1 starEver since AliExpress switched to these jokers I've had nothing but problems.They constantly say they are "out for delivery" until 9 or 10 at night and then suddenly, without anyone at your door or any attempt to contact you, the delivery is suddenly marked "Failed, Customer Not Available." If it leaves for delivery at 10 AM and they say they attempted delivery at 10 PM is UniUni forcing drivers to take 12 hour shifts or are they lying and never even attempted a delivery?Customer service is useless. They say they can help and try to act like they know what they are doing, but they don't. I had one ticket that just stopped being responded to so I had to them open up another support ticket with someone else ************ package has been out for delivery for almost 12 hours today. I don't think I'm going to get it and I've already had enough with this "business."If I opened a pizza place and said we deliver then someone orders, I took the money, and never did anything else I'd be thrown in jail for fraud. UniUni needs some serious investigating.uniuni

1 star*** shipped from ** and this appears to be a subcontracted local delivery service. Parcel sat in their warehouse for 14 days without any order updates. Today received 3 updates simultaneously. 1) out for delivery, 2) delivery delayed, 3) returned to sender. Did they just randomly send me every possible update? So no idea what the status actually is. No idea where my parcel is. Multiple attempts to contact them and multiple contradictory responses, including a bizarre one saying theyd had the parcel in their warehouse for more than 30 days (nope) and so it was destroyed. Fortunately used ****** for the purchase and should be able to get a refund, but its really crazy that an international company like *** would associate themselves with a company like this.uniuni

1 starAbsolutely awful shipping company practices. I was waiting on a package that was claimed to be out for delivery, it never showed and was updated for a "failed delivery" and "incorrect address." I checked the address, it was correct and in my details I was told to contact them to reschedule a delivery. When I used their channel and scrolled through the options to make my support ticket, it didn't even have the state I was shipping to as an option. Concerned, I sent several tickets out and was told I would be contacted in ***** hours. 5 days later, I recieved an email that my address is not in their zone and they will not be able to deliver the package. Something just does not add up. I know for a fact the package was never attempted to be sent here, and their responses (or lack thereof) were extremely suspicious. If I find out any other vendor I'm ordering through uses them I will absolutely not buy the thing. Nothing is right about the way this "shipping company" operates... if it even does in fact actually exist.uniuni

1 starTerrible customer service. They give their drivers ***** to deliver a package, they fail to update the tracking status. It takes 30min to get a hold of a person. 1 starif there were zero stars I would chose that one. I ordered a book that has never been delivered. They lied that they attempted to deliver it and they never did. I was on the phone half an hour. the phone rings five times and closes after that. I have not been able to contact them. I called onthe central time line phone so there is no reason not to answer. I called between 11 and *****. I spoke with ******* employee and I told them to not mail anything with UniUni because they are not reliable. I hope he forwards it to his employer.Review fromVILLAGE A

1 starOrdered from TEMU. Delivery was UNiUNI. I never got the order! They have a pic showing proof. The problem? The picture is not my house! I sent pics of my house and address in the picture. Still no refund. Just robot emails. No call, as they promised within 48 hours. 4 emails later, AI responses! $60. Wasted! Cant call the number, left on hold 2 hours!uniuni
