NOT use UniUni for your shipping. They are TERRIBLE. They will mark your items as undeliverable and NOT answer their phone EVER. They do not answer support tickets. Temu and ***** will mark your account to not use them. Still trying to the times I paid for from UniUni while **** continues to deliver my items to the same address UniUni says is incorrect. ??

      I have submitted NUMEROUS tickets and I have called! Your agent that took an HOUR to answer the phone said he would have the driver call me the next day. No call no delivery. I order d times for our vacation and EVERYTHING that was suppose to deliver through your company was returned to the warehouse.

      If I could give UniUni zero stars, I would. This company demonstrates an unacceptable level of care and professionalism when it comes to package delivery. My most recent experience involved a package being left outside on the ground next to a community mailbox, fully exposed and unsecured not delivered to my apartment door or to the leasing office, as any reputable carrier would do. The package was left in plain sight where any passerby could have easily stolen it.This is not a one-off mistake. After experiencing this firsthand, I reviewed UniUnis ratings and found a pattern of extremely poor delivery practices, with many other customers reporting similar issues. Their average rating hovering just above 1 star speaks for itself.For a company claiming to be a last-mile delivery solution, especially one contracting for other brands like ***, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend that other consumers and businesses avoid using UniUni if they care at all about the safe and secure delivery of their packages.

      I never had this happened before until now with uniuni shipping service for my international ****. My package was stolen after it was "delivered". The driver didn't bother to put my small package in the mailbox, nor put it at the back door. No doorbell was rung. It was early in the morning when it "arrived". I checked 20 minutes later, it was gone. I contacted them about this. They simply denied it saying it was "delivered" and i have to check for the proof on my tracking number with postal code. Absolutely incompetent. Other carriers I had made sure its back door, in the mailbox, ship it the next day, or even rang the doorbell. Why is uniuni still in business?

      According to our records, this parcel was successfully delivered and left at the door. While mailbox placement may be common with some carriers, UniUnis standard practice is door delivery unless specific delivery instructions are provided in advance. Ringing a doorbell is not required on every drop unless the vendor explicitly requests it.
      If you have a preferred drop location such as a back door or a secure area, we recommend including those details when placing your order so that the driver can follow them during delivery. In high-traffic areas, customers may also choose to display a note or sign at the front door to guide placement.

      Oh please!! These people do not deserve to be in business! UNIUNI hires people that can't read a map and get their directions correct!I was sent messages telling me the parcel couldn't be delivered. REALLY? I doubt that they even tried! So, I was told they sent the package back to ****. Oh wonderful! I have been on the phone and texting with both UNIUNI and Temu trying to get this debacle figured out for the last 2 Days!!!!I don't blame TEMU but UNIUNI needs to screen their drivers better to find out if they even KNOW how to read an address!!!OR READ AT ALL!!! With todays technology there should be NO REASON WHY a package can't get delivered! So, UNIUNI needs to GO!!!! Not reliable at all!!!My dog could deliver packages better than their so called drivers!
