      Have lost several of my packages. **************** team is non-existent and unresponsive. Weeks of waiting for email responses from team members that claim they will respond in 24 hours. By that point my packages are long gone and most likely stolen, never to be seen again. My home address listed on packages is incorrect so they either didn't arrive at all to any location or they are mis-delivered to unknown residences. No attempt at all from the company to look for missing items, speak to the driver who delivered or to make it right for the customer in general at all.

      I reached out to your support team several times concerning the August order in particular. I had to confirm and re-confirm that you had even received my emails because I received no response other than "we will respond to you in 24 hours." I have email trails of all these correspondences so please dont event act like you are trying to resolve this issue at all. I never heard from anyone again after that and my package is long gone. The customer service emails are performative at best, you are not even trying to find out what happened.

      On video, delivery driver tossed package onto front porch from a distance of about 12 ft. Thankfully package was not damaged. Filed complaint with delivery service and uploaded video, no response.The very next day another delivery person delivered a package destined for 204 **** to 504 ****. They even took a photo that would show the front door with the incorrect address.

      The drivers and company are liars! They marked my package undeliverable but wouldn't tell me why. My address is correct and I was home all day and my cameras (i have 4) do not show anyone attempting delivery. Hold times on the phone kept going up not down and then they disconnected me after being on hold for 43 min. Their email customer service **** are useless and refuse to help. I complained to the company I bought the products from and waiting for a response.

      F solute to deliver my items. I even provided a map and directions with a picture of my house. Still my packages went to the wrong location. Find out who they ship with before you place an order as you may not get it.

      If you review my 4 cases I filed for 4 separate deliveries that I NEVER received. In you last email to me you admitted that my item was not delivered to me. It was how I received my refund from the seller. I did not leave this review based on a single incident but rather several.

      Why is this company not shut down yet? There are years worth of complaints on them. I just recently had a package come up missing -- "delivered" to the wrong address. UniUni should be banned.

      Ok, 2nd delivery this week from Uniuni that never made it to MY front door. They rely solely on a street name in whatever city they deliver to, paying no attention to the zip codes ON THE PACKAGE. There could be TWO MAIN STREETS within a city, but 2 different zip codes, opposite ends of the same city. Guess someone is going to get screwed out of a package. And they don't care if you get your package or not. It's a fly-by-night company with no right to be in the delivery business. My package from 2 days ago, the homeowner stopped the driver from delivery, told driver to check the zip code on the package, he did..and the driver yelled "that's 10 miles from here!!".. you can guess I never got the package. Learned my lesson...now have different delivery address, that I KNOW will get to ***** advice to everyone...check the street name where you live, double check there isn't that same street NAME within your city, but with a different zip code.

      ******* is so bad. I ordered a bike parts. Said delivery take 17 days. When it finally said it out for delivery. Never came. I got a message said business is closed. Day 2. Same thing happened. I tried to reach out to them. Never responded back.

      My ability to track my pkg online showed it hadn't had updates for 5 days (Thur 7 Aug 25 - Tue 12 Aug 25): My package was "in transit between ***********, ******************** **". The customer service agent told me what SHE saw was more accurate: HER data showed Uniuni hadn't yet received my package from Customs, near ***. This seemed odd as Customs wouldn't have to hold the package for five days - partly because it's very small and partly because the **************** were paid at the point of origin, in the ***. It ALSO seemed odd because what I could see online differed significantly from what she said she showed...The very next day (Wed 13 Aug) online showed my package had been assigned a driver in *******, **, and was 'out for delivery'. This was interesting because it strongly suggests that what I saw online (the prior day) WAS accurate; and what the agent had told me the day before wasn't.When I raced home to be available for delivery (in case that's needed) I also telephoned to get any information re: timing. I was told it would be delivered "WITHIN 48 HOURS"... At the age of 71, I would be able to WALK the distance between the farthest possible point in ******* to where I live within only 5 hours... That "48 hours" is ludicrous!The pkg was delivered at some time roughly around about 9:00 pm in the evening of that same day. However, I was notified AFTER it had been delivered (and it was indeed there, AND it was fine - there were NO issues with any loss OR any damage AT ALL).However, and THIS is MOST concerning: I specifically left instructions that I needed to be telephoned OR text-messages at least 1 hr prior to delivery because I could be home for it that way. The 1st time I relayed this online. The 2nd time, I confirmed it was included within the delivery instructions. The 3rd time (day of delivery) they assured me the driver could see this information. That information wasn't on the delivery waybill, nor was I called or texted!

      I doubt this company even tried to deliver my package. Says, package undeliverable, I don't understand why my address is correct and easy to find. Now they say they're shipping it back to the warehouse.Avoid this shipping company at at all cost
