1 starThe worst shipping company. Generic response, no updates, poor customer service. If it wasnt for my seller using this subpar shipping company as the free shipping option I wouldve never heard of or use Uni Uni Express. How can a package be out for delivery for three days? Then according to tracking an attempt was made on the first day but couldnt deliver because it was a P.O. Box when its an apartment building. No updates since it was made out for delivery the same day and its 3 days later. I would never recommend this companyuniuni

1 starTHIS COMPANY IS A ***** If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the worst delivery company. My package has been out for delivery for over 2 weeks. Every time I call, they never know where my package is and theyre contacting the warehouse. I asked to speak to a supervisor so i could get a refund and they never called me back. I had to call again two days later and they said ill get an email regarding my refund. Still havent received anything yet. Im getting sick and tired of this company. Also trying to call them is super hard. Ill be a certain place in line and then this automated voice says There is no one available to take your call right now. Please try again later. then it hangs up on me.uniuni

1 starSo i ordered a package from Temu and my package has been marked out for deliver 7 days ago. No updates nothing! I called UniUni on multpie occasions and they stated that I will receive my package in due time and nothing. I even opened several tickets and no response from them. I even got my ticket escalated to the supervisor who was to be in contact with me within 24hrs and hasn't. I hate this company! I don't even wanna order from Temu anymore cause this is a terrible shipping company to deal with!Review fromIsha P

1 starTerrible ***** service. They sent my package to the wrong place and they didnt note down where they delivered it. Btw! this was not my fault because my information was correct. They didnt just lose my package but also my friends. Why hire drivers that dont properly check where the package is going. Before finding out id its lost, i tried going on call with them and they cut the call on me mid sentence and then wouldnt pick up my calls anymore. Im not hostile with customer service but cutting the call on someone is extremely inappropriate and rude.uniuni

1 starWhat a terrible business and I wished ***** did not partner with UniUni. The package that was delivered to me on 10/15/23 was carelessly tossed over my community gate without trying to ask for the gate code to deliver it to my home address properly. Since the package was left at the front entrance of the gate, it ended up getting stolen and nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, my husband who ordered from **** had his fragile package delivered the same way (most likely damaged) and it was stolen too. UniUni hires employees with no common sense. It's frustrating that I made several new orders on ***** and two of those new orders were assigned to UniUni again. I don't have confidence with this courier and can count on my packages getting mishandled and stolen again. It's unfortunate because they were dresses for my upcoming baby shower and I might not have anything to wear. I have contacted UniUni several times to update the gate code with the delivery instructions but it's been several days and their automated email response says it would take only 1-3 business days. UniUni's site is glitchy and its customer service is nonexistent. Based on the number of legitimate complaints here, I wouldn't be surprised if UniUni goes out of business soon. My advice to UniUni: Pay attention to the type of complaints you get and improve your operations!Review fromSue H

1 starawful. they didn't deliver one day, then retried today. I received a message that my package was delivered - no it wasn't! the "photograph evidence" of the alleged delivery is a picture of the package - nothing else. Big deal. It could be anywhere! how about a picture of the package clearly showing it is at my address?? I tried calling. No answer, just wait on hold for 20 minutes then recording says, sorry busy. try again later. Tried emailing and have heard nothing. Worst company. Never use. ZERO starsuniuni

1 starPoor service. Delivery was attempted on a Saturday to a *** Store that was closed. Come to find out, jobs posted for UniUni seem to advertise weekend delivery jobs. Does UniUni ONLY deliver on weekends? I have tried to contact UniUni by filling out their online form, but the form fails to submit each time I try. And I have tried multiple devices. I have tried to call customer service several times during their posted hours, but the call disconnects after the initial welcome message. UniUni website says that in-person package pickup is not available in my city. So, I am left with no way to contact UniUni or to pick up my package myself.uniuni

1 starAbsolutely the worst delivery service. They have a package of mine now for a long time. I had ordered it with plenty of time for delivery. It was sent back to their warehouse because the shipping company messed up on the address. Now for two weeks I have been trying to have it redelivered. I had called numerous times and spoke to different people. All the stories are different. Supposedly two reps were going to open a Trouble ticket and try to get it out and they would let me know what the status was. Never heard back from either. Their customer service seems good, except for they really are no help. They just continue to give you the runaround and zero follow up..uniuni
