      Worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life!!! It's not a delivery service because they DO NOT deliver!! Absolutely disgusting! I placed an order through ****** in September. After tracking my parcel, finally got an update. Here is a cut and paste posted below. Can someone please explain how it can be assigned to a driver, out for delivery, then failed delivery, returned to warehouse all in 14 seconds. Apparently Uniuni drivers can teleport! Insane. Their website is pathetic. Their "submit a ticket" doesn't work. Every time I fill in their form and press submit...it says, "Unable to submit ticket - please try again later." Ugh. Call them and you get no where. Latest email they sent was that my address is out of their delivery area. Wow. I received two deliveries from them this past year but apparently now I'm outside their area. Wow - help me make sense of this. It is so frustrating. I've offered to drive to their warehouse to pick up my parcel. They won't allow that. I am beginning to think their drivers may be stealing packages. That's the only thing that makes sense. Uniuni would have received payment from the seller when the parcel was shipped but they won't deliver to the customer. So, essentially, ********************** is stealing money from shippers. ****************.       They've had my package for 14 days with zero attempts to deliver. I've made numerous enquiries, by email, chat bot, and phone, and still haven't received an answer as to where my package is. Brutal, pathetic, non-existent customer service.

      Absolute worse. They leave my clearly marked driveway and joy ride through my yard like they own the place. First delivery guy parked on top of my septic tank (speaks no English), second guy attempted to leave my driveway and joy ride through my front yard and I hollered at him and he stopped (he didnt speak English either). They show up in personal unmarked vehicles like they own the place.

      Absolute worst service! I would leave a 0 star if I could!I work at a college where the street number is 1001. We have had packages delivered to home addresses around us. When they do manage to find us -THE ONLY COLLEGE IN TOWN - they will not go in but just drop at random buildings, front, back, side. Never the same building. Unreliable, not local, and never caring.

      They consistently deliver my packages to the wrong address. They do not answer their phone. The automated tickets their AI chatbots generate are never responded to. Their website will not accept my complaint submissions.

      How this company is A+ accredited is beyond me. I have had them deliver my packages from ***** and ***** 10+ times. Only once have I had a ***************. Sometimes they deliver it to the wrong location, other times they "failed to deliver" due to me not being there (but I was there the entire time and no one came). They seriously lack internal controls, competent management and professional standards. It typically takes 2-3 days for last mile deliver which is horrendous. They keep referring you to an online chatbot. Unfortunately, they don't have an online chatbot. There are just so many problems and it is the BBB's fault that a company as bad as this with this many horrendous reviews actually has an A+. This puts the BBB in a very bad light!

      My package was never delivered. I opened multiple service tickets, all of which were closed without any resolution. I was told the issue was due to a missing apartment number; however, after calling several times and confirming that my apartment number was indeed on the package, UniUni still failed to provide a solution.There were even fake delivery attempts reported. I provided my phone number in case the driver needed assistance, but I never received a call or message. This company is terrible. They stole my items, which I still have receipts and timestamps for, along with all communication between UniUni and the company that shipped the order, confirming that UniUni had the package and my address was correct. Terrible experience.

      Had multiple packages left on the public sidewalk in front of the business I work for. No attempt to ring the doorbell or contact myself or reception. Tried to make a complaint on their website, but their ticketing system does not seem to work as it kept giving me errors.

      Their delivery drivers (MORONS) can't follow SIMPLE SIGNS that explain where to deliver any packages !!! **********************...EVER !!! I have sent 4 complaints(with photos) to their "support" (WHAT A JOKE), they answer with premade answers !

      Between their drivers being unable to follow GPS directions and their refusal to read the delivery notes left by the customer service agent to help offset the ineptitude of the drivers, they don't even deserve 1 star.Their on-hold automated recording also lies to you every 40-ish seconds. "Start a chat with our chatbot on our website." There is no chat bot. Yet they try to get you to hang up and use a feature that doesn't exist. With the amount of time that we had waste with the multiple attempts on the same delivery, they owe us a pay check and a written apology from the C-Level officers. Their logistics team needs to be fired and they should outsource to **** ****, or *****. You know, an organization that's capable of doing their job.
