      This is the worst logistics company ever!!! I don't think the driver can read or speak English, I'm in 204 but deliver it to 308 and took a photo as if he was in the right location...smh

      the BBB needs to go read some reviews on Trustpilot as the rating would drop as this company has done so much wrong they need to be closed and the fact they aren't even a **************** and rather a Chinese is sad they refused to deliver a package they had for many days for no reason but their incompetent people so why do they have an A+ rating when on Trustpilot its 1.2 stars

      Despite leaving clear instructions, gate codes, phone numbers etc. my packages seem to not be able to be delivered it currently says they tried to contact me but I was unreachable. I had no missed or incoming calls for that day! I leave the gate open when they are coming and clear instructions to leave at door if in unreachable. Another package said business closed so unable to deliver, its a home not a business!!! All I ever have is problems from UniUni, I tried to asked my merchant not to use but say sometimes they have to Uni Uni *****!!!! I will NEVER use them to personally ship anything and maybe my merchant will catch on that this company is causing them to lose money!!!!

      Package never arrived. Been assigned to a driver and out for delivery for several days. I am sure the company will give a generic response that they made "multiple attempts" at delivery. Dont even bother, that is a 100% lie. My whole property is covered in security cameras and there has been absolutely no attempt at delivery. Called their customer care who said "umm, really not sure where that is". Complete scam company. Hope you enjoy the personalized favors for my wedding that will be completely useless to you.

      I have an issue with deliveries EVERY SINGLE TIME UniUni is the ***************** to the point where I will no longer purchase from Companies who use UniUni as the ****************. The Drivers don't knock on my door ever. When I call **************** I have to wait for an hour on the phone for the Representative who is unable to assist whatsoever. I cannot get an alternate pick up location. I cannot speak to a Manager or lodge a formal complaint. I have stayed home, kept my phone in my hand and woke up early to try to get this package and each time I get an email stating a delivery was 'attempted'. It has been a week with 3 'attempts' for which I have been home each time. I cannot get an alternate option and am stuck without my package and just have to wait and hope that I eventually get my package. This is the worst **************** I have had to endure.

      My package was never delivered to my address provided, instead they found somewhere with a similar apartment number to mine, in a completely different neighborhood, and left it there with a picture as proof of delivery. My front door and the front door of where it was delivered is completely different, I live on the second floor of an apartment complex and the package was left in some neighborhood on the ground level. I tried to file a complaint through their website, however after filling out the complaint and trying to submit it twice it never went through. Their website alone is fraudulent in itself. Never trust them, and judging from all the complaints and one star reviews, it truly shows how dishonest and unreliable they are as a company.

      This company is completely incompetent and has rude employees. I've had 4 packages sent back in the last 6 weeks because these people can't seem to read an address, even with explicit directions, GPS pins, phone calls etc. They do not care to get your package to you. This company has got to go!

      I will NEVER, EVER order anything from any company that uses UNI UNI!! Terrible customer service, long hold times, vague answers as to WHERE IS MY PACKAGE, tracking app and app chat box is a joke! I cant say it enough AVOID ALL POSSIBLE CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY!

      Terrible slow shipping company that lies about delivery attempts. They lie that they try to deliver and say your address is incorrect, even though the address is 100% correct. **************** is a joke and they dont help either. I waited 14 days for my package, they said the address was incorrect and they would redeliver in 10 more business days! And theres no option for pick up.

      This company is fraudulent. They do not deliver packages and absolutely steal them. Ive contacted them over 4 times about my packages not being delivered and the failed deliver attempt in which they NEVER used any of the provided codes or the directory intercom for delivery drivers. Each time Im reassured my packages will be delivered and that my instructions will be followed, the same result occurs. I cant request a refund for the items they havent delivered since Friday because they never took the items out of in transit even though its clear they have no intention of trying to deliver it again. When I ask where my packages are they cant give an answer. When I ask if the drive can see the codes Ive provided they say yes and still yet NO PACKAGES AND NO CONTACT. This is absolutely the worst Carrier Ive ever experienced please stop them from servicing. They are stealing!
