1 star1 hour wait time every single time I call to get a hold of someone, dont bother with online response as it doesnt answer anything and they trust a low grade AI system to resolve a problem. Due to there lack of response delayed timing and mishandling of my package that clearly was not my house address I can no longer receive a refund. This is a horrible example of a business this should fall on there insurer to provide a new product or money back. DO NOT USE THEM

1 starI've ordered tons of orders from Temu and not once in 3 years have I have any delivery issues. This week I had two deliveries, one from Temu and one from **************. Both are being delivered by *******. One has been out for delivery for 3 days, the other for 4 days. I have contacted them daily and they tell me to wait for 48 hours which has long past.I called them today *** was in queue for 1 hour and a half. Finally a customer service *** answered and told me they would look into it and he'd send me an email to confirm. No email and no update. I find it very odd that two parcels from two different company both are late. I think this is theft or gross incompetance. I find it disgusting that this company lets their driver's steal or lose peoples mail. And at Christmas time? Thanks alot.

1 starStill havent received my order, I ordered and it was supposed to be delivered in 3 days which would have been the 19th of November, it went from ** to **,bypassed NC where it will be delivered, where its been sitting since the 23rd awaiting transit. When I check the tracking it says they are trying to get my package to me.

1 starTerrible, terrible! First time they "delivered" a package it was tossed onto my back deck and I discovered it by accident. Second time (yesterday) I got a parcel delivered e-mail. Photo showed it on the grass in my backyard! Totally inaccessible as I have mobility issues. Again they stood at back fence and lobbed. When I tried to deal with them they said delivery was complete as shown in photo and then asked me where I expected it to be delivered. Didn't seem to feel I was reasonable when I suggested the front door. Wish there was a minus star choice. It is difficult when you rely on on-line shopping but have no control over delivery service

1 starI really wish that when I leave a complaint about my package that has been "out for delivery" for 7-8 days, the response wouldn't just be that "We're sorry for the delay" and "We cannot provide a definitive delivery time at this moment". This is money I have spent to order something, and being told to contact the seller, when the seller has nothing to do with the shipping, and to contact the local carrier, when there is not only no number available for the specific warehouses, but you are the local last-mile carrier, is absolutely upsetting and unacceptable. Closing my tickets when I am not given a definitive answer, or when I have not received an answer AT ALL, is also pretty rank, because it comes off as uncaring, even if that is not the service representative's intention. Please do better. Stop giving lackluster run-around messages and actually do something about people's missing packages. It is YOUR warehouses, YOU have access to the carriers, not I. Do not display "Out for delivery" if the package is not actively out on the road. That is misleading information. I shouldn't have to request refunds for packages that I need within a certain time, especially if there were limited numbers of the purchase in the first place. Not to mention, in some circumstances you can't even do so because it is so far out of the seller's jurisdiction that you aren't even granted one.

1 starDelivery driver said they "tried" to deliver my package . I was home all day and they did not. Created 2 support tickets and no one seems to care that my package has not been delivered. They also seem to not care that their drivers lie about trying to deliver something . These are christmas presents and now i have to cancel these orders and get a refund, and try to come up with other gifts before christmas. If you buy something online I would suggest doing your research to be sure the company/person is NOT using uni. save yourself the trouble and headache

1 starSaid delivery was attempted and address is undeliverable. I was loading my vehicle for Thanksgiving and outside. ZERO attempt to deliver was made. The company I ordered from is in **** and uses this shipping company so I didnt have a choice. **************** for ********************** said its already headed back to the warehouse and will attempt a second delivery once it comes back. Tracking says it arrived in *********** today at 09:56am and delivery attempt in ************, ** (3 hours away) was made at 10:12am stating my address is undeliverable. A second delivery attempt has NOT been scheduled. I tried and have not received and confirmation of a second delivery scheduled. Ive sent an email and Ive called the phone number and the tracking number only shows that it was returned to the warehouse even though it never left ********* and I am not in LA county. I had to reach out to the company.
