      This company needs to be out of business . 3x they have stolen my packages. Just 2 days ago another theft happened, with the driver taking a picture in my mailroom by the mailbox and notifying that package has been delivered . Instead of them to come directly to my door . Mind you i live on the lobby . Extremely disappointed with this company. Everyone needs to be fired immediately

      I received an email from UniUni stating my package was delivered, but I was home all day and there was no delivery attempt. The UniUni email shows pictures of a house that is not mine.

      I'm very upset the idiot driver had my phone number and was on file to call me when arriving. I waited almost 3 days then I got a notification saying packge rejected. My package is on the way back to *********** i live in *******. They are a garbage delivery servive.

      I give this company A -00 First of all they delivered the package with a broken seal and open bottle which was spilled all in the bag. ***************** is horrible now I have to take half a day just to ****** how to get a refund. This is a big problem and 1 reason why I don't shop online!!!!!

      Poor customer service and the company said multiple delivery attempts and no one tried to contact me. I have no issues getting mail at my address from ANYONE else. I would avoid any business that uses this service because you will not get what you ordered.

      No one attempted to make a 2nd delivery as stated, in which I told the *** today (who disrespected me by ending the call while I was speaking). I received a text while at work on the 18th to confirm my address which I did and stated that I would be home by 4:30pm; I did not receive no reply. Went to track my ********** said that the driver attempted to deliver it yesterday (20th) which clearly the driver did not make an effort at all (no communication & no delivery). I was home all day Saturday and even missed work on Sunday waiting for my parcel to arrive. The rude CSR said that the driving is on his way to *********** warehouse to pickup my parcel and that it would be delivered in 24hrs. I told him that it has to be delivered by tonight because I'm working tomorrow and cannot afford to miss work. I'm asking UNIUNI to take my matter along with all customers seriously and hire people who are motivated & competent to do the job!

      The driver never attempted to deliver, instead that posted a picture of my house (stock photo from over 4 years ago before I bought the home) it was not even the correct paint color, and it was just a photo from a real estate webpage. The driver stole all of the packages - they didnt lose anything. I was to receive 2 packages that they said were delivered, but that is a lie - my office window sits on the street, and nothing was delivered. I also live in a gated community that lets you know when you have a delivery - nothing. Request to not use this service, even if your vendor uses them, decline their service.The drivers they use gather up thepackages and never deliver.

      DO NOT USE UNIUNI!!!! Fraudulent Service!!!! UniUni has lied twice about attempting to deliver my package. I have a conceirge service that accepts packages and/or direct delivery drivers to the mailroom for oversized packages and all mail locations have surveillance. My concierge and property manager do not show record that UniUni attempted a delivery for my unit on the days reported in their system. Furthermore, the most recent failed delivery attempt was at 6:26PM EST on Sunday, 10/20/24 and then noted that my package was returned to the warehouse at 6:27PM EST on 10/20/24, Sunday. Unless the warehouse is in my subdivision I dont know how a delivery was attempted and then arrived at the warehouse 1 minute later. Needless to say, I still do not have my package. The ************************** needs to investigate this company. Far too many complaints to still be doing business in *******.

      I ordered this stuff through Temu who usually ships via **** or **** I got a notice that my TEMU package was delivered at 1:38AM. I got up this morning and there's nothing. i have cameras and there's nothing. It showed a picture of the label, not the house or porch where it was delivered. Something is fishy about this, First time I've ever had a problem getting a package from TEMU.
