      Continuously leave package in unsafe area have never alerted delivery was made.Driver continuously too lazy to do a good proper job.Will never use them and would not advise anyone use them if you read the other reviews.

      First experience with this company. Not my choice. ***** uses them. Failed to deliver to a POST OFFICE because apparently they couldn’t find it. Now my package is at some obscure warehouse that doesn’t answer their phone. Not impressed. ***** you need to change delivery companies or I won’t be ordering again and I love your products.

      Incompetent!!!!!! Delivery man call and said that he could not enter my apt building so I went to let him in but there was no sign of him. On my email Uniexpress said Delivered and showed a picture of a package at a door; not my door or any door in my building. How do I contact them???????????There is no phone number and no email to contact them.

      I ordered from ***** and they used UniUni to deliver my package even though it appears that UniUni isn't authorized to deliver consumer purchases.
      UniUni keeps misdelivering or losing my packages. but I forgot to request ****** **** following placing my order on *****. My most recent experience; they lost my package on July 28. I visited their location in Toronto at *** ****** **** ***** ***** ** *** ***. And it definitely isn't a place designed for consumer visits. Which resolves the complaint as to why they don't leave pick up notices for consumers to collect thier packages. It's a warehouse not designed for consumer interactions. I spoke with two reps who claimed that UniUni will refund the money to me due to the delivery driver leaving my package on the ground in a lobby. The policy is they should contact the customer and leave the package in front of the customers door or whatever the customer advises. There's no way to prove the package was delivered successfully due to the pic simply showing a package on a ground. I remember when UniUni took a pic which showed my package was delivered to the wrong address. I purchased from ***** but they refused to refund me claiming UniUni is responsible and I must sort it out with them.
      UniUni said to retrieve my iinvoice from ***** for the refund. ***** issued a commercial invoice to me for UniUni.
      I'm waiting for my refund 3 days later which UniUni says they do through e-transfer.
      UniUni should stop consumer deliveries if they aren't authorized to do so immediately! ***** needs to ship to Canada using the companies they list on thier website.

      The driver was so lazy he left the package at the road end of the path.And of course, since he could not make it all the way to the front door, he neither knocked on the door, nor rang the bell, or otherwise alerted me to the fact that he'd left a package.

      I received a text saying the parcel was on my doorstep or in my mailbox - because I didn't see it on my doorstep I assumed it was in my box and decided to finish some chores first. Then I noticed the email confirmation had a picture of the package sitting on the ground by all the mailboxes - and not only that but the collection of mailboxes that doesn't even include mine, on the other side of the complex from me - just waiting to be taken by whoever would want it. What kind of delivery service A) doesn't put it IN the mail box or B) doesn't bring it to the door of the apartment if it won't fit?! My complex is open to the public, there are no gate codes or parking lot gates, it would have been easy enough to drop off in a safer location - even the leasing office would have been better than dropping it on the ground! It was very clear that the mailboxes my package was just dropped off BY not IN were the shortest walk for my assigned careless driver.

      Uni Uni left my package with someone else's in the lobby of my building. It was ****** and I have not even been able to contact the courier service. I have other packages coming by way of this courier and I am scared now that they will all be lost or ****** as the delivery person does not seem to care where they leave your package

      HORRIBLE service, delivered my package to the office of my mobile home park, i CLEARLY had my house address and number on the package and idiot couldnt even do his job correctly, i am DISAPPOINTED in this horrible service i will never order anything again if i could give 0 stars i would.
