      They shipping is the worst yea they gave me a gift card for the last two order. I order another order w **** and it went through yall this the only company I never get my order now my order is stuck at airport no undo are tracking this was for my birthday gift ****.. this company delivery need to do better

      I ordered a package through **** and the delivery service driver only stopped and threw my package onto the curb. Thankfully it wasnt anything breakable and I was able to pick it up pretty quickly. Theres no way I can find to make a complaint through UniExpress so I just notified the seller so hopefully they dont have orders get lost or stolen through this kind of thing.

      The driver left the product at the entrance door vs leaving it in the mailbox or assigned lockers. Also I have been trying to get UNIUNI to contact me back. First call, 47 minutes then got put into voicemail. Second call, 37 minutes then the call simply got disconnected. I also sent several emails as well.

      An absolutely terrible delivery service. The delivery drivers are in the practice of lying to any and all people in a building's buzzer directory to try to gain access. I have witnessed this multple times, only from Uni Uni. They have no system of leaving a note and pickup point when delivery has failed, so good luck if the recipient isn't home. If they do get access to your building, they'll just leave the package in a public place where it can be stolen. Sometimes they'll leave it outside where anyone could take it. Uni Uni is truly awful. I've had to complain to Amazon for using them - I've no idea why any reputable retailer would use them.

      Mi experi**cia con Uniuni fue la mejor, estuve muy preocupada porque no saba mi ord** llegara ** tiempo antes de irme de viaje lunes ** la ***** ya era sbado y llam al servicio de consumidores y tuve un muy bu** trato, y explicacin, mi paquete an no estaba registrado ** su sistema, p**s que ya no lo t**dra para mi viaje y para mi sorpr*** *** misma noche se actualizo que haba llegado al almacn y al otro da domingo ** la ***** recib mi paquete ********!!! Muy agradecida con Uniuni y su servicio rpido y eficaz

      HORRIBLE!!!! I live in an apartment building of 30 apartments. I didnt receive a call or text to let me know they were here. When I checked my order and said it was delivered. The photos they attached were of my package being left outside the apartment building not even in front of my building but in between 2 different buildings!!!! Left right on the side of the sidewalk!!!! So guess what? I ran out to check and obviously is gone! I took photos of my building to show where the entrance is at and I have photos of where this company left my order. Package is gone, I am so upset, I will make sure my packages dont get delivered through this company ever!!!!

      UNIUNI. Worse deliver service. I ordered items from **** and usually they deliver by **** no problems at all until 2 packages UNIUNI started to deliver they leave the package every where, I had a package they said they deliver 0n the 20th of Aug. they said they left it at my door, they did not. I called the office and made a report and they wrote back and said that they let it at my door and sent me a picture of it it was not my door I didn't have that type of floor mat at my door, never show the door# of my apartment. Where on earth do they get these ***** *** ** ******" I am going to get a P.O. Box so I can get my my items from ****. I have never had a probably until UNIUNI took over for ****. Shame of them. for hiring such a disfunction Company.

      The worst. The guy only had one job to do!That was to deliver 1 package!!!!! I let him know that we do not have a package room and you will need to deliver to the apt door. He went back and forth with me and was like WHAT you don't have a package room!! He decided to walk towards the front door and throws the package on the table after me telling him he needs to delivery to the apt door. He runs out of the building. I don't know what kind of service this is but if you don't want to do your job Im pretty sure someone else would like your job. This is the service the company provides. Even calling the customer service number it hangs up. We have many ****** packages at our building and he was asked to deliver the package to the apt. Called the **************** line and it disconnects if the lines are busy after waiting 15 mins on the phone. the phones says are agents are busy at the moment and we will get back to you shortly and the phone hangs up lol

      This is a terrible delivery service. I did not know this delivery carrier service existed up until 2 days ago.Wednesday, I got a notification that my package was delivered, I opened the door there was no package. I went to my mailbox because I thought the **** might have delivered the package, might be in my mailbox by the curbside Not there I look over to my left, there was a package on the public street by the curbside about 15 feet from me. I walked over and picked it up It was my package. It was literally delivered on the street and left at the curbside. I tried to call customer service, it was too late and not able to speak to customer service. The next day, Thursday, I got a notification stating that my package was delayed again the same delivery service UniUni. I immediately looked outside my front door, no package I walked to the street and my package was once again delivered on the street but this time right in front of my mailbox on the street by the curside.I have NEVER experienced such terrible delivery service like this before until now.Anybody could have ***** my package, the city trash disposal truck could have been picking up trash and grabbed my package from the street thinking it was trash. Just unbelievable, Im highly upset about this ****** have tried to contact the merchant to see if they can not use this delivery company to deliver my packages.Terrible delivery service. Highly unprofessional.I dont even want to leave this one star on this review.

      Why is this company allowed to operate? **** about attempted deliveries. Calls from them show up as a spam risk. Could not get a human on the phone even after a 30 minute wait. Unprofessional.
