      I did not choose this courier company, never heard of them before.I too purchased an item (didt know it was from ***** - I should have though). Item out for delivery on Dec. 23/2024. Attempted delivery on Dec. 31/2024.. 8 days travelling 50 kms?? There was NO delivery attempt. Security video proves it. Website says second attempt to deliver within ***** hours. Here I am Jan. 6/202& still waiting. Did the ChatBot thing - absolutely no help. Filed 3 Customer Support forms, standard email response each time - we will get back to you within 72 hours. Nothing!Tried calling, on hold for 65 minutes. This was a Christmas gift for our son, cost me over $300 CDN. Trying to contact the company we purchased from - the only saving ***** is that I paid via ****** - hopefully they will help me get my purchased item or a refund.

      Disagree with your response. I contacted your company and you finally responded 3 days ago that you found my package, and it would be delivered within 24 hours Im still waiting! And I have not heard anything from you since - Oh, I just found out that another package (from a different company - also *****) that was supposed to be delivered by you (UniUni) is also a no-show - and the attempted noticed was dated the same day - different time - same promise of re-delivery within ***** hours. This is twice now. I dont believe in coincidences!

      This company has atrocious business practices and customer service both on the consumer and business ends. In the early part of December Ive had 3 orders in the care of UniUni, the first 2 were the same product coming from the **. Everything was fine and timely until it entered ********** The first package was marked undeliverable due to address error and immediately returned to the warehouse, meaning no recourse was possible. I emailed the vendor and they tried on their end with no success. They resent the package immediately and Uni did the exact same thing, claiming it was undeliverable. Im a reasonable person and of course double checked the address. It was correct both times and theyve delivered to me here before and to my neighbours in the same building in the last week! If you read complaints about this company, its clearly something they do regularly. When I finally got ahold of someone after over an hour on hold, they were courteous but never followed up. The 3rd package entered their care on December 23 and didnt move. I contacted the vendor (in ******) and they looked into it, said there seemed to be an issue. As of January 4 I waited for 1hr to speak with UNI and they were rude, and then escalated the matter claiming they didnt know where it was, theyre only a 3rd party. News flash, all couriers are 3rd party! Magically, today they have received/located my package and it should deliver in the next 24hrs. Now the question is, can they find my address on a major road in a major city? Disgusted with these business practices.

      Delivered my package to the wrong address as per their proof of delivery photos. Because their tracking is so spotty I didn't even get an update that it was being delivered today. I attempted to contact them by two different phone numbers from their website and could not get anyone on the phone. I tried the chat option but it's just a robot that submits a ticket. I tried their support page which gives an error when I try to submit my issue both on mobile and on my PC. So I guess my package is just gone and contacting anyone to find it is just not an option?

      UniUni should not be a legitimate courier business anywhere in ***. They are absolutely horrible and packages are not being delivered. Makes me wonder where are those *********** package tracking code ending with -622 confirmed delivery to my address on 01/01/2025. BUT the confirmation picture taken was a different house with the same street number.I opened an online ticket online requesting he delivery review, since customer service was closed due to the holiday. To date, no follow up.I called the next day and a *** picked up the phone, asked for tracking number, then hang up the phone. I called again and this time the *** took my phone number and told me a manager will reach out to me, That never happened.I informed the *** to ****** my address and compare my house exterior with the delivery pictures. That also was not heeded.I will reach out to legal help to discuss a possible class action lawsuit against UniUni for deceiving customers out of their purchased goods. I do not think they are actually delivering packages. I used AI assistance to reverse searched the delivery picture. There is not one house in my city with the same street number that matched the delivery picture. Probably a Photoshopped image.This seems to be intentional.

      Their driver removed my unclaimed parcel from the building's mail room area when I was away for six days during the Christmas season. The driver decided to take the parcel away when it was not picked up. What right and authority does the driver have to make the decision of removing a parcel which was stated as delivered? My resident manager witnessed the driver's behavior. The company blames it on a thief when the driver of their company was seen by the resident manager. They have no responsibility and accountability for this lost, mishandled parcel.

      The vendor does not want to refund me because your driver took away my parcel when I was away on holidays. The parcel is considered stolen. The parcel was not stolen by a thief, it was taken away from your driver. Again this was witnessed by the resident manager. Removing a delivered package which was delivered is not common practice by other courier services such as ***, ***** and **** I plan to report this "stolen" parcel to the police and I will state that your driver took it as witnessed by my building's resident manager. I have lost over 800$ because of your driver's incompetence.

      I am extremely disappointed with the service *** received regarding my package delivery. My parcel has been sitting at the local Uniuni warehouse since December 26, 2024, and the estimated delivery date was January 5, 2025. Yet, as of today, I still have no updates, no package, and no idea when it will arrive.The lack of communication and updates on the tracking system is beyond frustrating. I needed this package for Christmas and New Year, but due to this delay and poor service, I was unable to use the items as ********** feels like this company doesnt care about its customers or their time-sensitive needs. I understand that delays can happen, but failing to update customers or provide accurate information is unacceptable.I expected much better service. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I will think twice before using or recommending this courier service again unless immediate action is taken to improve your operations and communication.

      How does this company stay in business. My order has been out for delivery since 12/27, it is now 1/3. I have multiple calls inquiring about my package. Each agent has said they were3 generating an escalation ticket and would I would receive an answer within ***** hours. No one has contacted me with a response. I generated a ticket on their website and I got a response which is an automated response (Just like their agents response " creating an escalation ticket" . I replied back to their email and got the same exact auto generated response. There is no such customer service. There is no sincerity on their part to rectify any problems. Look at their reviews on any platform. On all the platforms they have a 90% 1 star review, opposite end of what a company should strive for.

      I have never had an experience with a shipping company worse than this. You will wait endlessly on the phone. Your support tickets will never be answered. My package was a christmas gift and it has not moved in weeks. I can not believe they have a contract with ****. I am now in the midst of a having **** go after them to get my package to me. Please avoid this company, they are absolutely a scam.

      I HATE THIS F****** COMPANYYY!! they are horrible !!! i ordered a gift for christmas and still havent received it. then i get a message saying they attempted to deliver but nobody dropped it off we have a mail room in my building and they did not follow the right directions at all . this company f****** ***** u hate them bad
