      Took almost 2 weeks to receive items I ordered from the ** that should have arrived before Christmas. Both packages were thrown into plain view nowhere near the front door. They were in the pouring rain overnight and SOAKED by the time I woke up and got to them. Terrible unprofessional service.

      I have no clue where my package is. It was supposed to be shipped through ***************** to my knowledge, but I received a text message from Uniuni instead informing that my package cannot be shipped. I ended up waiting until the strike was over in hopes that it'd be delivered through ***********, however, it seems like no one knows where my package is. I tried putting the number to the Uniuni website and it shows up as being picked up by Uniuni?? I tried contacting their customer service through their website as well, and cannot submit a ticket whatsoever. I'd like my package please.

      Horrible experience. They send a single email showing package is simultaneously "out for delivery" and "delivered", therefore no advanced warning. I kid you not, email subject says out for delivery and body of message says delivered with a picture. Then there is the issue of no ringing of doorbells, just ***** packages in unsafe public areas, snap a pic and run. I had to take time off work to race back home to pick up a package that was left at the apartment entrance before it was taken by someone else. The second time I was at home and happened to check my mail to see that it was delivered downstairs about an hour ago without even an inkling of it being out for delivery in the first place. Package was ripped open with item stolen from within. So that's 1 out of 2 items gone. I have a third item on the way and all I have is a sense of anxiety knowing that it is in the hands of absolute incompetence.

      I am extremely ****** off! I had been waiting for this order for over a month. They didnt even deliver it correctly they left it outside on the stairs where someone took it 10 minutes after it was delivered! It was over 100 dollars of products. I pay for a locker at the apartment complex and they didnt even attempt to bring it all the way to my apartment door but just it outside for anyone to take. I have called them multiple times and spoke to my vendor. I will be ****** if they doesnt get resolved and will be disputing with my bank because I am not going to be out 100 plus dollars for products I never received. Uniuni better pay me back or get me replacement products.

      So bad that it feels like this company is actually a ****. You CANNOT speak to anyone - on hold time announcements actually increase as you wait...and it's long distance too! They said my package couldn't be delivered because it's a PO box - I live in a house and have had the same vendor successfully deliver via a different courier many times using the exact address. Finally got a response from filing an on-line ticket saying that my package would be delivered within 10 business days. It's now been 20 business days and all attempts to contact them have failed.Honestly, if there's any way you can avoid these clowns/thieves - do it.

      Let me be perfectly clear. This is the first actual response from your company...and yet I've not received an update yet from your system. Your support system won't let me file a ticket and the chatbot is beyond useless. It claims my package is still en route and will be delivered on time - and it's been at your kelowna warehouse since December 7th.I now have a second package that left the your warehouse in the ************** heading for ******* on December 26th. There's been absolutely no update on it's status either - and it's now December 30th. I had a different package leave the lower mainland on the same day via Straightship - and I got it on the 27th. Your systems are broken and cause nothing but frustration for customers, and the ******* location needs an audit, or perhaps a visit from the ****.

      Worst company I have ever dealt with. I requested multiple times over the last 2 weeks for an address change and redelivery. I called 5 times after being left on hold for over an hour each time and being hung up on at the hour ***** spoke with an operator finally and was told the address change was accepted and would be redelivered. Checked online and parcel returned again, called again and was told the package was returning to sender, in ******Avoid at all costs

      Did not choose this service.Ordered from two separate companies who used them for delivery. Neither package was received and they send THE SAME photos for both as proof of ************ in the car and one at the obviously wrong address if you matched the mailbox number to the package.A complete ****. Eventually had to get my bank involved to get my money back.

      Today Dec ******* I got an email from UniUni saying that I. Issued my delivery. First of all, UniUni always, ALWAYS (for 2 years) leaves my package outside the door of my townhouse. They never call nor ring the doorbell so how could I miss a delivery thats just being left outside the door as a normal procedure. The service is getting worst. I know its Christmas season and I understand how hectic it is for all businesses, but do not LIE and made it look like it was my fault. **************** agent was even screaming at me, ****** (agent) doesnt have good work ethics. He kept telling me that if I miss the second delivery I have to pick up the package at the warehouse. That is ridiculous since there was no first attempt made. 2 weeks ago my package was out for delivery for 3 days, I did not complain. This time it is very annoying to be lied to by UniUni and also customer service agents need more proper training. I will advise ***** about this so they can look for another delivery service. I am a very disappointed customer. ??????????
