Two packages of mine have been held in limbo by this company they refuse to do anything about it. And the merchants wont refund me for UniUnis continued mistakes. Back to back I had two packages lost or kept due to bad address. But I get packages daily. I have sat on hold for hours to not get a resolution.This is stealing. Below are the two tracking numbers. My package has been "out for delivery" since 12/03. After calling and waiting on hold for 37 minutes I was told there was a "problem" with the delivery to my single family home. They could not tell me what the problem was. They said I had to contact them after the item returned to their warehouse to schedule a new delivery and then hung up. No word on where my package is. The package I ordered was $90. Everything was going smoothly until it reached the out for delivery stage in *****, ** . The city Im in . It stated out for delivery since November 30th. December 3rd at 6:30 pm I got a text saying they missed me during delivery and would try again the next day. I was home the entire day, nobody showed up to my house. I even put in a ticket to put delivery instructions for the driver. Its been 48 hours since the first attempt and still havent received anything. I ask the customer service bot but all I get is they will attempt again ***** hours and that its still on schedule for delivery ***************** is impossible to reach on the phone. This company is a total scam. They said the delivery of a package failed, but never were at my residence and never even attempted a delivery. Their customer service number doesnt work and they dont actually answer the phones I was on hold for hours. Then, the form to fill out on their website is also fake because it says failed ticket every time you attempt to submit one for help. There are forums of other people stating this company doesnt actually address customer concerns or exist! No one is getting their packages. I ordered a product from ***** and it unfortunately uses uniuni as my local carrier. My package was supposed to arrive on November 30th as it was out for delivery starting 8:30 ish am of that day. However, when it rolled around to 8:30 pm on the day( which is apparently the end of the day for delivery drivers according to the agent I spoke with ON THE PHONE), I still hadn't recieved it. Thus, I was under the impression that I would recieve it the following day. But no. It rolls around to 9:30 pm and I get a email notification from uniuni that they had "missed me". For me this was quite confusing as I was home ALL DAY and had cleared my ENTIRE schedule to wait for this delivery. The funny part is that no delivery driver had actually shown up to my place that day, so how could they have missed me? Now my package is still in the hands of the driver and STILL hasn't been returned to a warehouse ever since the night of Nov30th. This is absolutely crazy and I don't know what kind of scam this company is running, not to mention I had PAID for their services too. What an absolute joke of a service. Contacted UniUni several times through online form with delivery instructions. Driver never followed the instructions; therefore causing multiple missed deliveries. On 11/30/24 , driver rang my apartment door, by the time I went downstairs to open the door, then driver has already left the premise with the package, therefore another missed delivery.
