      Terrible delivery service. Will often deliver to the wrong unit address in a small townhouse complex consisting of 10 units. Properly teach your delivery people to read multi unit addresses.

      Zero stars for real, but one because BBB doesn't let you pick zero. Ordered a bridesmaids dress for a wedding well over a month and a half out from the ceremony and then was informed via email that the item had and attempted delivery that was incomplete and to contact customer service. Did that. Was told that the address was wrong (it wasn't) and that they "might attempt re-delivery in 2-3 days". I confirmed the address and then the story changed to it being a problem with a gate code (no other courier service/parcel service has ever had this issue). Once I got the email, I was informed that my address was outside their delivery area and would be returned to the vendor at their request. Thank goodness the vendor was responsive because UniUni is awful and should never have anyone's business ever again. An ever-changing story to make it not their fault. I've never had such a negative experience in my life and have never had such a runaround. If I ever order from a company and see they're going to ship with UniUni, I'm cancelling my order faster than you can say "no thanks". AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD AND SCAM.

      This company is fraud, they said they attempted to deliver my package which was a lie, called and reached out many times to attempt re delivery even after speaking to an agent that said it would be redeliverd, nothing happened for two weeks then the third week i got an email stating my package was returned to the sender and i should contact the sender instead.

      I had an extremely disappointing experience with this courier service. Not only did they lose my package, but their customer service was even worse.After receiving a notification about a failed delivery attempt due to a missing unit number, I called customer service the same day, provided the missing information, and even mentioned the restaurant name where the package was supposed to be delivered. The representative assured me that it would be redelivered within 24 hours.The next day, I received a notification stating the package had been delivered. However, when I checked the confirmation image, I saw that the delivery driver had taken a photo while holding the package and marked it as deliveredat the wrong address! When I visited the address the driver went to, they informed me that they had returned the package to the driver.Frustrated, I called customer service again, hoping they would contact the driver to locate the package. To my surprise, the representative dismissed my concerns, saying that since the package was marked as delivered, there was no point in checking with the driver. I was shocked by the lack of accountability.I even visited the couriers warehouse in person the next day. The front desk employee acknowledged there was an issue on Friday and assured me the driver still had the package and would deliver it again. I waited two more days, but when I returned to the warehouse, the same employee changed her story, claiming the driver had delivered the package on Friday.This entire process has been a complete waste of my time, and despite opening a support ticket four days ago, I have yet to receive any resolution or response from their customer service team.This was, without a doubt, the worst service Ive ever experienced. I would not recommend this courier to anyone.

      Delivery man for uniuni delivery opened my front door and peeked inside my home. Company is not too concerned. Must be a common practice.

      Originally I had my package sent to my PO Box and received an email stating they dont deliver to PO Boxes and my package was being sent back. I called customer service (September 23, 2024) to see if I could give them a different address they could deliver to and the customer agent said Yes and took down the address and told me itll take another 7 business days for delivery. Fast forward to today October 8, 2024 (it's been way well over 7 business days) I called customer service to inquire about my package only to be told that it was sent back to the sender and that they didnt even attempt to deliver to the updated address given. Im so pissed! Why tell me yes knowing an attempt wont be made? You guys SUCK!!! Leave the delivering to the pros: ****, ***** and ***.

      Uniuni tried to make a delivery to a commercial complex on a Saturday, Sept 21st. No problem, they would try again in 24/48 hours. I guess that's when they went out of business. I've heard nothing since, and the website is out of *********, where is my package? I could pick it up, but from where?This is extremely poor service, and theft of merchandise.

      No second delivery! Not sure if they ever even tried the first. First failed delivery, per their notes, was 9/13. I immediately called and set up second deliver (apparently the driver went to wrong address but never called me.) I was told 5-7 days for second delivery. No second delivery occurred, so I called, spent over an hour online. Was told that my concern would be escalated to management and that they would call me back within 24 hours. Never got a call back, I have called back 3 more times, only to be told they will escalate my concern for a second delivery attempt, each time. Still no package and no return calls or emails. What a sad way to run a business.

      ******** and a fraud. Photos and description are NOT what is sent. Shoes are cheap plastic Asian type sandals you find by street vendors. They do not respond to multiple emails for returns. There is a 14 day window to return and they don't care. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A FRAUD!
