      2 packages failed delivery. Waited on hold for over 3 hours and got hung up on 3 times. After failed delivery, I verified the delivery address and they still delivered to the wrong house. You can see the shipping label in their delivery picture and it is a completely different home about a half mile away. I went there to see if they had it and of course they don't. They checked their doorbell camera and other cameras and no delivery came to their home on the day or time that uniuni said they delivered the package. Extremely dissatisfied with this delivery service. Their website says to use their chatbot. But no chatbot exists. It takes days to get a response or HOURS on holr and the response is that they will not help and they asked for a picture of my home to prove I was telling the truth. Ridiculous company with even worse customer service.

      I wish I could give them a negative score! They dont even deserve a 0! The absolute worse shipping company Ive ever encountered. Highly unprofessional! My inventory has been stuck in transit for 13 days! I paid $100 for express shipping that entailed 4-7 working days! Now, my inventory has been stuck in US customs for 4 days! I was on hold the other day for 3 hours only to be hung up on 3x! When I finally did get ahold of someone, it sounded like she was working outside with cars constantly driving by & had no clue what she was doing! I asked to speak to a manager (who I was told is named ************* said that wasnt possible. When I asked why, she would go mute & didnt have a reason other than protocol? Okay, so youre telling me that theres no one in upper management who are there to help their staff? How ridiculous! After arguing back ******* with the incompetent worker, ********, she then hung up on me! Again, who does that! Very unprofessional & downright wrong! This business is a complete scam! They probably dont even have managers! Thats why I couldnt be transferred to anyone! Ive even left emails with no response! Ill be surprised if someone grows a pair & actually responds back to me. I hope the government shuts them down because they need to go! Ill start a petition to get rid of them! UniUni can go **** themselves!

      0/5 stars - I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter, only to have UniUni's incompetence completely ruin it. Like so many others have noted, UniUni claimed to make a delivery attempt, which failed. However, I work from home and was home all daythere is absolutely no way I could have missed it. There was no notification, no call, no doorbell, and no sign that anyone had even come to my home.Attempting to resolve the issue has been equally appalling. Ive spent over 30 minutes on hold with their customer service, only to be told repeatedly that my call would be answered in another 3136 minutes. Their support website is also broken, as it wont let me submit a ticket (screenshot attached for proof).UniUnis responses to customer complaints on this site are beyond insincerethey are dismissive, generic, and, frankly, reprehensible. This is not just poor service; it is criminal negligence. Packages go missing, deliveries are "attempted" without evidence, and customers are left with zero support or ***************** anyone considering working with UniUnido not. Their pattern of mishandling packages and ignoring customer concerns is clear from the sheer volume of similar reviews. This company should not be in business.UniUni, your failure has cost me time, energy, and, most importantly, the ability to give my daughter her Christmas gift. Do betteror shut down entirely.

      HORRIBLE, *************************! Ordered on November 28, 2024, on December 13th I tried to track my package, got a message saying " Wrong Routing" and every day the expected delivery date was moved up a day. Like being in the Groundhog Day. It will be here tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes. Tried calling them, waited on hold for an hour and fourteen minutes. Finally got to speak with an agent (who I could barely understand) she put me on hold for another ten minutes, then I was DISCONNECTED! HOW DO THESE CLOWNS EVEN STAY IN BUSINESS????? I would give them negative ten stars if that were possible.

      The shipping company is by far the absolute worst. Im actually mad that I have to leave them one star and that I cant leave zero. Every single time I have ordered some thing off-line that uses this shipping co uni uni, It is nothing but frustration . For example one time my package was delivered to the wrong address in the wrong town and shipped back to where it came from then not delivered because my address could t be found delivery was in wrong location besides this there were no updates available whatsoever.. currently, I am waiting for a parcel to be delivered that has been stuck at customs now since December 9 today is December 17 there are no updates. The customer service number left to call repeats the same recording over and over again when I try the number left on their website, it rings and then says ******* will be answered in something absurd like 72 minutes my package like I mentioned before is stuck at customs there are no updates available. I ordered through *** and TEMU has been kind enough to leave a credit but no one has any information on whats going on with my package as it was randomly selected for further investigation , when I go to talk with the chat box w uni It says my package is in route to final destination and will be delivered in a timely fashion. If I had known that this company was going to be used for shipping I would never have ordered. Theres nothing but frustration when it comes to this shipping and trapping company.

      An attempt was made to deliver but I was home all day that day. My question is, why did I have to be home for the delivery, why couldn't the package just be left at my door? I've tried calling customer support, but the hold time it too long. The operator will say, the hold time is 30 mins, then a few mins later it will say the hold time is 40 mins!I wanted to send a customer support message but it kept failing to ********* day: After being told my hold time would be 30 mins, I was actually waiting for someone to pick up from your customer service for over an hour. Once someone did pick up, she was looking up my information, SHE HUNG UP!Now I've read other review online that this company is a scam and thieves, hmmmm, I wonder.

      I've had 3 experiences with Uniuni "delivery" and this last one was by far the worst.1. Delivery person throws my package on my front lawn, causing an item inside to break. I have video of this.2. Delivery person delivers my package to the wrong address. I never got my package because it wasn't delivered to any of my neighbors. 3. Delivery person delivers my package ON THE SIDE OF THE **** RIGHT NEXT TO MY ************ PACKAGE IS THEN STOLEN. They took a picture of my mailbox, then took another picture of the package sitting on the side of the road.

      I'm not sure how you can share my complaint with the station manager, or follow up with the driver involved in my deliveries, when I haven't given you any of my information.

      Estimated delivery date means nothing to this company. Package has shown in route since Dec 3rd I call their help line that takes more than an hour to talk to someone and all Ive gotten is were looking into it. If I ever see ******* as a delivery service again, Ill cancel whatever Im ordering. Trash.

      This is the worse of the worst delivery company. ***! I wish there was negative star. Their delivery drivers never respond to your messages and customer service is a nightmare. I have been waiting for package to be delivered after submitting a ticket for second delivery but to no avail and this is the third package that i have to go through h*** I had to contact the vendor to refund my money since I am not getting any positive response and I hope they refund it in a timely manner. The frustration and inconvenience from this company is indescribable. I hope they go out business soon.
