      I have had multiple package delivery issues with ******* over the last 6 months. Of note: I live a newer rather small development (4 years old) and unfortunately the street address I am located at does not seem to appear in Gooogle maps. Despite this I receive mail from ****, and all deliveries from ******, **** *****, *** etc without issue. However Uniuni has been a huge issue. Packages are on track to deliver then i receive an "undeliverable" email but without further explanantion as t why. I use both the customer servcie emaila nd their chatbot to get more information. I explain the adddress situation, provide them a ***** link to the complex and provide explicit instructions where to drive and drop off package.The complex is super small so its as simple as drive back to last bulding and leave outside apartment door. Its just a circle of buildings. This never works out and only once has driver actually texted me and completed delivery. This is absurd to me as ALL other deliveries from any other service never have issue and all packages make it to my door. Why cannot Uni uni manage to find this address or follow simple extended instructions???? If you want to be a competitive delivery service you shoud be using various map services in order to locate an addres that all other carriers seem to find without issue. I have been unable to receive many packages over the last few months, resulting in cancelled orders, refinds etc. This is beyond frustrating as I cannot contro, how my valid address apppears in map searches. Uni Uni please do better and have your drivers utilize multiple map services, follow the addiotnal instructions you ask for and text the customer for clarificaction if needed.

      I ordered an item that shipped April 21, and Uniuni was used as the last mile carrier. The package made it to the **, made it through gate transit, and Uniuni claimed that they had the package in *********, and that it would be delivered shortly. This package had tracking number UUS54M0464179223256, and it initially failed to deliver twice in a row, one of which didn't even have a reason provided for the failure. I contacted customer service, and they said they would schedule a third delivery. This again failed, so I contacted again and they asked me to schedule a final delivery. I replied and they claimed a package would show up in 10 business days, but in 12 business days no one came by with no updates on the tracker and when I re-contacted to inquire they returned my package to sender and would not provide me any more help in getting it back. Thankfully, I was able to get a free replacement shipped on May 29 since this was entirely Uniuni's fault. It again made it to ********* under tracking number UUS55V0462301551794, but once again two deliveries initially have failed to reach my address. I'll be reaching out to customer service again to schedule a third delivery but I have no confidence it will do anything. I have cameras at my house and I've been home all 6 of the days that a delivery was claimed to be attempted, so I know for a fact no one even showed up at the address. I am not pleased at the lack of truthfulness from customer service either, since they routinely just tell me another delivery is coming or I should schedule another one without anything ever actually happening.All I want is for this second package to actually come to my house and be placed on my doorstep, since 6 prior attempts to deliver it have failed for absolutely no discernible reason. I don't appreciate being gaslit and told deliveries are failing when I see no one even attempts to get to my address.

      This company needs to shut down business. They are unprofessional and have so many complaints. First my package didnt have an address, when I called and gave then the address they said it would be delivered in 7 days. I called again he said before Friday. Still no package. I called again a lady said she didnt know why he said that .. and asked for my address again. They have to wait for a driver to be assigned. I asked to speak to the manager, she said I would get a called within 24 hrs. I cant pick up my package. This company has no remorse or respect for people and they hard earned money. Just dont be in business then, because your customer service is bs. Ill be at the warehouse to get my package no worries. I already missed my photoshoot but lm going to have it for my birthday!!! and I dont want a sorry excuse response, I want what I paid for!!! This company is a scam and possibly stealing!!!

      I am rejecting this response because: I called the supervisor of the **********************, he doesnt know what happened. He claim that it was lost, then it wasnt lost. He also said that he will help me get my package, which I still have not received. Its been over a month. Your company has ruined my 30th birthday, ruined my photo shoot, and I had to pay $400 for a custom-made replica dress due to pressing time limits. I did not get to take professional photos in my dress and I was emotionally distraught because I had planned this months in advance For this particular reason. your company failed me.

      I ordered a product from ***** ****** on May 26, 2025. Tracking shows Transit In, in **, on May 30, 2025. Additional tracking shows product going to LA and now to *******. I called the LA customer service number and after a 55 minute wait I spoke with a Uniuni *** who claimed they dont have the package and were waiting for it from the seller. When I questioned the tracking info he hung up on me. ***** ****** has been of no help so I just want to know where this package is and when I will be receiving it.

      I had a package shipped by UniUni that I am still having issues with. First off, they said a delivery was attempted on a statutory holiday, where someone was home and their website states they dont make deliveries on that date. After hours on hold to speak to someone, they assured me that they would deliver the package to my home, then I received an email stating they do not service the area. Now I have changed my delivery address to family in the ******** area, tracking says delivery was attempted. Again someone was home all day. When I call customer service they say my package is in the warehouse. This company is ineffective at its job and the customer service is absolutely abysmal.

      On May ******* I placed an order with Temu for swimwear and the item was supposedly shipped on May 21 Using UniUni as the ***************** From May 21 through May 30 the package jumped from location to location, then was marked "Out for Delivery". I contacted the company on June 2nd as the status was still listed as "Out for Delivery", then in the afternoon marked as "Failed delivery attempt, returning to the warehouse. (Contact Failed and Inaccessible)" No attempt to deliver was ever made according to my camera systems. Phone attempt to follow up on my order go to an automated system that is in a loop when you choose to follow up on Temu packages. They claim to have a chat system on their website and none seems to exist. I have been on hold trying to contact a service representative using their "other packages" line and the wait time jumps wildly.

      A parcel was shipped to me via Uniuni in April 2025. Although the address on the parcel was correct, the delivery failed and it was returned to Uniuni's local warehouse in ********** on April 28. I scheduled numerous redelivery attempts with Uniuni over the subsequent 4 weeks, but no redeliveries were attempted. Finally on June 2, Uniuni sent me a notice that my parcel's delivery address is outside their service area, and they cannot deliver it to this location. This is false, however, as I live in the middle of ********** which is the same location as their warehouse. When I call their customer support number, they always falsely tell me that my package will be delivered in X days (X being anything from 1 to 10 days) or just hang up on me.

      Our records confirm that your package was returned to UniUnis Pittsburgh warehouse on April 28, 2025 following a failed delivery attempt, despite the address being correctly provided.
      A second delivery request was submitted on May 5, but by that time, the parcel had already been returned to the merchant, in accordance with our standard parcel retention policy. Unfortunately, when you submitted a follow-up ticket on June 2, it was mistakenly processed as a new redelivery requesteven though the parcel was no longer in our possession.
      We recognize this error and sincerely apologize for the conflicting information and delays you experienced as a result. The notice stating your address was outside our service area was inaccurate and does not reflect the true reason the delivery could not be completed.
      To clarify:
      Your parcel was returned to the sender in May 2025.
      UniUni is no longer in possession of the item.
      We recommend contacting your merchant directly to request a replacement or refund, citing this delivery issue and the confirmed return.
