      ****** LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES THIS YEAR! Thousands of dollars lost to UniUni. This company should be investigated and is committing serious crime. Besides my customers always complaining about lost packages with UniUni, I tested this service myself.The package I tested with UniUni said delivery failed, and we can confirm the driver never attempted to deliver anything.We have checked cameras for confirmation that this delivery was not attempted.Now the package went back out for delivery over 72 hours ago, and has not been delivered or updated.Phone support is a joke and feels like a scam call center. Nobody replies to emails either. I spent over 30 minutes in the queue multiple times, just for it to get to my turn and say they are unavailable - automatic hang up. No wonder my very own customers complain about deliveries from this company.They are terrible, and I will be informing my warehouse to ban this delivery service.How is this company legally operating? Anywhere you check you will find customers being scammed by UniUni and left without their packages. This is not normal business, and this company is the worst I have ever seen when it comes to customer service + delivery. I hope someone takes action against this company; customers and brands are suffering.

      Uniuni should deliver to the address on file. My only deliveries from uniuni were left at random locations around my apartment building. They didnt bother look for my apartment number, which was listed, or even my mail box!!!!!

      Both of my shipments from **** that were shipped with Uni Uni never made it to me. The photos from the first delivery showed that they were left at the wrong place. The second they seemed undeliverable for some reason. I called and left my number and was told it would be delivered the next day but it was returned to sender. Absolutely terrible service

      Very bad service, delivered my package to the main building entrance(This is a public place) and sent me the package photo. I was not able to find my package there. I'm trying to got in touch with UniUni to get a lost certificate, but I can't. I tried to mail to them, filled out the many forms on their official website several times, called them, and all to no avail, they simply do not answer(I still do not have an answer). I CLEARLY had my apt. address, but for some reason the courier did not even worry about leaving the parcel in the parse room. I do not recommend using this service.

      Their driver was incompetent and left my package in an unsecure spot. The photo they took to "confirm drop off" shows that they were standing several yards away and the package was in full view of the street. They couldn't be bothered to put the package at the door (an extra 3 steps), or anywhere else on my porch that would have made it difficult to see from the street. I also have a parcel bin that couriers use to secure my packages, but the driver didn't see it since they clearly didn't walk up the stairs. My package was ****** in the 4 hours between drop off and my arrival home. The driver's ******** demonstrates a clear lack of consideration for the customer or pride in their work. I don't believe Uni Uni will do anything to rectify this since their driver dropped the package and took a picture. One would think that package theft is a well-known problem. Yet, the training offered to their drivers is lacking, and/or the recruitment process in finding quality staff is an issue. Either way, this is a fault in their service that needs to be addressed. Given they have a rating of 1.61/5 on the ****** ******** ******, I would say Uni Uni is well known as an irreputable business that does not work to meet the needs of its customers.

      Package containing 4 separate purchases was delivered to the wrong address and their proud driver uploaded a picture of him delivering to the wrong addres, a house across the street and subsequently stolen, owner provided a video. Company do not ever pick up their phone and do not respond on email requests. Avoid. If youre ordering something check with the seller which logistic they will use, if uniuni do not order.

      Horrible!!! this is my first and last time dealing with this company...I work in shipping/receiving so it's easier for me to send my items to the job...UniUni could not find the address so I fill out a ticket on their website detailing how to find the address and provide my cellphone number...my package still went to the wrong address and was returned to the warehouse...

      Worst delivery company ever. Item showed it was supposed to be delivered on 11/25/23 but was delivered on 11/20/23 with no notice or update. I had to check the site to see that it was delivered at 1pm that day but not to my apartment number. Driver took a picture of the package and address and that he left it downstairs to the wrong apartment. So I guess you guys are working together because customer service said it was lost smh yall need to be shut down! Worst horrible unprofessional I am pissed! What an inconvenience!

      UniUni delivered my package to the wrong address. Remains an unresolved issue. Package now has to go through a process for a refund. It will take time. ****** uses of *********. More professional. They deliver accurately.

      My package was placed in the middle of the ******* street for no reason. I have a big house with multiple places to put the package. The front door? The driveway? The back gate? But no.. THEY CHOSE THE STREET. The package was ******. It deserves to be ******. Anyone with half a brain cell would never put a PACKAGE in the middle of the street. Absolutely livid.
