      ******* is supposed to delivery one of my packages and it was out for delivery on 9/13. It stayed in that status for 4 days until I finally tried to reach out to find the status of my package. This was Wed, Sep 17 2025, 6:39PM. Shortly after, as I was out on my front porch, I received an email at Wed, Sep 17 2025, 7:27PM saying "Delivery Attempted: Sorry We Missed You!". The email also stated that I simply needed to contact support to make a new delivery time. When I went to contact, my number was unable to get through, so I added another ticket. My status that updated to "Multiple failed delivery attempt, returning to the warehouse. (Contact Failed and Inaccessible)."This is clearly a scam and I never once needed to even be home to receive the package, but they claimed failed anyway. The delay of this impacts multiple projects I am working on.They should absolutely be investigated.

      I ordered products from a skincare website. Ive ordered from them before and had my package delivered by UniUni - left at my door- with no issues. At approximately 9:30pm on a Sunday, I received a text saying UniUni attempted delivery but nobody was home. Not only was I home l, but I was sitting in front of the door. Nobody knocked or rang doorbell. 2nd attempt at 10:27am the next day, was home then too and no knock or ring of doorbell. My boyfriend was in the driveway getting ready for work at that time, no delivery driver showed up. I want my package left at my door.

      The delivery service UniUni claims to attempt deliveries but then "returns parcel to warehouse" claiming "contact failed or inaccessible". Calling them to inquire reveals the driver simply did not have time to deliver. Their web site claims they will make two attempts prior to returning the item to the warehouse but on two separate deliveries they returned it to the warehouse after the first failure to deliver. Their automated system is abysmal and when submitting a request for a second delivery it auto responds with a "case closed" email. This company needs to be shut down to prevent continued fraud to unsuspecting people that get forced to use this when purchasing on ****. And **** themselves should know this company is a fraud.

      I am rejecting this response because: It required far too much effort on my part to get a second delivery attempt. That included multiple submissions on the Uniuni's web site and multiple phone calls to their customer service. I received many emails noting the case was closed when clearly Uniuni had not even scheduled a second delivery attempt. Uniuni forces the recipient to make repeated requests for a delivery and that is not right. Uniuni also makes the recipient feel as if they did something wrong when their drivers either run out of time or simply prefer to not make a delivery and then claim the address was not accessible or that attempts to contact the recipient failed. They do not call the recipient like the **************** representatives say they will. 

      Therefore, I expect Uniuni to change their process and to be honest and ethical when they have problems making a delivery.

      This company was contracted by an online seller to deliver a package to me. The package was expected on August 19. The courier was unable to deliver the package, and an attempt was scheduled for the next day. The next day, the courier was unable to deliver the package again.This is where the nightmare begins.I contacted UniUni support multiple times, only to receive automated responses and be ignored. I attempted to work with the company and found they can't deliver to an alternate location, and they don't have a way for me to come pick up the package from a warehouse myself. After 2 weeks of attempting to work with support (and being ignored almost the entire time), they closed the support ticket out of nowhere.I have since contacted the seller who shipped the product through UniUni, however I expect they will only be able to offer a refund and I would really prefer the product that was supposed to be delivered.

      Contacted UniUni support to inquire about my package failing to be delivered, only to be told that they would redeliver in 10 days. It has been past ten days, and still no package. I demand to know what is taking to long to deliver a simple package to my address.

      Placed an order through TikTok on July 28, 2025. Went to check the tracking as the delivery date got closer and noticed three failed delivery attempts and the package was delivered back to the warehouse. Not sure how they messed up the address so bad but the address delivered was correct. I submitted a ******** service inquiry and provided additional information about how to find the address and showed pictures that the house was not blocked in any sort of way to prevent delivery. Was told they would ship it out in 10 business days. Patiently waited those 10 days and then inquired as to what the hold up was. Was told they were going to look into the delay which I thanked them for. Two days later I reached back out seeing what the delay was. Never got a response and then my claim was closed like they came to a resolution when there never was one. Have been sitting on hold for ******** service multiple times now with the same message your call will be answered in 3 minutes....30 minutes later still no one answered. I opened up a second ******** service inquiry and have yet to get a response to that one which we are way past the ************************************************************************************************************************************************ else they would have returned the package back to the original seller. I cannot get a refund unless they have done that so I am just out the money for the package.

      I am rejecting this response as the only thing I would have accepted was an actual delivery. I do not agree that is will be easier to retrieve the items I bought now that you are returning them to seller. If they were truly at the warehouse like stated, it would have been easier to deliver the parcel rather than return it. I will not be repurchasing these items or purchasing any further items from any seller if the shipping goes through UniUni because I know they will not be delivered. If sellers truly value getting their items delivered to their customers, they would not use ********************.

      I have had consistently negative experiences with UniUni as a shipping carrier. Out of the multiple packages sent to me through this company, only one has ever arrived successfully. The others were returned to sender with incorrect address claims, despite the address being correct and verified.On top of repeated delivery failures, Ive seen tracking go from arrival scan to failed delivery attempt in as little as two minutesan impossible timeline that shows no actual delivery attempt was made. Redelivery attempts also take 10 days or more, which is unreasonable compared to industry standards.Customer service has been equally unhelpful. When I reached out about the most recent issue, I was told they did not care and that I needed to go through my vendor instead of receiving any meaningful ************* a customer, I expect a delivery service to attempt delivery properly, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for errors. Unfortunately, UniUni has shown they are unreliable, unprofessional, and unwilling to resolve basic issues. I strongly recommend vendors use a different carrier to ensure customers actually receive their orders.

      Ive place an order with Astral Arrival, and according to their tracking, my package should have been delivered 7/7. After waiting almost a month with no package, I found out that UniUni is the company that was supposed to delivered the package. I have reached out them many times with an ***. And only got a response to wait and keep checking tracker. It has been nearly 2 months since my package was supposed to be delivered with no explanation. This is limited edition product. I cant just reorder it.

      I have called uni uni two times and been on hold for approx 50 minutes both times. The first time I was told the package was at customs and not in the wharehouse in ******* which the tracking said. The second time I called I was told that it was not in ******* as it would go to a Coquitlam wharehouse (which doesn't exist). I contacted ***** yesterday and they said that ******* has the package and it is not in transit-they see the same thing I do on the tracking info on the uni uni site. It has been sitting at the wharehouse since Aug 22. A package ordered 1 week later than this one has already been delivered. I am out $300 as no one can answer what is going on and this package was needed for Sept 1. I now have to wait until Sept 6 to esculate with ***** and hope for a refund. No one can tell me the truth about where the package is. Also no response to my calls or emails or claims from website. I would like an honest answer to what has happened please so that I can proceed with a refund ***** will not issue refund until uni uni tells them what is going on. These items cannot be reordered at the same price and many are out of stock. These were a gift for Sept 1. Very disappointed.

      ******* has lost multiple packages on multiple dates, and each time the so-called delivery attempts were logged at absurd hours, including after midnight. This is not a mistake it is a pattern.I have called customer service, been told rescheduling would take place, and sent more than ten emails. Every response has been nothing but empty platitudes and outright lies. No action is ever taken.This company has shown itself completely incapable of fulfilling its most basic responsibility: delivering packages. It does not follow through, it does not communicate honestly, and it does not respect its customers.
