      They said they did attempt delivery but no call was given to me and I asked it to be left in the hall that I wont be home. Ive been waiting for 2 hours to speak to someone. As Im writing this, Im on hold. I asked myself how *** can deal with that company. Regarding to the other comments, they are not trustworthy. Im travelling on Sunday and here I am with no clothes because of then.

      My package has been missing, the delivery attempt failed and that they were going to re deliver it. Then, 2 days later it says its out for delivery again, its been 3 days and no package! 0 starts out of 5 total scam!

      Awful! Tracking updates are non existent and the customer support is useless. Ive heard 3 different stories as to where my package is.

      I had a package delivered on Sunday picture taken outside my door and everything. Yet there was no package after an hour when I got home. I never have had a problem with packages missing before.

      UniUni delivered one of the very worst experiences Ive had as a customer and Ive had bad experiences. ******, you have no right to be on the phones speaking with customers you are the absolute worst. ******************** you need to evaluate your calls and do something about the services offered. There are way too many complaints about the horrible treatment customers are receiving. 9 days late and Im to sit and wait for another 7-11 days is exceptionally atrocious. Followed by the audacity to disconnect the call because Mr. ****** said his piece and that was that because Im just a customer.

      Beyond incompetence, this company is crazymaking. They delivered my box to the wrong address, mixing up West with East. They took a photo of an address post matching my building number (i.e. "1234"), then sent me 'proof of delivery' at the neighbouring house ("1236") without showing the house number. The house is on the other side of the city. The number photographed cannot be found on ****** Maps. I don't even live in a house; I am in an apartment as indicated by my suite #. Despite my phone number on the package, no call was made to contact me. Unfortunately, the h*** ride only begins here. Contacting customer service means hours on hold with ever-changing wait times. Several times, when it's my turn, the call just hangs up. I spoke with an agent, they opened a ticket, and I had to reply to the ticket/email with photos of my residence so they can "investigate". All of this could be solved using ****** Maps and Postal Codes.Following submission of my photos, I received no response after ***** hours, as promised. I call again and am told to send a screenshot of my receipt and they will refund me. When I ask who do I send this info to and how will they refund me, the agent told me with annoyance, "the same email you replied to".I sent the receipt along with details for e-transfer. Over 24 hours later, I get a reply informing me that my package was delivered weeks ago and with the same photos of "proof of delivery", taking me back to Square Zero in this nightmare loop of gaslighting, lack of clear communication and accountability.I call back and am on hold for hours, with the call disconnecting right after it rings an agent. This has already cost me too much in time and energy, but I persist because this kind of nonsense needs to be shut down. There is no way these kind of "mistakes" are just made. Dealing with them is so exhausting that they hope you will just give up in their disconnected loop of emails, phone calls and non-responses. Shut them down!

      My package has been missing for 15 days. Says the delivery attempt failed. They will not answer the phone or answer support tickets for missing packages. This service is a scam and needs to be shut down. They use individuals to deliver the packages with no training and get paid per delivery.

      And yet another fff-up... The tracking number said the parcel was delivered. But it's not. I received an email with delivery details and photos. The address was right. But the photos were of some other house. Not mine. There was a photo of the package. With the address on the package. The address in the photo was wrong too. Not mine. It might be the correct address of that house... ***. But it doesn't answer where is my parcel. And about the support... I tried to call to the support. The robot said it's going to be 17 mins. 1 hour later I finally get my call accepted... And I enjoyed about 5 min of silence. After that call was dropped. Okay... I went to the support system to fill the ticket... And know what? Location is a mandatory field. And it drop-down list. And of course, there was no my location there. There was no my state there!!! You know... I've seen some bad services... But this is the worst of the worst. I can't assign 0 stars. So it's 1.

      A one star since there is a no star rating. Order was SUPPOSEDLY left in our mailbox. Driver sent a photo. Within an hour we checked, no package. Only MISSING package in over 20 yrs if you believe it was delivered or not taken by customer. Tried calling customer service. No answer IN 30 MINUTES.

      Just received package. Instead of putting in mailbox or back porch they left on grass. Its pouring down rain. No problems before
