      Absolutely horrible. First out of nowhere for weeks they told me my address was undeliverable because it didn't exist. I tried to call several times and they would start by telling me it would be a 20 minute wait and then they kept adding more and more time to that to where every call ended up being over an hour of me waiting on the most annoying call waiting I have ever heard where it literally told me every 5 seconds to use their chat option which I had tried several times but would only speak to me in French. I have filed several cases with them and not gotten a single email back about any of them even when I can prove that they did not deliver my packages because they literally will send me pictures of one or two of the packages and then take a picture of the shelf in the mail room without the packages on it at all so they're not even trying. I have read so many reviews all of them are negative and some of them are ex employees who fully admit that other employees will simply steal packages because they are only getting paid $1 or two per package to deliver them and there is no consequence for them not delivering. I have had literally 90% of my stuff from AliExpress sent back and I thought I finally got it fixed when they started delivering stuff and then every once in a while it just wouldn't show up and now all of a sudden it's happening all over again.They're literally not delivering anything but maybe one tiny package every week or so and unfortunately this time they are saying that the stuff was delivered and like I said they would show a picture of the male room shelf without the packages on it at all so I just lost $100 worth of stuff including a jacket that I was looking for for 4 years only to have stolen. I can't shop on any website that uses them as a shipping company anymore which is awful but they refuse to do anything about it so I have no choice.i thought *** was bad by throwing packages outside of my apartment to be stolen and attempted blackmail

      I was home when the delivery driver came to my address, but the driver didn't deliver my package and drove away. Waited over 30 minutes when I called their customer support line to reschedule the delivery.

      I would leave this business a 0 star, if I could, in all honesty I dont understand how they stay in business, on multiple ocassions they leave the packages in vicinity but not exactly at my door , so I had to look for the packages at my neigbors units. The last straw was to misdeliver the package to incorrect address. It took 90 minutes of being on hold to reach a live person. Still matter is not resolved

      They are horrible. They went to the BACK of where I work (which the back consists of a huge locked gate that blocks off a long cement driveway. It is VERY obvious that it's the BACK of somewhere.) They proceeded to throw my fragile package over the gate , where it landed (and broke the contents into pieces) on the solid cement. They destroyed what I had been waiting days for. TERRIBLE.

      My order from **** has been held hostage by this company for 9 days and they have refused to deliver it. They have refused to give me an update and keep telling me that they will contact me but never do. This company is a scam and does not know anything about customer service.

      My package has been "out for delivery" for almost a week. Tonight it says that there was a "failed delivery attempt". No one attempted to deliver anything, I've been here all day and night. I also have a doorbell camera that notifies me when someone is on my porch. Lies, they are liars. So I get ahold of Temu who sends me a big message about how I requested it to be held at the post office so that I can pick it up. I never did that. That's absolutely ridiculous and a lie. I will never order from Temu again because they use Uniuni and if I ever want to purchase something from a company that uses Uniuni I won't buy it. Uniuni *****.

      ******* lied and said package was attempted to ve delivered Then sent pic of totally wrong street They wont return it to me so now my child cant wear outfit for event tomorrow Was on hold everytime i called for over 30 minutes One time was 52 min Totally useless company Theyre theives Deserve negative stars

      The delivery was made to a different address because the delivery driver took a photo of the wrong house number. The package was supposed to be delivered to 151, but it was delivered to 171. We are not sure if it's even in the same city. We called them and filed a complaint. They told us they would investigate and offer a solution. In the end, they suggested that we go look for our package ourselves, walking around our neighborhood, etc. A very bad experience.

      Package not delivered. Unable to contact customer service. Their online ticket does not work. You cannot go to their warehouse, and the address they have on their website cannot be found. ******************************************************************************************
