      They keep saying they have tried to deliver they have not! I get packages from the Company they are using for delivery and get packages daily. This company never delivers my package clearly and I believe they are fraud and they have a package of mine worth over $200 right now and are failing to deliver it properly saying incorrect address but my address is not changed in over a year. *** contacted them as it tells me to do to update address info which does not need to be updated and the phone number does not work. Ive emailed twice. Got nothing back. I believe this is a fraud and I will probably never get my package. theres instructions on all my packages you have to go through the alley not the front of the building because theres no entrance and they do not do that properly I believe so they can keep the packages Very frustrated that the company bought the items from is using this company that I feel as a fraud. If I do get my package, I will change it but until then Im not changing it.

      This company shouldn't be allowed to do business. They are a fraud!! I ordered something from a company and twice they delivered to the wrong house if you believe that. They are an absolute disgrace! How do you get an address wrong. Evidently it doesn't matter leaving a review because nothing is getting done to resolve people's complaints..

      Less than one!! **** ! No one follows instructions or even cares. Twice now I got emails stating .y items.werw undeliverable and sent back. We have no reatrempts as.peomosed., nor do they bother paying attention to clear instructions on our complex door as to how to obtain a code from.manegement to get inside. The companies.lime.temu and AliExpress don't care either. **** fights to get my money back on all this..uni uni *****...they are ignorant illiterate.

      UniUni lies about delivery. Said failed delivery , wrong address. They have the right address. So I made a complaint with them and they said they may make another attempt to deliver in 7 business days.       This business is doing all they can to not communicate with their customers. No phone, chat bot doesnt work, left multiple emails and no replies way past their promised 1-3 business days reply policy. Literally the worst delivery company in the world.

      Zero Stars. I wish it could be negative stars. Claimed no such address, then returned to warehouse. I verified my address with Shapermint where I placed my order and it is correct. Cant fill out a customer support form because the website is c*** No way to actually speak with someone. Of course my credit card has been billed. I just want my package.

      UniUni's delivery service is unacceptable and deeply frustrating. Despite their claim of delivering my package, the photographic evidence they provided clearly shows a different house. I sent them a picture of my actual residence, which does not match their delivery location at all. This discrepancy strongly suggests that my package was misdelivered or potentially lost.The company's customer service has been equally disappointing. Their automated response claiming the issue is resolved is both premature and dismissive of my legitimate concerns. Their suggestion to check with household members is irrelevant given the clear evidence that the package was not delivered to my address.UniUni's failure to acknowledge their mistake and their lack of proactive problem-solving is alarming. Their recommendation to contact the vendor shifts responsibility away from their clear error. This experience indicates serious issues with UniUni's delivery accuracy, customer service, and accountability. I strongly advise against using their services and urge the company to significantly improve their operations and customer support processes.

      Requested an address change on May 29, 'booked' second delivery June 11 and June 19. Now they're saying the can't deliver it.

      Items order through Aliexpress where never delivered. Parcel was marked as wrong address yet I've received 2 packages prior from the Aliexpress using Uniuni. Using the same information.Received email stating Parcel was not delivered back to warehouse. Cannot schedule second delivery attempt.Possible theft from driver yet uniuni does not take any responsibility. It should not take 3 days for it to be investigated.Aliexpress Cannot refund since it's stating courier has packages and should be picked up.Uniuni states packages are not at warehouse.Uniuni seems to have thousands of these complaints.Customer service phone number is inactive.
