1 starI wish l could give them zero stars.They delivered my order to some other address and send me pic.I paid 5 dollars from my credit card and 4o dollars from teemu credit Here is the funny thing they only want to refund 5 dollars .Go figure this out folks you guys lost my package and its my fault Never buying or using these guys againuniuni

1 starIf I could give this company zero stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. I ordered $250 worth of items from **** who shipped these items through this shipping courier, UniUni, who then delivers to the wrong address. When I reached out to the company to address the absence of my packages, they had me jumping through a million hoops to assist with their investigation into my missing items. They wanted a picture of my front door for comparison to the front door they delivered to (which were obviously different ) I even drove around my neighborhood to look for this front door to see if it was possibly delivered to one of my neighbors, but to no avail. I sent them the picture, they said they could only refund up to $200, but then turned around and concluded their investigation with, we apologize for the inconvenience but we only refund purchases of $50 or less. In order to recoup some or the remaining balance you paid, contact the store you purchased from so they accepted absolutely zero responsibility, did not try to make good on their negligence, and basically wasted my time and my money. If you can avoid purchasing from sellers who use this courier service, plz do!uniuni

1 starThe absolute most *********** company I've ever seen, I was to have a package delivered yesterday and Whatever reason the driver took the package back to the warehouse saying it was the wrong address, which it clearly wasn't!! So I've attempted to call and speak to a supervisor and each time they've told me something different one time it was a supervisor will call me back within 1 hour, never happened, then I called again and was told that they can't get a supervisor, so you see the pattern they are completely ******** oh yeah I also sent 2 emails but again no response, so if anyone is looking for a delivery service, stay away from this one, or you'll be sorryuniuni

1 starVery poor service. Uni delivered a package on Monday 19, **** , until this day, Friday the 23, I have no idea what happened to my package . The driver did not send me a picture, so I'm not sure where or if that package was even delivered . 1 starI'm very unsatisfied with the delivery service I've received. I ordered a pair of shoes that I unfortunately never received due to this company's negligence. The delivery driver left my package sitting in the middle of my porch or anyone to easily walk by & ****l. I've rarely had my packages ****** because delivery drivers from other companies (including my local post office) are smart/intuitive enough to put them inside my screen door which helps ensure they won't be ******. To add insult to injury after I reported it ******, they emailed me back telling me that "**** * ******* ** ************ ********** ******* ** ****** *********** *** *** ******** ** **." I think this is especially irresponsible on their part considering I was home at the time of delivery & no one rang my doorbell or even knocked on my door.uniuni

1 starThis company has the worst communication and delivery service. No one is at the Wheel. The delivery drivers left my package in the hallway and it was stolen. There is no communication between the company and the buyer. There is no one to talk to. The number they provided is not useful at all. This company is the worst to deal with and their products are not good quality products. Did I say the delivery service is the worst. Then let me repeat it, it's the worst of the worst.uniuni

1 starI had ordered some items and it was supposed to be delivered by UniUni on Sunday Feb5,2024 so I waited. When I looked back on the website it said it was delivered! I emailed UniUni company support and told them my package was not delivered. They sent me an email of a picture where my package was delivered a warehouse. so I sent them a picture of my house and said this is where I live. UniUni sent me a email responding saying send them my name the receipt for the items and how I paid I sent them all the information to get my refund every time I contact them about it UniUni say give them one to three days to review to send my money and Im still waiting. This is the first time any of my packages has been sent to this company and this will be my last time dealing with this company. They have no regards for the working people and their packages to be delivered.!!uniuni
