      They didnt even give the package to us I have used ****** for 10years and then I used **** to buy a knife it didnt even arive they just sent a picutre of the street asphalt and then in the car it never arrived at all worst service ever.

      Unreliable delivery. This company was used by a 3rd party vendor wherein I ordered medical equipment. They kept sending me notifications of delivery attempts and that we have the wrong contact info. BOTH ARE LIES. There were never any attempts as we have cameras. I thought it was weird too that the notification was showing delivery attempts around midnight. What company delivers at midnight? So I had to actually go to the warehouse on my own accord since they weren't answering my emails inquiring about my shipment.

      This Carrier is extremely poor quality. ***************** do not exist at all. Thier people bearly speak English and treat all customers like a ********* ***** citizens. This is ****** yet not *******.

      My package was delivered to the WRONG address, and I have emailed, filled out a “ticket” where I’m supposed to get a response within 24-48 hours (NEVER DID), requested a call back, held on the line for an HOUR, only to be told to leave a message when it was my turn in the que, and they NEVER called me back. This company is not only provides terrible service, they don’t give a damn about customer service.

      Terrible service. My package was delivered to a church next to the leasing office in my condo building. There was a condo number and the gates are always open. It was delivered to the wrong address. I waited on hold for over an hour in the queue for them to tell me to leave a message. I did this several times and no one has contactad me. I would just like a refund of the package I never recieved.

      They wrote the wrong apartment number on my package eventhough the shipping label had the correct apartment number right below it. Then delivered it to the wrong apartment. When I reached out to them, they just sent back an automated response from their FAQ page and said the issue was closed. They considered it "delivered" on their end and won't do anything. The worst customer service!

      They responded back again, not taking credit for their mistake. Blaming me as a customer. Also said their numbers on their packages isnt Apt numbers, but the sequence of delivery (which is a terrible idea considering every other delivery service writes the apartment numbers on the bags). I dont think their delivery drivers know that seeing as they deliver to the wrong addresses.Then got an email from someone in management named ****** asking for my tracking number to "see" what happened. Haven't heard back from her since, and it has been 2 weeks. This company is a joke.

      The worst delivery service I've ever had to deal with! They didn't even deliver my package to the right street let alone the right address, they just threw the package on some random person's sidewalk. I had to spend hours on ****** trying to find this random person's house from the "photo" the delivery person took. The service is terrible and the delivery drivers suck. This is the third package I have had an issue with.
