      Horrible!!! this is my first and last time dealing with this company...I work in shipping/receiving so it's easier for me to send my items to the job...UniUni could not find the address so I fill out a ticket on their website detailing how to find the address and provide my cellphone number...my package still went to the wrong address and was returned to the warehouse...

      They said they delivered but we never received the package, sure there are pictures but unlike their policy states it was not in a secure place. Instead of taking it back and trying to deliver again or trying to call they left it there, outside, at the view of everyone. Our street is EXTREMELY quiet, so was it stolen because they didn't follow policy? Did the driver gave himself an early Christmas gift? Who knows?

      Terrible delivery, package never arrived. Said it was out for delivery in **********, no such city, then delivered in *********.! Call customer service and say it's in ** and hangs up! This is just a **** service!

      My package was ******, I'm in ** ***. I try calling the number at the UniUni page and the call just gets cut off. I would like to send an email and there no email address anywhere. I need to talk to someone now. It was sent on 11/14. It was left outside, the driver didin't ring bells or anything.

      If I could give negative stars I would. After a lot of frustrating back and forth with the company I had placed an order with at the beginning of October 2023, I was informed today (almost 2 months later) of the supposed tracking number and that I needed to contact UNIUNI due to some delivery error. When I checked the tracking number on the site, it claimed to have made a delivery once last month (even though I never received ANY notice of a failed delivery attempt), and now it's showing my order as being "out for delivery" since 21 October 2023. I used ****** as my checkout, and I've had MANY successful deliveries thus far. Today I've tried to submit a ticket for a failed delivery via the website and kept getting a "failed to create ticket" error message. I then called the help line, which repeatedly "recommended" using the website to submit a ticket do to high call volume, but since I couldn't seem to submit a ticket, I waited to talk to customer service. It took me to the supposed US customer help line and it made it as far as asking about language preference before it hung up on me. Multiple times. I have screenshots of all my attempts. Considering the difficulty I've had with the seller and now the supposed delivery company, if this isn't a scam, they are quite possibly the worst set of companies with which I've ever dealt.

      My computer speaker bar (an electronic device) was delivered and left on the driveway of the house, where it got rained on. And it was left behind a parked car, where I could have driven on it and damaged.the house is not gated and there is a covered area few steps from where the package was left.Other couriers I used many times before, used their common sense and left parcels at the front door

      This is the worst delivery "Service" I've ever seen. They have tried according to them to deliver my package day after day after day yet to have it just failed delivery attempt, failed delivery attempt, failed delivery attempt. I even left instructions with customer service the first time I called to please note to the delivery person to have the package dropped off in a certain place which they said would be no problem. That was a lie.Customer service is even more of a joke. Don't plan on getting any help that way. I am afraid I may have to resort to legal action to get some answers.

      The worst shipping company. Generic response, no updates, poor customer service. If it wasnt for my seller using this subpar shipping company as the free shipping option I wouldve never heard of or use Uni Uni Express. How can a package be out for delivery for three days? Then according to tracking an attempt was made on the first day but couldnt deliver because it was a P.O. Box when its an apartment building. No updates since it was made out for delivery the same day and its 3 days later. I would never recommend this company
