1 starMaybe the worst customer service business model I have ever encountered. On hold for hours at a time. when they finally "answer" the call it just cuts off and there is no *** to speak with. The automated message tells you to fill out a form online but then they don't accept the forms when you submit them. After what felt like hundreds of attempts to submit the form it finally went through and i have yet to hear anything from them in 7 days.Review fromDiana C

1 starI got an email saying the delivery had failed, but 1. I was at home, 2. Nobody ever rang the buzzer or tried to contact me. Tried immediately to contact their CS using their bot, which just kept closing off without letting me get to the end of the form. 48h after the delivery I got an email asking to contact their CS to set up a delivery time, but once again, their "chat bot" was kept failing and giving me an error. Also, I got the email to finally contact them after it stated they had tried to deliver and contact me two days in succession, but I work from home, and nobody every rang the buzzer or again, tried to contact me in any way. Now my package is going back to the warehouse and I'm spending my morning on the phone to get to their CS.Too bad there isn't a way to rate this service 0 out of 5 starts because I have nothing positive to say.Review fromKiersten T

1 starThis company is the worst. The driver in our city just drops multiple random packages on peoples porches. They said they delivered one of my packages and they never did. The photo for proof of delivery doesnt even show anything. I have submitted a ticket for my package with them and no one has gotten back to me. Beware and do Not use them. I think they are taking the packages or just leaving them at random addresses.Review fromRo J

1 starGot a notification saying delivery unsuccessful because they wanted to confirm my address the address was correct. They should have just dropped off my package on the day they had it out for delivery no other carriers have ever had issues. As soon as I saw the notification about the failed delivery attempt (2 hours after they contacted me) I responded informing them that the address provided is the correct address. 5 days later I finally hear back from them, and once again, theyre asking me to reconfirm my address, telephone number and tracking number so once again, I reconfirm all this information with them. They are now saying that they will reschedule the delivery for 10 BUSINESS DAYS from today. That means that a package which should have been delivered on the first attempt on December 3rd, now wont be arriving until December 20th! 1 starI ordered an item from a vendor. I got a delivery notification from uniuni for that item, but I found a different item in the package. The shipping label, which shows an origin of ***********, **, was stuck over a different label from the overseas vendor with a different order reference number and delivery address.I called the customer support number for my region and was connected to support staff after 30 minutes on hold. I stated that I received the wrong item, and the uniuni label does not match the vendor's label. The support person told me I needed to contact the vendor for incorrect item. I explained again that I believe this is uniuni's error because it appears they added the label with my address to someone else's package. The support person immediately disconnected the call without responding, which I found unprofessional.I attempted to submit a support ticket on their website with the details on both the apparent labeling issue and the unhelpful, dismissive customer support phone call. Pressing the "Send" button displayed a "Loading" message that has not changed for over ten minutes. I needed to remove the attachment, which contained a photo of the incorrect label, in order to submit the support ticket.Review fromKevin L

1 starUniUni has been delivering packages to the wrong houses all around our county. There is a ******** page dedicated to lost packages in our area and I'd say 8 out of 10 postings are about UniUnit packages that were delivered to the wrong city or claimed to be delivered w/ a photo of your package on the front seat of the drivers car. I have tried several times to get ahold of customer service and filed a lost package report w/ them over a week ago. Still haven't heard back from anyone. In the meantime I'm out a package. Can't believe a company can be allowed to be in business that steals your packages or delivers them to random houses. ******** company and I hope they get put out of business soon.uniuni

1 starThe drivers are incompetent. I specifically added basement to my address even though I live on the 1st floor. Basement means lower level not walk up a flight of stairs. My package was delivered to the wrong apartment and to top it off it wasn't left in a discrete place. So my package was taken. I've called them for for over w months trying to get this resolved and they have continued to give me the round around. Each time I'm told my issue will be escalated and a manager will contact me. Never got a call or email. The company is refusing to give me a refund bc the tracking info shows delivered even though the picture provided in the tracking details is not my apartment. This business needs to be shut down ****. I would leave negative stars if I could.uniuni

You guys continued to stay the same thing, wait 48 hours for a response. And the response has been please contact the merchant (*****) and a letter stating the parcel is lost is provided. In which i have stated several times the ***** said no, they aren't responsible and said to contact the carrier. This is unacceptable. 1 starLiterally THE WORST company EVER. If I could give zero stars I would. After a week of my daughters birthday gift being out for delivery, it was returned to the warehouse. I called every day for a week (over 8 hours of my life on hold only to be hung up on on two separate occasions for simply asking to be directed to a supervisor so I could arrange for a pickup since they cant figure out how to make actual deliveries). I had to drive 2 hours to the warehouse and find it myself. I will NEVER use uniuni again and have been telling everyone I know to do the same.uniuni

1 starDelivery driver left my package near front gate of apartment on public street. Marked it as delivered at garage. Now package is lost/stolen. My contact number and name was on the package. If he couldn't find my name on call box he could have called. Also could have kept package for a second attempt and leave notice. But decided to leave it on public street.uniuni

1 starHorrible service, and can't call customer service because 45 min wait time to speak to someone. My package has been indicating out for delivery since November 29 on there website. It's now December 3 and I've yet to receive my package. Absolutely the worst carrier ever...shut this place down!!!uniuni
