      2 of my packages were delivered to the completely wrong address. When I called (and had to wait 40 minutes) to see if they could call the driver and see where the package was I was told they would escalate my ticket and it would be 24- 48 hours. When asked if I could speak to someone else I was told yes, but that they would contact me in 24 hours. No one has any idea where my package is and this seems to be a constant problem with this company. Terrible service.

      If i could leave less then one star i would. I was on. Hold on the phone with uni uni the told me it would be eighteen minutes. The kept extending the time. I was on the phone for 3 hours and fourty five minutes before i finally hung up. This was yesterday. They come to my apartment complex and deliver packages to our unattended mailroom instead of delivering to the apartments upstairs those packages end up getting stolen because they are left unattended. I have had two deliveries that were completed. They didnt have a problem with my apartment being inaccessible like they claimed yesterday and today. I have been home for the last two days and no one came to my door or attempted to contact me at my apartment. I did reach them by phone once and i was told to get ahold of the shipper. Well they have my correct address so what except to tell them not to use uni uni. Also it says on their website the if you want to schedule a redelivery it will cost you money. I already paid for shipping. If you ask me they are a scam buisness

      Horrible, consistently late packages, unreliable tracking updating, drivers delivering to unsecure locations at random hours resulting in package theft. Companies please stop using this courier!

      if i can able to give zero I will definitely do ZEROOOOO to this scammer company, my pakage stollen by their driver because delivery showing me my package was delivered and picture of package on his hand in front of my property and took luxor room picture randamly without my package, where is my package if you delivered scammer, stop scamming

      Worst delivery service ever- its an Asian based coordinated china delivery company that could care less about your property. They drove on my driveway, threw the package on the driveway, snapped a picture and took off in a junky car after a 2 month wait!!!!!Horrible - they shouldnt be allowed to Operated!!

      Worst company they need to be shut down, packages aren't delivered the only thing consistent with this company is the run around they give you when they fail to deliver my package was out for delivery for 3 days in my town. Woke up with a update thought OK it's coming today click on it and nope, not only was it no longer out for delivery but NOW it's in ****** over an hour away! This is just irresponsible on their part if they can't handle the job as a delivery service they need to just hang it up and move on they don't have enough positive reviews to even keep this going do they get paid to sit on peoples mail? No of course not so do they steal you packages to resale..... ,they're not a good company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. DO BETTER UNIUNI!!!!

      I have been unable to receive a package that was to be delivered by UniUni. We were originally informed the package would be delivered on 4/22. The records indicate they were unable to deliver due to a wrong address. I contacted them when I was notified on 4/28 and verified the address was correct. There appeared to be some confusion with finding our house on a rural road despite other delivery companies having no issues. **************** told me they would redeliver in 10 days. To make things more obvious, I put up a sign on our mailbox post that says UniUni and included an arrow pointing to our driveway. Unfortunately, they have not attempted to redeliver and have no confirmation from the warehouse on where the package is. I have since called customer service an additional 8 times since the package has not arrived. The last three times I've been told they escalated the issue. I've also been told a supervisor will call me since they are unable to forward me to a supervisor. But, I've had zero response by email or phonecall. Today is 5/30 and it's been over a month since they've had the package to deliver to me. The sad thing is that this package isn't even for me, but for my son. I think he's lost hope that it will arrive.

      The driver delivered a package to the wrong address supposedly. The mailbox photo looks artificial/photo shopped. The house photo showed no delivered package. They insist the package was delivered to our address. It was not.

      they delivered one of my package to the wrong address but yet deliverd all of my packages to the correct address they did admit that they delivered it to the wrong address but ali ********************** wont give me a refund this company has stress me out I wish that they could go and get my package from that address so now I have desputed with ****** so hopefully I can get my money back since I have sent proff that I dont have the package for now on with ali********************** if it is not choice delivery which uses bigger delivery companys like ****,fedex,***,ups I wont be being the item now that I know that the shipping option is uni uni delivery I wont be paying for shiping since now I knwo it going to be going to them I dont trust them and I going to do my best to avoid them I did ask them one more question on the 26th and nobody got back to me this company needs to shut down this would never happen with **** I been dealting with this since early may and the only reason why I asked that quetion so I can keep on updating ****** with what is going on so I can win my case to get my refund expecially since ****** push the investigation date to june 6th I feel that this company needs to shut down since they use drivers that dont pay attention to the address I pray that the next packages I get from ***** they dont use uni uni because they have stress me out and my heart rate has been up over 100 bpm every day they either need to get it together or shut down and let ****,fed ex,ups take over uni uni needs to go I hate them they have stressed me out the people I hate this company I pray to God that the next packages I get they dont go with uni uni all they have done it make my heart rate go up even thsi ****** my heart rate was 111bpm

      If I could leave zero stars, I would say absolute worst company *** ever dealt with. And thats no joke. Not only did they stop delivering to my address and say it was now out of their delivery zone, but when I provided them with an updated delivery address, they on numerous occasions, said that they attempted delivery and could not deliver however they delivered other packages to that same address. Then in the same week they delivered to my out of the delivery zone address, which didnt make any sense either.I had one package left to be delivered and I argued that theyve already delivered to both addresses so I want my package and of course they said that they were returning it to vendor. This company is full of s*** and should probably be held accountable for their actions, I dont even understand how a company like this is allowed to continue business. No jokes since March, I have wasted probably a good hour of my life sending emails back-and-forth with this company trying to get a hold of my packages.
