      Ive been waiting on my items since the end of December, they stated that it would be delivered YESTERDAY and I have yet to receive anything still today ! This is ridiculous! Bad communication, no updates on where my package really is I do not like this at all.

      I've been waiting for my package since the 27th and it says it was going to be delivered within a 48hr time span and still nothing customer service constantly says the package is with a driver

      This is the worst shipping company ever. I will not order from any company that uses ******* as a shipper and advise others to do so too. Package was supposed ro be here before Dec 24 of course contained Christmas presents and other item so that was a great disappointment. Supposedly attempted delivery on Dec 26 which was a holiday so not recieved. Second supposed attempt on Saturday at 6.02.. after hours however staff was still thee and I check the cameras and they never actually came ro the building. Tried chatbot which did nothing phoned twice which took at least an hour on hold. Eventually Was told they'd deliver in the nest 24 hours. Tracking g showed attempted delivery at 2:48 pm jan 7, however that was not true as buisness was open and no delivery made. Called again twice and both time on hold for and hour and then hung up on when asked where my parcel is . I have asked to pick up at depot myself and they refused that. I basically think they stole the items. It was a large order $327. And I have yet to see it after 40 days . And they now will not even answer my call . These people are scammers . . They now service ***** and temu both of which I received numerous orders to thus same address with no problem .

      Requested a change of adress and they told me it was changed and confirmed, but it cost me over $20. to ship it to my correct address. I really hope they go out of business with the poor services they have. I would give them negative stars if it was possible.

      I was told by customer service that they do not deliver to post office addresses,so you update your delivery information, just for another package that they're supposed to deliver actually gets delivered to said post office address. Long wait times on phones. When it gets closer to they're closing time they pretend they can't hear you then hangup.

      Terrible company. BBB Rating of A+ is a lie since they won't let you contact them if your items say "Delivered" even if it was delivered to the wrong location. I've reached out to them multiple times, and they consistently deliver to the wrong location. They provide a confirmation photo, and the photo will show the wrong house number, too! They claim they will contact you to correct future deliveries, but they never do. Ive had 5 of 6 deliveries from them go to the wrong place. If there was a way to have them not accept my packages and have someone who is competent do the delivery, that would be awesome.

      This company needs to be shut down! Simple. They lied, they're disrespectful and do not care in any way about the ppl waiting for their items. My experience was terrible, led about attempting delivery and then breaking one of my granddaughters gifts when he slammed the package on the floor in front of me. If no one is going to stop this "business" from operating, we as consumers must talk to or write to the companies we bought from and who use uniuni. It's really disgusting that they don't take any responsibility for their drivers unacceptable behavior or for any of their disrespectful behavior. They obviously don't understand what operating a business is about. ***************** And the negative reviews keep coming. They can't possibly think they'll stay in business. And instead of taking responsibility they post a statement saying the negative reviews aren't actually from ppl waiting for their packages. Are they totally without common sense or with and conscious?

      I stopped ordering from ***** since they use UniUni for delivery. I have video evidence of a driver taking pictures of packages then picking them back up and taking them. **************** number does not work. What a scam.

      HORRIBLE SERVICE. Sent me an email said my package was attempted to deliver but failed. That was a bold lie. I was home all day, NO One attempted to deliver anything!. I tried to use their online support but it would NOT process 10x. I used chat and got "CHAT BOT" messages saying 72 hours before they can reply. I contacted the sender of the item and they are in ***** and said not to worry. But ************ is horrible horrible horrible. I am thinking I am not going to get my package!
