      Ordered items from a site that used this service to deliver. Horrible. So I got a text that my package was delivered, from uniuni. I did not get a notification from my apartment parcel lockers, which I ALWAYS get because I pay for the service. In the delivery confirmation that I recieved there were photos. 1 photo of the front of my building. 1 photo of my package itself. 1 photo of parcel lockers that WERE NOT MINE, which I am 100% of because we do NOT have numbers on the front of our lockers and the screen was completely different. We also do NOT have linoleum floors, we have concrete floors. Why the h*** did you photograph my building and take it somewhere completely different ? He never even used the call box to gain access to the building. I think it was stolen, simple as that. I put in 2 complaint tickets and no reply. ****************. The reviews show this clearly.. wish I could give 0 stars.

      I wish I could give them a zero as I never received my package. I noticed that there was a delay and checked the tracking and I learned that the package was delivered 4 days ago! The delivery person left the package outside of my apartment complex main entrance and I never found it. They had access to come inside the building and they did not. They left the package on street. They had my phone number and could have called me to hand me in the package, but they did not. This is horrible and unacceptable. The delivery person took 3 photos for the delivery and none of them showed my apartment door or somewhere inside the building.

      My sisters husband who is in service in ******* arranged for the package to be sent from ******* to ****** with warm clothes for his wife and the kid. My sister and my nephew are war refugees and they desperately need their clothes for fall and winter. This company ,unfortunately, is doing last mile delivery and the parcel is being out for delivery since 10.05.25. I called 5 times already and nobody seems to know where the parcel is. On the last call, the person from UniUni couldnt even find this tracking number. All you get from the customer service is that they would escalate the matter. I have little hope that the package would be delivered at this point. Shame on you, UniUni. These are vulnerable customers that fled the war across the ocean. They dont have the means to buy winter gear.

      Do not use this delivery service. Terrible at the least! No communications, ignores delivery instructions. Driver attitudes are just terrible to say the least. There is not one good thing about this company. You will regret it big time and so stressed out dealing with this company.

      Rating: ????? (1 star cant go lower)Uniuni is an absolutely terrible company. Their driver broke into our home to deliver a package and then blamed us. When we tried to escalate, Uniuni hides behind call centers and hidden email addressestheres practically no way to reach a real person.After six weeks, a manager finally called to express concern, only to disappear again for weeks. When pressed, she said the issue was solved by giving the driver a week off for retraining and expected me to be grateful. Her responses were all empty empathyI understand, I get itbut no action.Reading other reviews, this behavior is unfortunately common: no accountability, no real customer service, and a complete lack of transparency. Packages, customer safety, and concerns mean nothing to them. Drivers are apparently allowed to break into homes, leave packages in unsafe locations, and verbally abuse customers without consequences.Complaints are closed multiple times as if something was done, when in reality nothing is addressed. Their only justification is that we should be lucky to have a low-cost delivery service.Uniuni is by far the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with in *************. Avoid them entirely. They dont care about customers or packages, only about cutting corners and collecting money.AWFUL

      Similar feedback as others. They supposedly attempted delivery twice (to a *** store that was open). Waiting 30 minutes on hold they were having suppose to deliver to home address and drop off... Was returned to the sender but couldnt examplain why they couldnt deliver. **** organization.

      I ordered an item from AliExpress. The fact that the item happened to be relatively expensive, only adds to the issue. The seller chose to use UniUni Shipping for "the final mile" of delivery. This company is awful, amateurish and really just doesn't give a s*** My package was marked as "delivered" and indeed it was, however it was "delivered" to the wrong address. I have submitted photos of my front door as compared to the proof of delivery photo. Photos of the door at my address do not come close to matching the door in the delivery photo. My front door is orange with windows. In the delivery photo the door is white, no windows, facing a different direction and older. Plus the house isn't the same color as mine. So far my claim has been denied because the package was marked "delivered". This is pure fraud.

      Was worried about this company after getting shipped an item using them and looking them up on reddit to see other's past experiences with ******** an email that they tried to deliver my package at 930pm and failed to because of no apartment unit listed... I live in a house and was also home and awake at the time reported.Their drivers often just don't deliver things apparently.

      Are they still in business? I have a parcel that arrived at their warehouse on Sep 11th but still not delivered today, even though I scheduled a second delivery which was confirmed.I tried to create another ticket on their website, but got a "failed to create ticket" message.I tried to call them at 16:00 PDT time and the robot said the call center is closed, but it's not past 9:00 PM EST yet.What's going on with them?

      I wish I could leave zero stars, I provided my unit number after the first failed attempt which was prompted by the unit number not being available to the delivery driver. That's my fault. But every other supposed attempt they made. Over the course of two other attempts, they never made a phone call, sent a message, or sent an email nothing. Just an update, when you search the tracking number, they've sent it back to their warehouse multiple times. It's been a week, and at this point, they're telling me that we're in second delivery mode and that I can anticipate up to 10 days before seeing my package. This company is a joke; they made me wait almost 3 weeks to get a package that, by the way, ships from the city I live in. All things said, I'm not sure how this business is around besides the failure of Canada Post to adapt with the times. It's despicable to think that these companies can be run autonomously using technology, which is supposed to streamline business but actually places the entire **** on the consumer. What's the point of calling it a delivery service, If I have to work harder than any of your drivers, have ever worked to deliver this parcel. Egregious, disgusting, and futile dealing with these tech-first, humans-last companies. Kindly, go *** yourself.
