      Package was being delivered asked the driver to come back another time or I'd schedule it when to be dropped off and they just left it at my door and the place i ordered my stuff from won't refund me and when I've tried to submit a ticket online keeps saying failed and when I try and call and press 1 for canada automatically hangs up worst service ever!!!

      UniUni has VERY deceptive delivery policies, my 1st delivery said "Delivered. "On their website. I tried to submit a ticket about my delivery. or lack there of and when I hit submit, it says "Failed to creat ticket try again later..... I tried 5 times and finally gave up.. UniUni CS rep sent me a photo of some person holding my package in front of my apartment complex's Parcel Delivery lockers. That was not proof. I called the Parcel Lockers office, and I was told the UniUni does not have a contract with the Locker Services and therefore cannot scan the barcode from the kiosk. So they apparemtly have fraudulent business practices. The delivery person did not deliver my package and stole it. My apartment number was clearly on the package. Then **** resent a replacement package and again, I did not receive the 2nd package.even though it stated " Delivered" on UniUni's website. I've never had any problems when **** delivered for ****. So as long as UniUni is the delivery service I will no longer be ordering from ****.

      I am really unhappy, I don't recommend this company, they untrusty, not reliable, they left my package in the lobby of my building, I expend &120.00 on *******, With summer sandals, summer is over and they don't give me a solution They iffer to me, 1st 5 dollars coupon, after 10 dollars coupon,not fair

      Attempted delivery ( did not recieve any notification) called the next day they say will be redelivered withing 24hrs , it has been 7 days with no update called 5 times got hing up on 2 times the other times they say theyll have to ask their manager and hang up. Completely **********t and unacceptable buissness practices

      I ordered a package and it was delivered through Uniuni, I have never heard of this company before. I had the delivery driver pull into my driveway, and then instead of walking the 10 feet to my door, he just decided that throwing the package at my door would be fine. It was just a tshirt inside, but still, have some decency and just walk the few feet up to my door. It was fully caught on my ring doorbell, and the weirdest part is that after he threw the package, he walked towards the door to take a photo to prove the package was delivered. Why not just carry the package to the door if you're going to walk over to take a photo anyway?????

      Ive been waiting a whole month for my package from Shien. They are usually earlier than their delivery date and was confused on why my packages were taking too long to deliver. After two weeks I noticed my package was at a facility nearby my house and saw the tracking update state that my packages were returned back to the facility! Which I dont understand because I live in a house, no problems with deliveries ever. And they didnt even bother trying to re attempt the delivery. So I called last week and they said theyll will have a driver deliver my packages, I received one of them three days later but I still see one of my packages still at the facility. This is such an inconvenience due to the fact I needed my packages at a certain time. This makes me not want to over from ***** because I dont want to have to go through UniUni again. How can a facility hold a package for over three weeks and not attempt to deliver? Why do we have to call and reach out to make sure our packages get delivered? Very disappointed.

      0 stars. Delivered to wrong address. My address is impossible to confuse with another and there is no excuse for delivering to a totally different part of town. Any mapping app would find my home. Picture of the door they sent at delivery confirms they delivered to wrong address. They should be required to reimburse me for all charges related to the items shipped and any shipping costs.

      I'm completely fed up. This courier lost my packages and so they emailed me with an apology and then asked for my receipts to start the reconciliation process. That was around the 15th of September. It's now the 26th and I have yet to get my reimbursement. They said wait 24/48 hours after they asked for my ***** info. It's been a week. I tried to use the live chat on their website. Someone replied 24 hours later to my email telling me to watch myself and not trash talk a company that has no record of my email/tracking #or my support ticket. Calling and emailing gets me nowhere. I wouldn't use this shipping company even if I was paid to. I'm going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau. It's been an awful experience. They aren't even able to transfer me to a supervisor or to the head of their reconciliation team. I've been waiting 3 days to get a call from a manager. Ridiculousness ???? ??

      I recently had an absolutely dreadful experience with UNIUNI.Despite receiving a notification that my package had been "successfully delivered," I was in for a rude shock. The accompanying photograph showed a package that wasn't mine, and the delivery location was nowhere near my address. This is an unforgivable mistake that left me without the item I ordered.What's worse is that I've been trying to get in touch with UNIUNI's customer service for four long days, and I haven't received a single response. This level of negligence is beyond belief and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to its customers.I'm posting this review to warn others about the appalling delivery practices of UNIUNI. Before trusting them with your packages, consider my experience and think twice.

      My expensive cosmetics subscription box switched to uni uni four months ago.... Since then I've received ZERO out of FOUR. Allegedly delivered and missing every month. The first two were left OUTSIDE on the ground when they had my phone number and buzzer, third one Set out for delivery for over 5 days when I called they didn't know where the package was an hour later I got a notification it was delivered, again missing, pictures blurry and NO ADDRESS picture, no notification(stolen again)! Now, my fourth month, they **** and said they tried to deliver yet no one buzzed /called/emailed so what did they attempt? Now I don't know where my package is, emails & tickets ignored, As usual support is useless, all say different stories. These people need to be investigated for ***** as it's quite apparent by reading the hundreds of reviews that there's something ******** going on. I literally had to sign up for a post office address if I was going to ever start getting my subscription again. Now that they've **** about coming by once I know the drill I won't be getting the package they have I would be shocked if I did and will update this if I do.
