      Oh please!! These people do not deserve to be in business! UNIUNI hires people that can't read a map and get their directions correct!I was sent messages telling me the parcel couldn't be delivered. REALLY? I doubt that they even tried! So, I was told they sent the package back to ****. Oh wonderful! I have been on the phone and texting with both UNIUNI and Temu trying to get this debacle figured out for the last 2 Days!!!!I don't blame TEMU but UNIUNI needs to screen their drivers better to find out if they even KNOW how to read an address!!!OR READ AT ALL!!! With todays technology there should be NO REASON WHY a package can't get delivered! So, UNIUNI needs to GO!!!! Not reliable at all!!!My dog could deliver packages better than their so called drivers!

      A company that I occasionally order from uses Uniuni. Every single package was delivered to the wrong address. 1st package delivered to 2417 my apt was 1724( they flipped the number). 2nd package delivered to 907. With these 2 the driver took a pick of the door so I was able to go & get them. The 3rd & 4th packages the driver took a picture of the package on the ground only. With the 3rd after speaking with a *** the same day they were able to reach out to the seller and send another package. With the 4th package it well over a week and I still dont have a resolution. The agents keep saying that were going to escalate and someone will reach out. I asked for them just reach out to the seller and ask for the money back and they said they cant make a decision only the escalation department. Still waiting on a resolution. Going forward if a see a seller uses Uniuni I will just cancel the order.

      This company has a contract with several Chinese companies to deliver in the ***** but they are not delivering packages; they are reporting items as undeliverable. In my case, it is in ********, **. We had a package for ********* at "attempt a delivery" at 1:36 p.m. on a Wednesday, and the driver said undeliverable and drove off. They have no business or warehouse location here, and don't allow pick up or second delivery. They have an outdated business address that I went to, and an employee of another business said they haven't been there for ****************************************************** two weeks to complain about their service and inability to deliver packages. DO NOT USE!

      I had a delivery,that they delivered to wrong address as the drivers picture shows,never received merch,complained to company who sent,Temu where purchased,denied,will never use them again,especially if can find away to guarantee UniUni isn't the potential delivery company.before I've went to wrong addresses and retrieved my merch,evidence where with their delivery pics.this time out of $ ***** because of it.when i receive all merch on the way,I will cancel TEMU Account ************************* has messed up to many times,I'm done with this delivery service.

      Absolutely horrible and unreliable. The last six orders from my supplier never arrived and were all sent back to the warehouse, whatever that means. They refuse to follow simple instructions to deliver before 5 pm weekdays and not on weekends. Im a caretaker on a gated property that cannot be accessed after 5 pm and not at all on weekends. They consider this undeliverable. **************** is deplorable and never helpful.

      Zero stars if I could. While we have no control over who our products are shipped to our homes with, I want to tell sellers BEWARE. 3 times in the last year, products were dropped off in an unsecure location at the entrance of my building. UniUni drivers do NOT go to your door. They take a picture of the front of your building, the address and whatever spot the drop your package. Usually the main entrance where ANYONE can see it and grab it. Terrible service and the customer service? HA! A letter for my sender to say they are sorry and please re-send. Which is useless.

      I have no idea how this business can be given an A+ rating by BBB. We just lost over $500 due to their driver coming to our closed store front, putting the box on the ground, taking a picture and marking it "Delivered", then walking away with the package. We have this on our security camera video. UniUni will do nothing as they refuse to look at the video. This is just one in a long line of unresolved problems with them. Seeing this place with an A+ rating just dilutes our company's long standing A+ BBB rating. If this is what the BBB considers an A+ company then we will most likely not bother to renew our membership. UniUni should be avoided at all costs.

      Absolutely terrible service. UniUni claimed they attempted delivery twice, but no one came. I was home the entire time, and no one rang the buzzer or even approached the door. Now my package is being returned to the warehouse for no reason. I tried calling customer service all morning no answer. This company is completely unreliable and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.
