      I have been waiting for over a month for a package and have yet to receive anything! I got an email saying the package delivery was failed and to check my local post office or they would ship the item back. It wasn't there! I tried to contact them, but they don't respond to anything!! I finally put a help desk ticket it which they finally responded to, but the second delivery they claimed was supposed to come in 7 days has still not come and it's been at least 2 weeks! Worst experience ever!! Now I'm just trying to get my money back from the place I ordered from!

      an Uni Uni driver left a package from **** at my door on one of the busiest pedestrian streets in the country.
      nobody rang the doorbell. nobody called the phone number on my mailbox. they emailed me a photo, i'm not even sure how long after the parcel was left.
      the parcel contained a camera lens that i purchased for $500USD
      ultimately, the parcel was taken.
      in the FAQ on their website it states that " If the driver is unable to place your package in a safe location, they will bring it back to the warehouse, where you can pick it up or book a second delivery." - this was not the case, at all.
      i reached out to them for compensation and was advised to file a police report, and that "once a parcel is successfully delivered to your home by UniUni, our responsibility for its security ends"
      i doubt i'll ever see compensation for this.

      Wish there was a "ZERO STAR", and "NEVER USE UNIUNI" delivery system rating button. My package was 21 days late from the time it was supposed to be delivered. I paid extra for secure and fast shipping that was supposed to arrive last month. I did not buy anything fron ***** or **** whose products are notoriusly late coming from China. I see on the tracking app that the delivery person has "attempted" to deliver my package 5 times, which is a lie, since no one has come to my door that has a camera to attempt to deliver. Also, the app states one delivery attempt was at 11:59 pm, on a day that I was home, which is a LIE as no one knocked at my door, nobody on camera "attempting" to deliver-- which is also not the promised business hours in the multiple phone calls I made to CS to verify time so I can make sure to be home. No delivery person has called me on my phone to verify, my address or to attempt to deliver to me. I have called CS over 5 times: to try to schedule the delivery, to verify that the package isn't lost, to verify that the staff delivering has my number and to verify that they have the address. This is by far the WORST delivery company I have worked with that lacks any sort of integrity, honesty or responsibility. In any future purchases, anytime that I find that this company will be handling any shipping or delivery of any products I will buy, I will IMMEDIATELY cancel my purchases and immediately let the seller know the reason they lose business will be this horrifyingly awful delivery system. I have been so patient, so understanding, about this package that is probably stolen or lost by the delivery team. This purchase I made was for me and also were gifts for other people. I am so disappointed and upset over the stress and the dishonesty of this delivery company. It really makes me sad for humanity if these types of lies just normally and constantly happens to customers.

      How about 0 stars. Who attempts to deliver to a business on a holiday and then try to reattempt the same day if it was a Holiday at 8am it was definitely still a holiday at 2pm. They make you run around and hope you lose interest so that you never receive your package. I've talked to 8-9 customer service reps over the course of 2 weeks and every call is something different. They recycle the script "** **** ****** ** **** ********* *** *** ** ******* ****** ** *****" 48 hours goes by and nothing. Then you call back "***** **** * ******* ***** *** ** *** ****** * *****, then nothing. The craziest one ****** **** **** ** * ****** when I told the rep they'd be closed in 3 hours he just said to call back then anyway. Like what kind of company is this. No 2nd reattempt even though I've requested one. Then I find the warehouse is only 10 min away and they tell me I can't pick it up. Biggest **** shipping I've ever heard of. They tell you will send an email I've been told that 13 times and the only email is the 1 reply I sent.

      It's like a 10 year old child had the idea to run a distribution company and someone let them. The most inept, and careless company I've ever had the misfortune to continue calling to find my package. They do not provide information when on the phone, they talk over you so you can't ask questions, and provide no insight into the ineffectual processes that lead to the ineptitude of their operation. "**** ******* *** ******** ** *** **********" ok, why? "**** *** ***** *******." Proceeds to verify all information is accurate. "*** ***** ***** *** ** **** **** *** ** *** ********* ******" OK, where is the warehouse? "******** **** ***** ***** *** ** **** **** ***** ** ********." 20 days later, still no help or package.

      Their delivery driver did not deliver the package at the door of my boyfriends apartment but from the pictures they took, looks like the driver just threw it over the fence and onto the sidewalk of the apartment complex- who does that? I was supposed to get a letter to give to the supplier and still yet to receive it. It is a medical back brace that is really needed and obviously this company doesnt care at all. They obviously need to stop doing business because they dont have their best interest in their clients. The supplier chose this delivery company so I feel both are at fault. We still dont have a resolution to this issue and was hoping to get my boyfriend a back brace that he still needs. The supplier hasnt given me a resolution to this either.

      Drive left the package at the entrance of the building and will not take responsibility. I **** in a big apartament complex so it was obviously stolen. Called UniUni and was told that they would call be back within 2 days its been a week and no call back. I tried calling back and when Im next in the queue it disconnects my call!!! Had to call from another phone number only to be told the same thing!

      I've had nothing but PROBLEMS WITH UNIUNI on two consecutive deliveries for 3rd party vendors with drivers leaving my packages with after hour deliveries to my closed business address and **** it as Delivered. Who does this irresponsible deliveries outside of UniUni? This type of delivery service is actually against its company policy. Go to their website under Support and see Q&A. 1) I CAN'T BE THERE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE, WHAT CAN I DO? AND 2) WILL MY PACKAGE BE AUTOMATICALLY REDELIVERED IF I AM NOT THERE TO RECEIVE IT?If the driver is not able to find a "safe location" to leave the package, they are supposed to bring it back to the warehouse, where we can pick it up or book a second delivery. These drivers are just dumping the packages off unsecured with no notices left. Additionally, it states, If you are sent a notification that your package has a failed delivery attempt, the driver will "automatically" attempt to redeliver your package within 24 hours. This has not happened with my deliveries and no notice given.It appears UniUni hires drivers who are inexperienced and untrained to deliver its packages. There looks to be an app for UniUni drivers for their deliveries.This company needs to get its act together, because it's affecting way too many people with its shoddy service. Not sure what to do next, since I've generated two complaint tickets and was told a supervisor would get back to me, which has not happened. The customer service reps I spoke to were in *************** and UniUni is a ******** company. I think the warehouse in ******************* is listed as: ***************************************************************, which is local for me.

      Absolutely the worst service. They lost a package, lost the replacement, and will probably lose the third (though I'm suggesting the vendor get a reliable shipper). Their customer service reps are **** and hang up on callers.
