      This delivery company is the worst in the city. I ordered from ***** and ******* was the company that was supposed to deliver my order. On july ******* when i tracked my package it says it was out for delivery. It is now august ******* and it still says that my package is out for delivery. I have spoken and complained to ******* about 5 times now. And finally on the 6th time of me calling them the customer service representative said they would be issuing a refund and i should be getting an email within 2 hours after speaking with them explaining to me what i need to do so i can get my refund. I waited 2 hours and nothing from then. I waited till the next day and still no email from them. When i called them back again after a couple of days they said to me that they need to contact the shipper so that they can issue a refund. Why do they need to contact the shipper if uni uni were the ones that lost my package? If i still dont get a response from them i will be contacting my local news station since uni uni head office is in ********, ** and see if they can let do a story about them. I'm sure there are other people that would also complain and have dealt with this company and have had issues with them.

      My parcel says out for delivery, expected by 8 and it's now almost 9 and no parcel delivery. I've been home this whole time and there has been no attempt. No update so I don't even know what happened. I'm beyond disgusted as I can't get a hold of any customer service person in order to get assistance.

      Terrible! Had a fake delivery attempt on July 31. They said my address was incorrect which of course it wasnt. Called them to set up re-delivery. Finally on Aug 3rd they responded to an email to say that my delivery had been rescheduled. No tracking #, no information as to what the delivery date would be. Contacted them via email because their chat bot is terrible and you wait on hold for sometimes an hour. I still have NOT received my package. Tried emailing them again they arent answering them anymore nor are they answering the phones. You wait on hold until you get disconnected. Terrible customer service. Actually they dont have ANY customer service at all!

      Ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered by *******. The delivery driver claimed the address was incomplete and sent it back to the shipper even though i have had packages delivered to the same address by other shippers without issue. When i went to rectify the issue they did not answer the phone. I sent customer support a complaint and their reply was that my tracking number was incorrect even though it worked fine on their website for tracking. Then they claimed it wasnt in their system even to which i sent proof that it was in their system. Then they claimed they never had the package. All around terrible service. ***** this company at all costs and you will avoid many headaches.

      This is a horrible delivery company. My package was supposed to be delivered last month, but delivery failed. I still haven't received my package. The website tracking says "****** returned to warehouse", and there is ever no updated since July 31th. They do not answer phone calls, have fake delivery attempts. No customer service on phone or emails. Please see other reviews. This is worst delivery company. Zero Star !

      **************** Multiple times I've had to crawl down 3 flights of stairs after asking the drivers to bring packages upstairs! I am temporarily in a wheelchair and can't go downstairs. Every time, they say sure! Then leave packages in the lobby! They also lie and say they are from amazon when I'm awaiting stuff from ***** They lie to get into the building! I rarely get stuff on **** anymore because of garbage deliveries like this c*** outfit. The deal was worth the risk and UniUni failed me for the 100th time!

      Beware! I received my delivery. Poor design and a large is not a large! it was like a kids size large. Disappointing, poor instructions to return. Scam product knock off.

      UNI UNI tried to deliver Aug. 9/24 but I was unable to answer. I am in a condo so can buzz them in from my cell. They left text they were there. I completed a form online for redelivery but Uni Uni online said it wasn't back at warehouse yet but usually it is back ***** hours later. Then they can set up a new delivery date.Today, Aug 13, they email it is still not at warehouse. But should be back within ***** hours(again)I have tried to locate the warehouse address so I can go pick it up, but an address is not listed anywhere , not even on website although there is a map they have one in *******. Wait time by phone 90 minutes.Temu site says UNI UNI can't deliver as they have the wrong address. How can that be when they were already here?

      We have a sign that says, Please deliver packages to front door. Lazy Uniuni driver just tossed our packages over the gate and did not even try to open the gate. I heard the slam of our package from the camera. Uniuni, let me know if I need to put another sign in another language so your driver can understand simple instructions. If there's glass in this package, it's broken for sure.Worst shipping company I received my packages from and I'm in the logistics industry for at least 10 years now.This happened today, August 12, 2024 around 1:30pm Pacific Time.I'm not surprised with all of these 1 star reviews. I know people would put negative stars if they're able to.
