      If I could give 0 stars I would. Apparently upon arrival my address was scanned as invalid when my building has been there longer than this scam of a delivery courier service has been around. I tried to give the benefit of doubt and kept calling customer service but all it does is loop you back to the main greeting. Either my package was not delivered was stolen by the company and if either are true, its not going to be a great time for them.

      Uniuni service is terrible. Claimed twice delivered to me. First time home and never came but reported they did. I put a large sign on door to please leave package on my porch at my door. Again claimed they tried to deliver. Called your customer support service. After talking to your agent it turned out he said it was being delivered to the wrong address. Claimed could not locate were I were. Gave information where I lived and directions. Your agent told me it would not be delivered till 10 days from November 27th, 2024. I told him that would be great because I was going to be away for Thanksgiving and would not return till December 1st, 2024. Checked today, December 3rd, 2024 on the status of my package and saw they claimed to try to deliver the package November 30th, 2024. I was told it would not come until 10 days from November 27th, 2024. I Then found out the package was returned to vender. There were items I was really hoping to get. This is the worse shipping delivery service I have ever had to deal with. Tell your vendor you do not want this "Uniuni" to deliver your packages.

      The delivery driver thought it was a great idea to throw my package about 50 feet away from my door. The package bounced off my door so loudly. I went out to ask the driver why and let them know it wasnt okay. The driver ran through my yard jumped in their car and sped off. The speed limit is 20 mph and there is a stop sign half way down the block from our house, she was going so fast she ran right through the stop sign. I tried to talk to customer service and was told I would have a response in 1-3 business days. That was 6 business days ago

      Delivery driver did not pay attention to the address. Stated failed delivery attempt due to no unit number. There IS a unit number in the shipping address if he/she read it thoroughly. Now its back at warehouse and unsure if Ill ever get it.

      ****************. I recently placed 2 different orders that were supposed to be delivered by UniUni. Tracking shows failed delivery attempt after failed delivery attempt. This has been going on for nearly a month. I called customer service and, after being on hold for nearly 30 minutes, the person that answered lied to me about rescheduling delivery after verifying my address and contact information. The online customer support ticket system is worthless as they never respond to my inquiries with specific information. I suspect that UniUni is just a front for a criminal enterprise involved in smuggling or large scale theft.

      I was expecting my package today and it is marked as delivered but I have not received the package.I received the text from delivery person and 10 minutes later I was on the street looking for him and he wasnt anywhere near and no package around. He didnt introduce himself so Im just assuming it was him because another 10 minutes later after I already was on the street looking for him I received a notification saying that my package was delivered. I checked every door around the building immediately and I checked the cameras inside the main office of my apartment complex but the package wasnt found. I assume that the delivery man decided not to leave the parcel at the door as he should have, but took it with him.

      I ordered a seal kit for my pellet gun and received a small metal Santa. Guessing my seal kit went elsewhere. You would be well advised not to use this company

      I would give zero stars if I could. Multiple failed deliveries and then they delivered to the completely wrong apartment complex and just left this outside and someone stole it. I have updated my delivery instructions to make sure a toddler could follow it but to no avail I emailed them on Monday when my failed delivery text came through and I have not gotten a response. This company clearly hired incompetent people and I wish the shipper wouldnt even use them. I have already gotten a lost delivery letter from them and had to fight to not repay for shipping. This company is a joke and needs to be shut down immediately.

      Just awful. Supposedly driver tried "twice" to deliver to my phone. I called daily for 3 days asking about my package, asked for them to call me if any issues, and now my package is going back to a warehouse and maybe will be delivered at some point. Have never experienced such poor service and if you call, they put you on hold for 45 minutes and then really can't help you.

      The above statement is not true, I have a screen shot from ******* showing they received parcel from customs in *********** at 18:44:17 2024-11-22, I also spoke with them on Friday Nov 29th at 11:00 am at which time they stated my parcel was currently in a warehouse in my home town just waiting for a delivery person. This was also an outright lie as my home town is less than 1000 people with no warehouse. In my opinion the company is a scam operation and I will never purchase from a vendor that uses them.

      Unfortunately there are some lies in your response, I have screen shots from your tracker update showing that you received the package from customs on Nov 22, along with screen shots stating that the package is at UniUni warehouse being prepared for shipment. I also talked with one of your agents on Nov 30 who told me the parcel is in my home town and waiting for a driver to deliver. I asked him what warehouse as I live in a very small town with no warehouse facilities, he ensured me it would be delivered that day. You seem to be a very shady company and have lied to me in regards to the package. I will not deal with any vendors that use you for a delivery service and hope others do the same. Its unfortunate I can not attach the evidence.
